    Franzoso tackled my very challenging roof replacement that others could not handle. Their estimate was thorough, outlining up front where there would be extras, so no surprises. I cant say enough about the crew,they were amazing! They also replaced six very large fixed glass windows with smaller versions, and worked with me on a few changes I wanted along the way. Their window installer, Ramira, was great! Honest and professional and meticulous! Fantastic job! Thanks guys!

    Have used this company twice now and am happy to say I will use them again in the future for any work needed to be done on my house.     Franzoso replaced our roof. Everyone involved was extremely nice. Meeting with the consultant through completion was very well orchestrated.     We hired Franzoso Contracting many years ago to install a new roof on the main house and detached garage. We then had them install two storm doors and replace some of the facia board on the house. This Summer we had gutters with leaf guards installed. The process from the beginning was seamless. Mike came and gave us an estimate for the job and the work began promptly, the workers were professional, communicated the process, and cleaned up every day when they were done. I only have good things to say about all the staff. I highly recommend them and will hire them in the future.

    Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail in reconstructing our back porch. Totally pleased with time to complete and with finished project. The companyā€™s sales operations were not so well-coordinated and created an unnecessary delay in getting started, but that doesnā€™t take away from the finished result. Even my building inspector praised their work. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to call on them again.

    We recently had windows and siding done at our house in White Plains. We received bids from several companies. All were pretty close. We chose Franzoso because they detailed every aspect of the job, start to finish. We were not disappointed. The supervisor and the workers did a great job.

Franzoso installed our siding (vertical board and ******), along with a side door and did an excellent job. We would recommend them without hesitation. Prior to having Franzoso install our siding and side door, we had another well known high end company install all new windows and a new front door. While the windows and window installation were done well, the front door installation was completely botched. The door could not be unlocked without literally placing our body weight against the door. There were gaps at the top and bottom of the door -defeating the purpose of paying to install windows and doors to make the house more energy efficient. The employee who installed the front door at this well-known window company basically dismissed our expressed concerns stating that it was the best that could be done as our house was not level. Franzoso did such an excellent job with our siding and side door installation that I reached out to see if they would be willing to remove the new front door and reinstall it properly. Franzoso agreed and Tino and his colleague from Franzoso did an amazing job reinstalling our front door. I am grateful and have a lot of respect for a company that has such skilled and professional workers who take pride in doing an excellent job.

    Huge shout out to Franzoso Contracting Inc.! We just had our roof, siding, gutters, storm doors and a greenhouse window installed at our 1810 home. To say they did a fantastic job would be the understatement of the year. Special shout out to Patricio and crew, who no matter what obstacle the house threw at them,(rot, lots of rot) they fixed everything and did an amazing job.     Needed a new skylight installed. The one I had was over 30 years old. The size was no longer available. Franzoso was able to get the best size available and was able to install it cleanly. It looks great. The installers were fabulous. Cleaned up nicely and left the place as they found it. Would use them anytime.

    We had Franzoso replaced our roof, gutter, siding and solar installation about 6 or 8 years ago. Great experience especially with Mark Franzoso. Fast forward to present, we called up Mark because we need to have a downspout/leader close off and gutter re tilted. Mind you, this guy was in upstate at the moment and drove 3.5hours over to our place!!! Who would do this? To make it even better, he also brought over a freshly baked pie! Oh my goodness is my only response. He left and promised to get this done.Our driveway guy called and told me yesterday that they are coming next week to have the driveway replace(!!). Donā€™t you just hate last minute notice?!!!. I texted Mark at around 7am ish today about the possibility of sending crews over sooner and he responded in less than 10mins promised to have the project manager move some crews around their hectic schedules. The crews just left about an hour ago. Surprisingly it was the same crews that did our gutters years back! Great workmanship and professionalism. Everything came out amazing as always with Franzoso. I seldom leave reviews but this company deserve recognition. I have dealt with many contractors during all these years and franzoso is still my go to contractor. Thank you!!!

    Franzoso Contracting is one of the most dependable contractors I had the pleasure to work with both personally and professionally. Excellent, respectful and crystal clear communication, outstanding craftmanship and work ethics. They certainly know how to handle and execute a project.They took care of my permits (the city I live in is very difficult to work with), they removed two layers of asphalt shingles ON TOP of two layers of cedar shingles since this is a very old house and they installed a brand new roof fully up to code and gutters protection within a week worth of work. During the process they protected my house and garden plants and the work site was fully cleaned at the end of each day.I highly recommend Franzoso Contracting and they will be my go to contractor for any future house project I have.

    We searched for a roofing company for a year. We had lots of people give us recommendations. We contacted a few of them we werent impress with any of them. We finally contacted Francisco. They sent a representative over check out our roof and gutters. ( He climbed on our roof and actually checked) . Explained how they would do the job gave us s price and stated to give them a call when we were ready. They were Professional from the first day until competition of the job. They cleaned up the mess and left everything clean.

Mark was very responsive, came over to measure, and within a few days, had created for me a detailed plan that was tailored to my needs. As soon as the region reopened, his team replaced an old, rotting wooden deck railing system with high quality composite TREX material.     Put on a new roof, faceure boards, gutters down spouts and replaced soffits and wrapped themAll work was professional, and for the amount of work reasonably priced. My brother in law and drinking buddies just re-shingled the roof without straightening it out 30 years ago. It is now in great shape!! Eventually I have other work to be done and I will be contacting Franzoso to do the work.

    Franzoso replaced 9 double hung windows (wonderfully and thoroughly), the entire roof (a lot of work, and went smoothly), a custom arch-top storm door (airtight now), and the gutters/ leaders (not so great: workers damaged windows, the gutter guards allow rain spillover, holes in stucco from the old downspouts were not patched). For full service, attentiveness, professionalism, I truly appreciate Franzosos many construction divisions and salesman Mike--I will definitely hire again when needed!

    From start to finish, I was very pleased with the installation process of my energy star windows (2022). The sales person Doug, created a patient appointment environment, in my home. He understood my needs & my pocket. The installers were also excellent & when they left , you couldnā€™t tell that I had windows installed. Who wouldnā€™t love that!Fast forward 2023, I was interested in changing my patio doors. So I called Franzoso & Doug came out inspected the area, showed me some samples. I ended up purchasing the patio doors with the blinds in them. Talk about stunning, I love showing off my patio doors as they are beautiful & make my living room space really stand out. I also noticed during the recent heatwave how much cooler my place has been without running my ac all the time . I know the reason is due to the quality of my new patio doors .     Franzoso did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. The work was overdue and when they found some of the plywood deck breaking down they replaced the with new pieces and communicated it promptly so we knew what to expect and how the cost would shift. Our new roof looks great and the improvement in the quality of the new gutters is significant. Franzoso was highly professional throughout and Iā€™d definitely recommend working with them.

    I had 2 exterior doors replaced by Franzoso and could not have gone better. It took a while to get the products into stock due to supply chain issues but the work was done on time, very neat and very professional. I would say that the costs may have been marginally higher than some other contractors but nonetheless would not hesitate to recommend Franzoso for any home improvement needs.

    I had most of the windows replaced in my home. My experience with Franzoso from beginning to end was excellent. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable about their products and the installation process. They frequently kept me updated on the status of my order. The installers we fabulous. They completed the job with no damage to my moldings at all and left the area nice and clean. I was afraid it was going to be a very intrusive and messy process, but it was the opposite. This is my second time working with Franzoso and I would highly recommend them.

    I have been very happy with every interaction ive had with Franzoso as well as the quality of their work. They worked with me to schedule quotes and the eventual work, and they always seem eager to help. The work done so far includes window replacements, door replacement, and a new waterproof boot for a roof vent pipe. Glenn did a great job explaining the options for new windows and door, and Tino did a fantastic job of installing them as well as fixing some of the window frames at the same time. The crew that did the boot was equally as professional and my roof has leaked since, which is great considering all the rain we have had recently. All that have come to do work have been friendly, respectful of my property, and highly knowledgeable when asking questions about the process and other related questions. They will be a go to for all work within their portfolio of services.

    My windows were due for replacement. I contacted my property management for recommendations and I was given Franzoso because they did a lot of window replacement work at our condominium. They sent Doug over and he did a good estimate. All was good except the lead time on windows. It took almost five months for fabrication and two days to complete the installation. Overall it was well worth it.

    Tino and his partner worker did a superb job in my condo. They removed the entire sliding glass door and screen door from my livingroom leading out to my deck. There was water coming through the existing door structure and running down the inside walls into my basement ceiling and one wall causing extensive water damage. They replaced all the bad and rotting siding around the perimeter and recorked the perimeter and then replaced back the existing door structure. Besides that, they had to remove expensive pull curtains that ran across entire door. This included the complete rod assembly and attachments securing it to the wall. They replaced it after job was completed, and it operates better then before job. Tino was a gentleman and a complete professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. The clean up was thorough and spotless. On a 10 basis , he and his partner get a 10 in my book, A 5 star job. Thank you, Robert H.

With a new roof installation, my solar panels had to be removed, and they introduced me to the company they work with. Both companies worked together so I didnt have to schedule them individually.     Franzoso is the ONLY contractor we trust and will use. During our time in our current home, Franzoso had installed new gutters and replaced the back portion of our roof including the skylight. The entire team did such an amazing šŸ¤© job, this past November Franzoso replaced our front roof. When Franzoso replaced our back roof there was evidence that there was 2 layers of the front roof that may not be in good shape. In November, Franzoso started work on the front roof and the suspension was confirm - we needed an entire new front roof. Franzoso was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! They scheduled the job when we needed it to be done (before Thanksgiving) on very very short notice. PLUS they quickly fit in time to do the extra work for a new front roof down to the studs - plus made expert recommendations on replacing some studs and adding more insulation. They did NOT make any recommendations for work that was not needed and even though prices on materials are very expensive they kept the prices reasonable. The work was done time efficiently with excellent craftsmanship and great professionalism! My husband and I are fanatics about our house and property and Franzoso made sure everything was cleaned and all nails were picked up.     Our experience with Franzoso Contracting was entirely positive. We decided to have our rain gutters fitted with something to keep the leaves out. We researched the various options and then called Franzoso to give us a proposal. The salesman was knowledgeable and, even though our gutters were intact, offered the option of upgrading to a gutter system with higher rain capacity and larger diameter leaders in addition to the leaf screening. He was easy to deal with and put no pressure on whatsoever. Based on the research we had done we judged the price of the proposal to be fair and reasonable. The two-man crew arrived with all necessary tools and supplies, including a system for custom-forming the gutters on-site. They completed the job in one (long) day, and thoroughly cleaned up. We were billed exactly the price quoted a few days after the work was completed. I am fussy about workmanship and inspect work in-progress closely. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of the installation. The workers were skilled, pleasant to have around and responsive to our wishes and preferences regarding details of the installation.

    Mark was referred to me by a client of mine. I had received estimates on replacing my deck 2 years earlier, and kept delaying. Mark came out for an initial meeting/ estimate, which came in most competitive with the previous bids. The difference was in the details. Mark made a few suggestions, the others didnā€™t even dream of. We submitted the required paperwork to our village for approval, and signed the contract. The only problem, everyone is doing home improvements during the pandemic, and we had to wait about 2 months for the material to arrive. The crew and foreman were total professionals. The work was top notch, and every day, they left my home, my wife and I were more impressed. They completed the work in about 2 weeks, but had to wait a few more weeks for the gate and fascia to arrive. I canā€™t begin to tell you how many of our neighbors have commented on their ā€œdeck envyā€. Oh, as a side note, our neighbor, that had used a different contractor (we got an estimate from him 2 years prior), took over a year before she could get her deck signed off on, and receive a C of O. Our deck was inspected last Friday, and I was told to expect it in the mail this week. We signed the contract, the end of June. The deck was started in mid September, and the final trim was installed on 10/31. We cannot be more pleased with Mark Franzoso and his people, true professionals, that take great pride in their work!

    This company is wonderful. We needed to replace two very large and old doors - one a french door and the other a sliding door that were letting out a ton of heat. We worked with their salesman Doug Toback who was awesome and worked through several options in order for us to find the best value. We then coordinated the installation with Dan Gile who has to be the nicest New Yorker Ive ever met :-) The installation was done by Steven - a gentleman who has such a can do attitude, is efficient and so respectful. He and his colleague had to carry the very large and heavy sliding door up a steep hill in our snowy backyard and when I apologized for the hassle - told me it was no big deal at at all - its their job and theyre happy to do it. The doors turned out GREAT!! So pretty! So easy to open and close and simply beautiful. They all wore masks from start to finish too. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others.
