Called to have someone come out to look at issues with all of our toilets, shower head leak, and bathroom sink leak. They came out within 24hrs and was able to assist with addressing all of our issues in no time at a reasonable price. Appreciate Kevin for assisting and being informative with what the root causes were. Recommend this company and appreciate how they were able to get everything back to normal. Very happy with their service. Will definitely reach out again if any further issues occur in the future.

Eli has been our plumber since we moved in back in 2008. From water heater replacement, pipe alterations, shower pan installs, and garbage disposals, Elis has done fantastic work. His prices are fair for the quality and professionalism he provides. I highly recommend this family-run company.Update: Eli’s Plumbing continues to provide great service. I can’t give more than one review so I’m leaving a 2024 update. They are fantastic. I’m so glad to have my “go-to” plumber!

Eli’s plumbing provided me with excellent customer service! Kevin came out to fix my pipe that bursted during the freeze! I called them and they came out within a 2 hour time frame! Kevin explained what happened and how what he needed to do.. he’s very patient! Then I realized later on that evening that my hot water wasn’t working, so I called them again. This time Eli came out and explained what happened! He was very patient and honest with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Houston and/or surrounding areas!!! Thank you again for your honest professionalism and work! I will definitely utilize them again and again.

This was so appreciated that were planning to contract with them for additional work in the spring. Then, too, the toilet installation they did required a correction replacement part and yet it was done quickly and cleanly. I intend to refer them to anyone who needs this service.

We had a major problem with a a backup. Eli gave us the straight but unwelcome news that our sewer pipe had collapsed. He and his crew took care of the problem which was even worse than expected. I was worried about the problem and the cost described but everything Eli said matched what I had been seeing. It all made sense when he talked about what they found. Honest , professional ,great people. Couldnt finda way to recommend them more. Top notch.

He took care of the problem, explained everything to me and gave me what I thought was a fair price for his work. He also had a great, very welcoming personality. I had a very positive experience with Eli’s Plumbing (Jan 2023). I had a hot water unit leaking, with damage to the ceiling of the bedroom below. Eli was able to fit me in – 3 hours after I called. They arrived the next day and installed two new units. This is why I am 100% happy and satisfied: Eli listened to my concerns, listened and answered all my questions, talked me through options – size gas , tankless etc. He spent a lot of time talking to me - I didnt feel rushed. Eli also answered my questions about the warranty etc. He also gave me advice on the damage to the ceiling. The whole crew where very respective of the house – putting down cardboard, taking of shoes, even sweeping up leaves that came in the front door. Any communication with the office was very prompt. I have found my new plumber! Thanks guys!

The absolute BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I had an emergency plumbing leak from my washing machine box on the day I was closing on the sale of my home. Closing was delayed until the leak was repaired; I googled “emergency plumber” and Eli’s plumbing came up. Mr. Eli was able to come out immediately(within 20 minutes of call), he assessed the problem, ordered the part, and the repair was completed 1st thing the following morning!! The office staff was very professional and helpful during this process. Let’s just say I’ve found my new plumbing service for life!! Thank you Eli’s Plumbing for such a pleasurable experience.

I cannot even tell you how grateful I am that my friend recommended Eli and his trusty, hardworking crew. We had a plumbing emergency - main line went out - and with two boys and a husband I was FREAKING out without toilets and water. Eli came over right away and 24 hours later had installed a new, much better and up to date, main line (and fixed some other leaks as well that I didnt even know I had.) Little did I know that my crawlspace was extremely damp (why I had been smelling mildew in my house), but two of Elis guys went under my house in a foot high crawlspace (you could not pay me one million dollars to go under there - we once had a critter-removal guy come out and even he wouldnt go under the house). Eli is awesome to his employees, and treats them with such respect. I am super happy to know them all and very grateful they were so fair and didnt try to rip me off (ahem, village plumbing). All in all - perfect! (I never thought Id be so excited about my plumbing - ha).

I attempted to replace my bathroom faucet. After i was done my pipes were leaking heavily. I redid it several times but i just couldn’t not figure out how to stop the leak. I gave up and called Eli. On both occasions, Eli himself responded within an hour. Crews were immediately dispatched and the jobs completed expeditiously. Besides the exceptional response time, Eli and his Team are extremely courteous. The little things that matter such as cleanup and putting sod neatly back in place after digging is done with thoroughness. Finally, the pricing is fair and more than reasonable. Had some plumbing work to be done and he came out same day. He is honest and affordable. He helped me fix something free of charge (I had been quoted over $1200 to have this fixed by another plumbing company) and gave me great prices and honest opinions on a few other projects we have. I dont feel like Id ever have to worry about being over charged, while also getting great professional service so I will never use anyone else for anything plumbing related. Great company!
