    I recommend JP highly, you will be happy.Pros:1: Technicians Jay & his team always showed up on time, the same day, and got the work done.2: Excellent work & excellent follow up, excellent cleaned up work area.3: It has 30 dayā€™s warranty, itā€™s fair I think. Yes, I called them back, no problems, no charge on the second service call.Hope you donā€™t need any plumbing repairs. If you do, call them to get the same day service call.Itā€™s never cheap for any at home professional services. Iā€™m a happy customer, clogged AC secondary drain line, p trap & clogged sink. Used a snake to clean drain line to sewage. Well done, will see.

    I found these guys on Best Plumbers. My water heater went out, and jareds Plumbing replaced my old water heater with a brand new high efficiency tankless water heater. They provided fast, friendly service at a reasonable rate. No doubt about it, these guys truly are the Best Plumbers in Houston!

    I had a gas leak between the main and the house. I called Abacus plumbing, and they came out and gave me an estimate to run a new gas line from the main to the house and put a vent on the roof for my hot water heater and replace a couple of valves. The estimate was $13,446.00. They were also adding in a $2000.00 membership fee for a total of $15,446.00. We called Jareds Plumbing and asked them to quote us the same scope of work that Abacus quoted with the prices blacked out, and the cost was under $7500.00. The work was completed in one day, with a courteous and professional job completed. I will use Jareds Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.!!! Apparently, the Abacus plumbers work off of commission, and they tried to make his weekly salary on just one job.!!!! GREAT JOB JARED!!!

    Called on a Friday afternoon to see about getting a toilet replaced, and they were here first thing Saturday morning. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also replaced a couple faucets that Iā€™d had sitting around for months, and did a great job re-plumbing under those sinks to accommodate the new drains. In and out in less than three hours. All the stars.

    We have recently bought a 1980s Victorian style home in Kingwood that we knew would need some repair, but as the old wiveā€™s tale goes; Victorians are known to be haunted and/or incessant money pits. Plumbing issues werenā€™t even on our radar post buyers inspection. The day we closed, my son and I came to remove the refrigerator and washer and dryer the previous owner left behind. Upon pulling out the refrigerator we noticed significant water damage to the wall. When I attempted to turn off the angle valve to disconnect the refrigerator it started spewing water and would not shut off. I ran outside to cut water off to the house, but previous owner had wrapped it in a maze of old blankets, felt, and garbage bags 8 inches thick and I had no utility knife to cut through it quickly. On to cutting water off at the meter; we open it up and note there is a leak at the meter and itā€™s full of fire antsā€¦ I couldnā€™t find any new neighbor with a tool to shut it off either. So I am frantically calling any plumber that can get here STAT as water is spewing in our kitchen. Jaredā€™s plumbing saved the day and told me they could get here within an hour. They sent Jay, he fixed the broken angle valve and while trying to uncover our main cutoff to the house, he noted the back flow to the sprinkler system was shot. He offered to come back the following day and fix the back flow while we were moving, with no prepayment. One quick call the following day, and I paid him over the phone via credit card. I have since called them back to repair faucets in my kids bathroom. Previous owner had done a bathroom remodel on the cheap, that just keeps giving us unexpected surprises and issues. The shower door exploded last week while no one was in the bathroom. One of my sonā€™s was dealing with hardly any water pressure in his sink faucet and their shower barely had any hot water. Again, Jay came back promptly and fixed the shower faucet issue and he will be coming back to replace the cheap sink faucets once the new ones arrive. Jaredā€™s pricing is very fair and competitive. Jay is very straightforward and honest about what the issue/problem is and will take the time to show you and explain it to you. If something needs to be replaced, he will tell you what brands he finds to be most reliable and repairable if you ask. They do not gouge you for emergencies like we had. I really canā€™t recommend Jaredā€™s enough, and I feel like we will develop a long and ongoing relationship at the rate this crazy, not-so-old, Victorian keeps throwing issues at us.

    These guys were efficient and professional from estimate all the way to installation! I had a water heater leak on a unit that was past its shelf life and Jareds Plumbing was able to quote me a similar brand at a cost efficient price. There turnaround and installation was impressive.     I recently had our Houston water tested and it had high levels of magnesium and calcium. My husband and I decided to invest in a water softener for our home plumbing system. We called Jareds Plumbing and Alex came out and installed a brand new water softener for our family. What a huge difference this has made on our water. I had no idea how hard water felt until I took a shower with soft water. Wow!!! What a difference. Our soap goes so much further and it feels so much better and cleaner.Jareds Plumbing was awesome! Alex had the whole system installed in about 90 minutes. He showed us how to maintain it and how the system works. Jareds Plumbing was absolutely fabulous! We will be calling on them again. Highly recommend!

    Nobody likes a water leak, especially when you have water (money!) gushing down the street. I called Jared Plumbing and they were here within 20 minutes (the City of Houston said they would be glad to come sometime in the next 24 hours!). Even before they got here, the person who answered their phone told me how to shut the water off because the leak was between my meter and my house shut off valve. Jay and his crew were great...Got the work done well and quickly!

    Had a plumbing emergency yesterday and contacted Jaredā€™s plumbing, they were at my house in less than 3 hours, fixed the problem and double checked the other potential plumbing problems. They were professional, and amazing! I have not ever needed a plumber for an emergency before, Jaredā€™s was awesome. I highly recommend them.

    A little over a year and a half ago Jaredā€™s installed new water heaters for myself and 2 of my neighbors. A few nights ago mine quit working. I called Jaredā€™s to check on warranty. He told me they only warrantied for a year but the manufacturer has 6 years. He told me even if I paid him to come out that day he couldnā€™t get the part because the warehouse didnā€™t have them. He told me the quickest way to get the part using my warranty and told me to call him when I got it in and they would try and squeeze me in. I got it and thought I could do it myself and they told me exactly how to do it and told me if I had any issues give them a call. This is customer service. This is a company that cares about their customers. Jaredā€™s will be my go to plumber any time I need one.

    My husband and I own several different rental properties throughout the Greater Houston area and have called on so many different plumbers over the years throughout Houston.We have never found a plumbing company as good as Jareds Plumbing. Alex knows plumbing. He is a true craftsman and doesnt always default to replacement. He recognizes high quality plumbing parts and fixtures, if he can repair it he does. If it needs to be replaced he replaces it. He has a good sense of balance when it comes to quality and price. He instantly knows what is worth repairing and will guide you away from buying cheap stuff that will end up breaking in a few years. Alex has a lot of common sense. When we need a plumber now, we only call on Jareds Plumbing.

    Had a toilet tank crack. I purchased a new toilet the following morning. I called Jaredā€™s plumbing from the parking lot of Home Depot where I had just purchased the new toilet and they told me they could come out and install it same day in the afternoon. I called back later in the middle of their time estimate and was given a more detailed arrival time. They showed up in the time window they stated and did a good job installing the toilet. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant from the person on the phone to the guys who did the work. I think the price was just a tad above average but I felt the price was reasonable considering the professionalism and the same day service. I would definitely use again.

    Highly recommend!! I am a property manager and deal with many contractors. Jareds answered their phone and scheduled my service call for the same day. I requested they call if an earlier appt came open which they did. Arrived on time, fast reasonably priced quotation, started work immediately and was quick to finish job.     I found these guys on Best Plumbers! I had a plumbing emergency yesterday and Jareds Plumbing responded quickly. I got a chance to talk with Alex over the phone and he walked me through shutting the water off at the main valve into the home. Water was gushing everywhere and I was thankful to talk to someone to stop the mess. Alex, the Master Plumber, came out about 45 minutes later.He fixed the mess I started, and tried to do myself. If you are having plumbing problems, and you dont know what you are doing, dont attempt to do it yourself. Call in a professional that does this type of work every day. In the long run it will same you time, money and a lot of water damage if it goes wrong like it did with me yesterday.Thank goodness I was able to get Alex on the phone to walk me through turning the water off. He fixed my entire faucet in less than 40 minutes. Its all brand new now and works perfect.If you have a plumbing problem and you live in the Houston area, call Jareds Plumbing - these guys really are the Best!

    I called Jareds around 8:00 on a Sunday night and a real person took my call. I had a tub that would not drain and a plumber was available to come the next day. My wife bragged on the young mans professional conduct and his consideration of our home. After fixing the drain, he cleaned the tub thoroughly with Clorox. I am happy with their service.

    My brother told me to call Jareds Plumbing. Best referral ever! Jareds Plumbing stopped my pipes from rattling. It sounded like a truck was driving through our house for 2 years every time somebody flushed the toilet. No one could figure out how to stop the noise. My brother was here over the weekend and heard the noise from the pipes and told me to call Jareds. Alex figured out how to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. I wish I would have called Alex 2 years ago. Finally!!! No more trucks running through the house! Thank you Alex! You guys are the best!

    I found Alex and the Jared Plumbing team on Best Plumbers and I have to agree, this is the Best plumbing company in the Houston area.I had an emergency plumbing job we needed repaired before Mothers Day & the crew at Jarods Plumbing were here today and fixed my problem. Now, the bathroom on the first floor works great and our guests wont be inconvenienced the Sunday when we have our party. Now, all I have to worry about is making the food.     Called in the morning for estimate on water heater. They came out quickly and gave estimate that was a fair price. I accepted their estimate and they were able to come out same day and install the new water heater. Install was completed quickly and very cleanly. No mess left behind.     We had a clog that flooded our bathroom and called Jaredā€™s. The staff who assisted us were helpful, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done each step of the way. They gave us options and didnā€™t try to pressure us into anything particular. Pricing was upfront and when something unexpected came up, it was discussed before a change in the original plan was made. They identified an issue that needed to be fixed beyond our clog. They scheduled quickly and ended up fitting us in earlier to replace our clean out which had collapsed/broken and was causing major back-ups to happen. I was sent pictures of the work that was completed, even though my husband was there when they completed the job. I will definitely go back to them again and again when we have plumbing needs.

    I found Jareds Plumbing in Best Plumbers and found them to be exactly that, the Best Plumber I have ever called. They were professional through the entire process.My mother is elderly, and her hot water heater began acting up. I found Jareds Plumbing recommended in Best Plumbers and called them. Alex is very straightforward and honest. When he got to my mothers house, he called to inform me that he could probably fix the current water heater, but he could not guarantee it because it was about 15 years old, and he notified me that it was actually starting to leak at the top.My mother and I decided to have him install a brand-new high efficiency unit. My mother could not have been happier. She absolutely loves Alex and his professionalism.I really appreciate the fact that Alex took the time to explain our problem and he offered us options.     Alex Melchor was is absolutely amazing! He not only was knowledgeable also very professional. He answered my call on a Sunday and let me know the next day he would have an answer for me about my water heater. After talking with him and decided I needed a new water heater after it broke down after 15 years of use, he made sure to have his guys out to me within an hour! Which was amazing because we had been without out hot water for a week at this time. I changed out a part and he was helpful and had me send pictures to make sure it was right before we moved any further. As a a oilfield wife of a husbands who travels this was a very stress free situation when it came to Jareds plumbing. The technicians who arrived were very nice and professional also!     The owner (Jared) is a honorable businessman!!! I called in for an estimate and explained that I was replacing a valve cartridge in my bathroom shower and I couldnā€™t get the new one all the way in the placement and he told me that I was almost right there at completing the installation said that it was probably some rubber still inside the casing and to take out the new cartridge and check. And sure enough there was some rubber stuck inside. He could have easily kept that information to himself and gave a quote to come out to complete the installation. Thank you for your honesty!!

    4/2019 - Eagle Springs resident replacing water heater. Most courteous, clean, and responsive plumbing company I have dealt with in decades. EVEN SHOWED UP EARLY! Protected floors and inside house before bringing in anything. Removed old water heater. The commercial water heater they bought had more metal instead of plastic in the parts. They replaced my attic water heater in 1/2 the time I was expecting. Kudos guys!

    Have been using Jareds Plumbing for years at two different houses. My outside hose faucet became inoperable and I called Jareds. They were in the area and 30 minutes later Alex arrived...needed some internal parts and did not have to replace the faucet. Was done in less than 15 minutes and very reasonable charge. Very Happy!!

    These folks are extremely professional and reasonable in their rates. I had two outside faucets as well as my inside sink that leaked. With a finished basement a previous plumber said the outside one would need to be replaced which would involve cutting through the inside drywall. I am happy to say Jareds Plumbing did both and never needed to go inside through the drywall. Kitchen faucet works great. Jareds Plumbing is my new go to for any plumbing problems.

    Alex, a master plumber, arrived on time. He was very professional. Listened attentively to my concerns, checked everything out and thankfully, I didnā€™t have the issue I thought I had. He could have easily replace the water line valve as my refrigerator because I couldnā€™t turn the valve off. He checked it out, valve was just tight but he turned it off and back on with no issues. Love working with honest people. Canā€™t say enough good things about this company!

    I had Jereds Plumbing out for an estimate. Very nice individual that came to do the estimate. Unfortunately the price was the highest out of the 3 estimates I received for the same brand water heater, and I was told if I wanted a written estimate emailed to me, they would have to charge me. That was pretty disappointing.
