Great and fast service. Were able to come and replace my toilet same day, even after I didn’t confirm it with them until 1pm! Armando and the other guy (don’t remember his name regretfully) were really nice and worked hard and left everything clean. Did have a broken part that wasn’t originally found that needed replacement- that cost was higher than I expected but that’s not on the 2 guys who were great and did everything they needed to do. Would absolutely call again- ask for Armando!

My tankless water stopped producing hot water and shutoff. I called Power plumbing and the technician Kody Bruxton came did a diagnosis and had the heater back up and running. The heater went back out after three days with another issue because of the hard water. They sent Kody back out, we had to get another water heater because it was out of warranty, Power Plumbing honored the amount that we paid on the previous repair towards the installation of the new unit and now thanks to Kody, we have hot water again. I highly recommend these guys. It took less than an on the installation. Thanks Kody and Power Plumbing.

Overall. We were pleased with Cody’s work, but there was a problem. The Friday before Cody came out he said he would try to get the angle stop on properly using the existing threaded pipe, but he might have to go into the wall to put in a new threaded pipe. As it turned out he did have to do thatThe problem was that on the previous visit he did not tell us that it would cost more. When he told us that he needed to do it he said that it would cost $250. Our budget is very tight due to limited income, but we needed the plumbing to work so we had him do it. 15 minutes or so later he said he was finished for $250. We did talk with him about some other plumbing stuff and our interaction went well, but he did admit his shortcoming for now telling about the potential additional cost until it must be done.Even though the work seemed to go well and the overal. Cost was not the highest we will probably try calling the plumber that our HOA uses most.

The job was done right and at relatively timely manner. I was in need of replacing my toilet. Usually Im pretty handy but a toilet is something I wasnt ready to tackle. It all worked out for us just though the price was a bit high. I used Angi to find a service that would install a toilet only after Home Depot would only say that it would range between $150-$400. No one could tell me what you get for $150 vs $400. So I looked at Angi for help. $448 for a toilet swap seems a bit much when I had purchased and brought the toilet home and got it ready for the installers. The service techs were quick and professional. Just the price, a bit high in my opinion.

They could no longer work on them, so we would have to install a new system which is quite costly. He said he was sorry, but that if we decided to call an engineer out to inform us of the kind of system we needed, they would gladly be willing to do the installation.

Last winter, right before a major storm hit Houston, Pioneer Plumbing and Septic came to my grandmas rescue. They were prompt and professional, especially during such a busy time. The technicians thoroughly diagnosed the problem with her gas line, but unfortunately, the initial repairs didnt completely fix the issue.While they provided a quote for a full line replacement – a significant cost – they were incredibly understanding when my grandma explained her situation. To their credit, the manager/owner listened to her concerns and worked with us to find a more manageable financial solution. They prioritized getting her heat back on before the storm, and their compassion during a stressful time was truly appreciated by our family.Overall, I would highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing and Septic. They were professional, responsive, and most importantly, willing to work with customers in challenging situations.

I had an emergency water heater situation. I dealt with three different Pioneer workers (1 on the original service call and 2 techs for the install) and all three were 5 star guys. I was able to finance the total cost and keep my home going. I made the call at 8:30am, 9am the service call and quote was done. The install guys came later about 3:00 and we’re done by 4:00. Ya just can’t beat that!I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing and Septic.

In the late afternoon I get a call from my granddaughter, what do I do there is sewage coming in from the tub in our bathroom and the shower in yours. I called Pioneer and Brandon was at the house before I got there. He was trying to get through the clog in the sewer line. Even put his camera in, but when it reached the clog it was total darkness. After getting the MUD out to see if it was on my side or theirs, boo, my side. His boss came out and they went over the best way to get around my pool with a new line. They gave me options and are coming out tomorrow morning to start. This company has come to my rescue twice now and even though it’s not good news I am very pleased with how well I have been treated. These guys are absolutely fabulous! We were selling our home with a very quick closing date, and the contract stated that we needed to replace the water heaters and have a licensed plumber do it. We checked around and after suffering 100% sticker shock (#%^*+%%#!!!) from the obscene prices that several other local companies were attempting to charge, we landed on Power plumbing, and they took great care of us and did so with an excellent attitude and a very large bang for the buck for what they charged us. An excellent and trustworthy organization. Prompt. Honest.I had a gas leak from my fireplace. I had 3 separate plumbing companies provide estimates. The professionals at Pioneer answered all my questions, clearly explained the work, and provided the most affordable estimate ($2000 less than one of their competitors!) They returned the next morning for the repair, and after creating an access panel and taking a deeper look, the plumber explained that the problem was fortunately much simpler than initially estimated. He was honest and upfront. He could have proceeded with the expensive repair and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he recommended and completed a simple fix.I had already made a 50% deposit which was promptly refunded within 3 business days.Will return to them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Yesterday I discovered exactly how much Clayton Homes saves on building costs. They put in a septic system field that is useless after one year, ten months and seventeen days. Shaun was more than on time, professional and polite in the wake of the absolute worst septic system field placement that I could have installed myself. And it is not a job that I would do in a million years. Shaun has made it plane that if I am to solve my septic system situation, that I must be mindful of my current situation and trusting Pioneer Plumbing and Septic to make repairs on the behalf of my brand new septic field is going to be something that I can trust Pioneer with. And by using Pioneer Plumbing and Septic, I will know that it is done correctly. This means a lot. My next review will include pictures.

I needed my gas line hook up for my new gas stove that will arrive on Thursday to be uncapped and ready for hook up. Pioneer stopped over on Monday and cked out what was needed then the arrived Tuesday at 10am and started working on it. Kevin and his co-worker arrived masked and ready to work. I new ahead of time that they would have to do a gas leak test on all my gas hook up. And they found 2 in my laundry room. My new gas dryer and my water heater. They installed new fittings . The old fittings were probably from when my house was built in the 70s. They retested after new fittings and I passed. So Im glad they took care of those leaks. They were very polite and worked efficiently and answered any questions I had and talk to me about everything they had to do. They cleaned up after they finished and I paid the bill and their work is 100% guaranteed. They followed up with several emails and thanked me again for letting Pioneer Plumbing work for me. But when he saw I had completed most of the work, he dropped the charge to a $45 service fee. This is integrity beyond the norm now days!

This company is awesome. I hired them to clear a blockage. I was so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Derek and Kelly that I decided to hire them to re-route my sewer line and install a new tankless water heater. The team took care of everything while I was on vacation. It was a great experience. Derek even gave me his personal cell phone number and sent me updates while I was gone on vacation. As the top rated plumbing that I found in my area, they did not disappoint. All aspects were top shelf and professional. They may not be a known national company (so you are not paying for a marketing campaign), however you have all the benefits as if they were. Ease of scheduling, reminders of the appointment and followup were all great. Nick the technician knew his stuff and resolved the problem quickly. This was not what I experienced previously. Nick took the time to inform me of issues and remedies and how to prevent in the future. He explained it so you did not need to be a plumber to understand. PIONEER PLUMBING IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE.

I cannot say enough positive about my experience with Pioneer Plumbing. The first plumber they sent out for the inspection service to diagnose the problem and give me a quote went above and beyond in terms of spending time and taking things apart. The plumber they sent out to do the repairs, Alex, spent all day. He even skipped lunch. He hauled that toilet up the stairs by himself and he did an excellent job on the install of the new toilet and the reseating of the other one. I cant remember when Ive felt like Ive gotten better value for money. Great work Pioneer.

Provided an estimate and stopped a leak that was an issue. Diagnosed the water heater as needs to be replaced due to corrosion caused by the leak. Opted out of having Pioneer replace the water heater as it’s not a priority and it will take some time for the enclosure it was in to dry out. Lee is top notch and I would highly recommend him for any future work.

Pioneer Plumbing and Septic were great!! They arrived promptly and were prepared with equipment and protective clothing. The leak had been gushing 24/7 for a week - unbekownst to me - which created a messy, muddy work area. David and his helper quickly determined the problem. They were prepared with the equipment and tools to repair it immediately. They stayed to make sure everything was operating as it should be - didnt just rush off to next job. I was also advised as to what can be done to keep this problem from occurring in the future. David and his helper were professional, polite and kept me informed as to what the problem was and what they were doing to correct it. Im so glad that I found this place. We had a non-emergency issue. Our toilet was constantly running and leaking from the gaskets on the bottom of toilet tank.
