I had a really positive experience with Dan and Steve. They were excellent communicators and gave us a fair, competitive price for replacing our water heater. They were honest, worked efficiently, even with the tight schedule around the holidays. They took great care to respect our home, using tarps and boot covers to keep everything clean. The job was done quietly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the results. They even fixed another issue while they were here and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! -

I can’t say enough good things about Steve and his team! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Steve took the time to explain everything in detail, offering clear and honest advice without ever pushing unnecessary services or upsells. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.Not only did he solve our heating/plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, but his pricing was also very fair—no surprises or hidden costs. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and trustworthy in this line of work. I’d recommend Steve to anyone in need of heating or plumbing services. -

Really happy we went with Imperial Plumbing to set up the gas line for our grill and replace a burst pipe! Dan and his brother were extremely professional, polite, and did a perfect job. Dan was very nice from the initial consultation through the end. He was quick to respond to questions I sent and he even came back to make sure my water heater and boiler were properly lit, since I re-lit my water heater myself for the first time. He answered all of my questions which was helpful as a new home owner. Had a great experience and highly recommend Imperial Plumbing! -

Had a bad leak in my ceiling. Called them at 1 pm, they came within 90 minutes and it was fixed by 430 pm. Very professional and clean. High quality parts. Fair price and good communication.Ive worked in the trades for decades. These guys do it right. -

I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing and Heating. We have recently used them for two jobs, ranging from a basic outside leaky water valve update to a full emergency replacement of our main water drain (which was a completely corroded lead pipe from the 1950’s). Both times they have been very responsive, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They have extremely fair pricing and leave the area they are working on cleaner than they find it. They are now our go-to plumbing service and the first plumbing company we recommend to our family and friends. -

Our Hot water heater called it quits over the Christmas Weekend - In full panic, I called Several local Plumbing & Heating Companies - No response - even to this day (Wed 12/27). Except for Dan from Imperial Plumbing - He Called on Saturday (day before Christmas eve) and told me he would stop by day after Christmas - 10am on the dot, he arrived, looked at the situation - searched for a new Electric Water heater and had it installed and working by 3pm - Workmanship was immaculate - Thanks to Dan, we opened for business today. If you want to be treated like your issues are important to a service company - give Imperial your business - a great responsive local Huntington Plumbing & Heating Company. -

Trust worthy company!I was getting quotes from various plumbers to replace my boiler after it stoped working. The first two plumbers I called said I needed a new one. I had Dan come by to give us a price and he told me why not just fix it? I explained that the prior companies said it was beyond repair. He offered to try to fix it and if it didn’t work he would not charge me for his time. Sure enough he replaced a part and it fired right up. I was charged for a service call instead of a whole new boiler and everything is working great! -

Really impressed with Dan and assistant! Initially while searching for a plumber, spoke to Dan on the telephone, and based on our conversation, he was kind and took the time to offer professional insights. He was available within a short lead time and I booked him without meeting, something Ive never once done with a contractor. My copper pipes were installed to perfection, as was the two exterior hose bibs. Very satisfied and look forward to working with him to resolve additional plumbing projects. -
