Had a leaking pipe behind my kitchen sink, and Ethan from B&B Johnson Plumbing did an excellent job fixing it. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. The entire process was smooth and the value/quality of the repair was superb. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Ive had B&B at my home four times over the years. Without exception, they are always professional. Whether you call or book service online, they get back to you. They do what they say theyll do when they say theyll do it. Always punctual. Always clear communication. Excellent work. Prices are fair. And they like dogs.

Dalton and David repaired a leaking water valve. They also replaced a deteriorated water supply to a shower, and resolved a few other old problems. Overall excellent work. They managed to find a bigger problem that had been present for some time. I asked B&B Johnson for some guidance on the bigger problem, but it did not follow up (If I could give 4.975 star rating, I wouldve given that). They have a sweet office cat. I used their services not even a week later, and was pleased with guidance on another small issue. I would use B&B Johnson again anytime!

We had an emergency situation and they sent someone out immediately. In addition they were able to figure out how to fix our issue without tearing up a bunch of concrete. For this I am extremely thankful! They explained everything happening and were so kind. I hope we don’t have anymore issues for a while if not ever, but if we do I will call this company back!

Had these folks replace a water line at one our rentals from curb to the house several years ago. They had to hand dig it all and were able to get it under the sidewalk without causing it to crack later. They found a problem on the water company side of the meter and got them to fix it during the visit. All this was done quickly and within the budgeted cost. I’ll definitely call them again.

We needed our new gas logs installed. B &B sent us their “gas logs guy”. We were amazed at how knowledgeable and proficient this team was. They did a great job! And taught us how to use our new log set. They also hauled off our old asbestos logs and the packaging materials. We have nothing but 5 star praise. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience using them to repair a water supply line to my house thats been an ongoing problem for me for a number of years thanks to DIY half measures and repairs. The folk from B & B Johnson Plumbing were super nice and easy to deal with, and were fast and the quality of the work just shows. They even called me back to offer some advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Overall Im very happy and will continue to use them in the future

Had an issue with my bathtub faucet this company came out and gave me a couple of options with my estimate. Very professional. Technicians came out and fully explained what they were doing and always kept me involved of anything different they needed to do. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous. They sent Ronnie out on the job, and he is truly amazing! He knows older plumbing better than anyone Ive ever called, plus he is a true gentleman who treats female clients with the utmost respect. Hes got teaching chops, too, answering all my questions with good humor and without technical jargon. I should have started using B&B Johnson YEARS ago and dont plan on ever calling anyone else!

I have an old house and as anyone with an old house knows, the plumbing has its issues. Luckily they sent an older gentleman who knew all about plumbing in old houses and the quirks it can have. He worked straight through for the 4 hours it took without ever taking a break. These guys will be my go to plumbers from now on.
