I choose GP Plumbing because we have same initials..Gjin arrived ahead of schedule, had his shoes covers and was ready to install my faucet and glass rinser. After he installed faucet, he also took a look at faucet out back and explained why it was leaking. Highly recommended! Gave me a 2 hour window on Saturday, text me about 30 minutes before arrival and got promptly to work on the plumbing issues we were having. From the initial greeting, Gjin was polite and gave superior consideration to my issue. I contacted him on Sunday afternoon, a day before the holiday and he immediately let me know that he was available to resolve my plumbing issue. While there, he was a natural communicator and quite humorous. I learned that he’d just returned from Hawaii right before I contacted him. His rate was reasonable, lower than anyone I’d spoken to. Let’s talk detailed! The job he came to do was interrupted by another issue caused by a previous plumber. He took apart his work, fixed the other guy’s work, and then redid his, all at no additional cost. You talk about superior work! He’s a man of his word with excellent work ethic, not to mention how detail oriented he was. Thank you GP Plumbing, LLC!I will certainly contact you again for future issues!

Gjin called me wither an hour of requesting an appointment for my hot water heater, which is in the attic. We scheduled the t8me and he was here just as we agreed on. He assessed the problem and gave me full details and showed me pictures ( the water heater was 22 years old ) he replace the water heater, the pan, new on and off valve and did the necessary repairs to bring it up to code and at a very reasonable cost. I can’t thank you enough Gjin.

GP came out to help us with our shower drain for our remodel. I can’t say enough about how great he was. I actually miscommunicated what we needed and we discovered that after talking with the contractor. GP was kind enough to come back the following day and did what we needed to be done at no additional charge. Now that is what I call great customer service and going the extra mile. These guys gave a great price and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. If you want great service and an awesome price, use these guys. You will not regret it.

We are so glad we found Gjin! He’s a very experienced plumber. He’s also responsive, fast, straightforward, and friendly. Unfortunately we hired a plumber before Gjin from a 3rd party company that was a complete fraud. They not only overcharged us, but also did the job wrong, which led to a water leak from our 2nd floor to our first floor. When the other plumber stopped responding, we did some research and found Gjin and are so grateful he came quickly, figured out the problem, and fixed the issue. He educated us on what went wrong and resolved the leak at a very reasonable cost. We wish we found Gjin before we went through the previous ordeal but now we’re not going back. He’s our plumber and we highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs/issues/fixes. He’s also a local business that we look forward to supporting. Thanks, Gjin!!

Gjin saved the day! I broke my outside hose pipe and had the water off. I needed to get it fixed today so my wife could take a bath. He showed up and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. If you are in need of emergency or non-emergency professional plumbing services, please look no further! We called GP Plumbing after reading really positive reviews because I accidentally broke off the control valve to our cold water trying to replace the faucet during a mini revamp of our half bath. I called at 4pm on New Years Eve and Gjin (the owner) was out to fix the problem within thirty minutes. He’s actually been out again to work on some non-emergency plumbing work in the house. Gjin runs an honest and fair business. He doesn’t try to nickel and dime you like some contractors. We’ve already recommended him to our friends and family. Call Gjin and I promise you’ll have a plumber for life.

From RC in Kingwood, TX - I had a major leak in my main line water intake to my house. Gjin was exceptional and he gave a fair estimate and advice. Upon agreement the crew dug the pipe, found the major leak and replaced and corrected the entire thing. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the result. He did this regardless of the fact that there was a holiday weekend coming. He also worked with me to determine the best format to follow and was open to suggestion where applicable. GP Plumbing did some work for me today to move a gas valve behind my new oven. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and as a bonus, he noticed some things that were out of code with my relatively new water heater and what I needed to bring up with the former contractor of that job to get it within code, and that other contractor should be fixing it for free, as its still within warranty. He didnt have to share that knowledge with me, and I very much appreciated that. Top notch. Highly recommend.
