Absolutely amazing job. He went above and beyond my expectations both times hes been over. Replaced my old sewer line pipe in the house and cleared out a bad blockage. I have an old house and he had to work in some small cramped conditions. Then came back and replaced my old out of date drain pipe from my washer that wasnt draining right. Everything works like a charm. Highly recommend and Ill use him again for all my plumbing needs.Jeremy P.

I called with a drain issue and after discussing said issue I was given a solution that worked over the phone you cant put a price on that kind of customer service in this day and age. I never review on Google but people and companies like this need word of mouth and customer support and they will have my business in the future.

We had a kitchen drain problem on a Sunday, called the drain medic and left a message. He called back almost immediately, was out the same day and solved the problem in a very professional manner. The service was just very good , friendly, straight forward and uncomplicated.

When everybody else gave me excuses, Drain Medic gave me results. One plumber showed up without the tools to diagnose the problem and then referred me to a plumber that did not service my area. Another plumber told me that it may be a week or two before I could get serviced. Drain Medic was able to schedule me that day and even called to service me earlier than scheduled due to the previous work getting completed early. Drain Medic arrived ready and able to perform the diagnosis, and then moved into clearing the drain once the problem was identified. The cost was reasonable for the time and the attention to detail that was provided. Drain Medic is the best. I would recommend them to anybody with a clogged or blocked drain.

He answered the call. I called 3 companies and he was the only one to answer. He came out, a lit late, but hed called to apologize. When he arrived he went straight to work to get the job done. We had a big clog, lots of roots, that requires bigger tools than a standard auger, but he took care of it.

I found my basement flooded with backed up sewage and of course it was after hours on a Friday. Called Drain Medic and they were there within an hour or so. They got the clog taken care of and made sure all drains in the basement were clear. He was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I hope this doesnt happen again, but if it does I know who I am calling.

He even worked around my schedule. He gave me a heads up when he was on his way. All pricing was upfront and honest to the point. He even cleaned the floor drain up in my garage that was beyond nasty!!! Let’s be honest it wasn’t his responsibility to clean the mess MY sewer made. Both gentlemen were very nice, fast, efficient, and courteous. I hope I never have to call again but if I do I won’t hesitate to….. Keep up the great work!!!

The drain medic was amazing. He came out the day after Christmas fixed our sewer issue. He recommended fixing other things that were wrong with the sewer connection when the house was originally connected to the sewer system. He came out did that work it looks great and his prices are very very reasonable. Hes an awesome guy and I definitely would recommend him to anybody to have sewer and drain problems fixed.
