Purchased our first piece of Equipment from Alta! Was super excited, our sales rep Stephen was great. He answered all of my many questions I had about the machine. Stephen took plenty of good pictures and even video. I lived about 10hr 30mins away so stoping by wasn’t really practical. Stephen even checked to make sure everything went smooth with the arrival of the machine as well.Shipping was pretty fast and transaction went smooth. Great buying experience, make sure you ask for Stephen!

There are two branches of this store I’d like to commend:We purchased a machine from Alta last November. With only 30 hours on the machine we ran into a mechanical problem. The service department got our machine right into the shop, had warranty replacement parts ordered within a day of dropping it off, and had our machine fixed and ready for pickup within a week. I also felt as though our sercice order was just as important as the rest, despite the fact that they have million dollar machines in the shop that could be considered much more important.Second, my experience with Josh at the front desk was outstanding. He helped me get a loaner machine for the time being, even though it is not common for warranty work. He listened to our situation and relayed this to the sales team who approved a rental. This goes to show that Alta stands behind their products and contunies to provide A+ customer service even after purchase. Thank you guys!

We have purshaesed two link belt cranes from ALTA over the past year, the salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. service has been spot on every time we have had an issue with very fast response times, I would highly recommend ALTA to anyone looking to buy a Linkbelt crane.
