We recently hired Element to completely remodel a full bathroom and we couldnt be happier with the results. The team at Element was responsive and professional from the start. The lead designer, Ashley, took the time to understand our vision for the project and helped us choose the perfect materials and finishes. Sam and his construction team were always efficient, courteous and respectful of our home. We were very pleased with their daily communications and progress updates once the project started and Sam always promptly resolved any concerns. We are now considering them for a kitchen remodel and would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a similar project.

We recently completed a full master bedroom/master bathroom remodel with Element and are very happy with the results. From start to finish, Element worked closely with our budget, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the process. The design team was easy to work with and the construction crew was friendly and attentive to details. Its been 5 weeks since work was completed and we have no issues to report! I would be happy to hire them again in the future for any other renovation needs.

I recently purchased new quartz countertops from Element. They assisted with selection and carried out all aspects of the installation. They were timely, efficient, and the quality of the work was outstanding. A few challenges occurred during the installation because of the age of my home, such that some minor painting, carpentry, plumbing, and tile work were needed. They solved problems as necessary and took care of everything. Excellent workmanship.

Element recently finished a major remodel in our current home and this was the second time we have used Element for extensive interior remodeling. We were very pleased with both homes (remodels completed in 2018/2019 and 2023, respectively). Ashley, interior designer, was outstanding in this recent remodel. Sam, project manager, was instrumental during the process. Due to some material delays, no fault of Element, the timeframe was longer than expected. From demo to finish, our crews were amazing. We find Element to be professional, accommodating and would use them again in the future if we undertake another remodel.

We hired Element Design to correct some of the kitchen remodel work that was partially completed by another contractor before he decided to quit on us. Part of the big correction was the kitchen Island extension. The structure had to be straightened out and needed to be strong enough to bare the weight of 9ft by 4ft stone slab. We were extremely time pressed because granite installation date was due soon through another company. We explained our situation to the owner of Element Design and he sent his highly trained professionals to identify and correct issues in the most efficient way possible. They prioritized this project out of sheer courtesy, and we will always be grateful for this act of kindness. Apart from corrections, they did electrical work around our kitchen, installed hood and microwave, textured ceiling, and remodeled our fireplace with brick based on the design I provided. I am recommending this company to anyone in need for interior home remodeling. They are the best!

All I can say is Element Design Team did a fantastic job on our new kitchen project. From the design of the new layout to the finished product everything was perfect. The other contractors I shopped with came nowhere close to the vision that Element Design put together. The work Element Design did was truly amazing! Vlad and his team (Mile, Ashley and Sam) at Element did a great job for us. We had extensive upgrades done in 3 bathrooms and a full basement remodel completed in our home. From design to quote to project completion, the work was meticulously executed at a very high standard. Sam (our project manager) often made great suggestions as the project went along related to design changes, material substitutions and other upgrades that enhanced the outcome of the work. The team worked hard, was trustworthy in our home, was very patient with our attention seeking dogs, proactively spotted punch list items to quickly remedy and cleaned up daily during the project to minimize the disruption to our family. Vlad and his team did high quality work, were flexible with our work schedules to get the job done and didnt stop until all work was completed to our expectations. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship for our bathroom remodel. Vlad and his team were attentive to our needs. They made practical suggestions, which we feel improved the projects outcome. The quality of their workmanship was superb - the tilework, the cabinetry, the glass shower installation, woodwork & pocket door installation. They kept to their promised timetable & made sure that we were completely satisfied with the final product. The cost was competitive. We feel that we received good value for the price.

Details are below the original review.========Original Review:My wife and I were very happy with the work Vlada, Phillip and the rest of the crew did in remodeling our master bathroom. They were prompt and finished ahead of the originally quoted schedule. We came in a few hundred dollars over budget, but that was due to decisions by my wife and I on different materials after we started. Vlada and Bethany were always available during the process to answer any questions we had. They took the time to get us exactly what we wanted, even if it was something that wasnt originally planned for. They facilitated the ordering and delivery of the tile, fixtures, vanity, etc... When the granite supplier called me with an issue, I let them know and they took care of everything to ensure we stayed on schedule. Their price was also very competitive with other quotes we received. We have plans to do more work around the house in the future, and would certainly work with Vlada and crew again. I would also recommend them to any friends looking to remodel anything in their home.=======Update:We hired Element to remodel / gut our second bathroom (including removing a wall), add a vanity to our half bath, and do a little work in our Kitchen in August of 2023. I would leave them another 5 star review for the second round of work if Goggle would let me. They were just as prompt and professional with me as the first time. They added an interior designed to help us decide what to order and make sure we had what we wanted. Sam, the project manager, was extremely responsive to any questions I had. We had one small problem with a leak in the Kitchen, but Sam had someone at my house in literally 20 minutes to fix it. Vlada came by to discuss it and make sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction as well. I would hire them a third time, if we have anything else we want done.

We recently worked with the NEO Home Renovation team on a full master bath remodel and it was the best experience we could have asked for! Communication regarding the project estimate, contract, and questions throughout the process was quick and clear. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and the finished product is everything we could have asked for and more. There were a few delays on our side (cracked sink, delayed flooring) but the project was still done on time and within budget. We look forward to contacting this team again in the near future for our upcoming kitchen renovation project!

I’m sitting at home looking at my beautiful foyer done by Vlada of Northeast Ohio Home Renovation and loving it! If you are looking to hire a contractor, look no further than Vlada. He is easy to work with, very responsive and most importantly able to stay within budget and meet deadlines. Northeast Ohio Home Renovations built a brand new kitchen complete with Amish cabinetry for me as well as a master bath with floor to ceiling tiles prior to the work that was done on my foyer. I couldn’t be more happy with their work. Vlada stayed within budget and completed the work in the timetable that was originally quoted for every single project that he completed for me. Once the job is started, his team reports daily till the job is done. You hear so many horror stories of contractors starting a job and then not showing up for a few days because they’re trying to juggle several jobs at the same time – I can tell you that staying within budget and meeting deadlines is very important to Vlada. In addition, Vlada and Bethany are able to guide you through the material selection process and are very patient throughout the “waffling” period that most homeowners go through since there is so much to select from! If you are look for a home remodeler, look no further than Northeast Ohio Home Renovation! You won’t be disappointed

Vlada Demrovski and his team did excellent work installing porcelain floor tile in our two bathrooms and laundry room in August 2018. He used the new TAVY installation system for putting ceramic tile directly over a vinyl laminate surface, avoiding replacement or additional layers of substrate flooring which can excessively raise floor level. After 18 months of use, no grout cracks or any problems with this method. Their work is clean, precision, beautiful, completed on time, and reasonably priced. We had Elements replace all our kitchen countertops which included a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They did everything from tearing out the old and hauling it away to ordering all the new components and installing them. Within a month of giving them the deposit, the work was done. It took 2 days for their crew to do the installation. We were happy that all we had to do was pick out what we wanted and everything was done for us.
