We had a tree fall on our garage roof. Once we had the tree removed, we contacted Dan at QRS and he responded quickly. Not being a large job, I was concerned with getting a contractor to respond. He lined up his crews and we were able to get the repairs done within several weeks. Dan communicated well thru the whole process and the work crews were neat and efficient. I would use them again.

QRS Construction did an amazing job on our lake home. Dan met with the insurance adjuster at the time of the inspection. He communicated with me every step of the way. It was a long process dealing with insurance. He was very understanding and helpful to me. The company replaced the roofs of three buildings on our property, the cabin and 2 garages. The property was immediately and completely cleaned up after the install. Not one roofing nail has been found since and that is amazing. He willingly worked with insurance and replaced the siding on the cabin and one garage. Dan and his crew were very professional and courteous and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend QRS Construction.

QRS was first on site after the hail storm came through. After waiting and talking to other contractors I reached back out to Dan and had him stop back to go over the process. I was a little skeptical that it could be as easy as Dan made it sound. After I filed the initial insurance claim Dan took over from there. He met with the insurance adjuster, went to bat for us when needed and got started on the roof within a couple weeks. Completed both roofs the same day. Dan basically handled the entire process for us and I couldnt be more satisfied. Dan was responsive, professional, friendly and very thorough. I would recommend QRS to anyone needing help with potential storm damage. Thank you Dan, it was a pleasure working with you!

Dan was awesome. He took over all the homeowners inquiries and managed the other contracts, so all under one claim. He is very experienced in the field and very diligent in his manual work as well as the insurance claim. He is very honest and extremely helpful due to his knowledge. He also is on the field himself to overlook the work as well as the clean up, and he does help with the clean up himself and backs up his team of workers. He is very punctual, and I hardly had a wait to get my roof done, which was accomplished in less than one day! Wow! I highly recommend him, especially if youre not sure how processing a home insurance claim works. He talks you through it, explaining as well as he himself diligently informs your insurance company, with estimates and photos! QRS Construction is highly recommended by me and would refer them highly to all my friends and family!

We were putting an addition on our home & had been having a tough time with contractors not showing up, not responding to our attempts to contact them, doing shoddy & incomplete work. The roof on our new addition was only 9 months old & was leaking & had no drip edge installed. (In Wisc.) Dan with QRS was referred to us by a neighbor/friend. We contacted Dan to come inspect the roof & give us options to correct our situation. Dan always answered the phone or responded to our messages in a timely matter. The end result was Dan finding multiple errors in the original installation. (not done by QRS) Dan gave us a couple options & left the decision up to us with no pressure. We hired Dan to do a total tear off & redo our addition roof the right way & tie it into the original home correctly, during which he found & corrected additional errors in the original installation. Dan & his crew also finished the soffit & fascia left incomplete by the previous contractor. They showed up when they said they would & completed the job in 1½ days. They do exceptional work & cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone for any job.

I cant say enough good things about Dan and his team! From the time I first reached out to him, Dan was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We hired QRS to build two concrete patios at our home, and prep a gravel pad for a shed we were building in our backyard. They turned out great! Dan made sure that we were satisfied with our final product and that the job site was left tidy and free of debris. The whole experience was great!

Dan and his team did a fantastic job on our house. Dan was very meticulous and detail orientated, and he kept the work areas clean and debris free. Some of the concrete overspray got on our garden level windows, and he took the time to carefully remove the overspray without scratching the glass. They came up with some great solutions for repairing our main steps as well. We really appreciate the completed projects, and they have held up wonderfully in the fall and winter. Thanks, Dan!
