We had a sunroom that was needing to be replaced and kept putting it off until we could not. We have had several small jobs over the years that Finley & Sons Builders completed with timely and exceptional work, so there was no doubt that Finley & Sons Builder’s would be the company to complete this job. It was a pleasure to work with the Finley & Sons Builder’s team at all stages of the remodel. Every single person combined excellent technical and personal skills. We actually looked forward to seeing team members and missed them when the project was completed (on time!). Communication to us throughout the project was frequent, detailed and accurate. Chris Finley did an outstanding job working within our constraints of keeping the original footprint. The quality of all the work of the new sunroom is outstanding. We had a front porch added to our house. Finley and Sons did an exceptional job. They are very professional, show up on time and keep the lines of communication open. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship as well. I highly recommend them.

The Finleys did some major construction projects for us over the past 11 years. This included: a major home addition, a kitchen renovation, remodeling/finishing a basement, renovating a porch, and a number of miscellaneous projects. Not only was the finished work excellent, they were always professional, reliable and trustworthy. When we had questions or issues, they were quick to address them and ensure our complete satisfaction. We will continue to use Finley for future projects and give them the highest possible recommendation. They are terrific!

In spite of the weather, Chris and his team started a 1,000-square-foot addition on our home the last week of December 2021. The project was completed in April 2022. From the onset to the end of the addition, Chris was here every single day. He was often the first to arrive and the last to leave. A few times, he worked on the weekend to prepare for unexpected weather or work ahead to ensure he kept his team on schedule. There were two unexpected situations that came up, which required extra thought and planning, and in each instance, Chris and his team far exceeded our expectations. The end result is exactly what we had hoped and planned for. We are grateful for Chris attention to detail, warm disposition, and sense of humor -- my husband works from home and enjoyed the daily banter with Chris and his team. The highlights of our evenings were walking through the addition and seeing so much daily progress. Chris was also on top of ordering our supplies, which saved us a ton of money -- and when he felt the pricing was unreasonable or the timing exceeded his schedule, he personally identified alternate reliable sources and options for us to select from. We highly recommend Finley & Sons Builders, from the onset it felt like we were working with family, and for that and many other reasons we are grateful.

Chris and his team did a great job remodeling our home in Hudson. Complete gut and remodel of 3 bedrooms and the kitchen. Also completed cosmestic upgrades to every room. The end result was beautiful and everyone was professional and considerate. We are very pleased with the aesthetic as well as the upgraded and up to date electric and plumbing. Started in May and completed end of August! Highly recommend

Over 20 years ago Finley & Sons put an addition on our home. Part of the project included turning a ranch into a 2 story. Needless to say, not having a roof for a few days was a little worrisome but everything went fine and we have had zero issues with their work. I highly recommend using this company.
