Mark Icovello came over to teach me about the soft water filtration system throughout the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My girlfriend and I discovered how much better the purified water actually tastes. Not only that, the soft water has made showering, cleaning, doing laundry so much easier. Now that we have this system in our house, our appliances will last longer, our hair will be softer, our skin will be smoother. So many great advantages come with upgrading to the in home water filtration system. If Mark Icovello shows up at your house, I highly recommend to paying attention to his presentation as it is extremely thorough and educating. He is very good at what he does.

Quality Home Products installed my 24kw air cooled Generac in March 2021 after the freeze here in Texas. They did a highly professional install from pouring the concrete pad to installing all gas and electrical connections. The actual install was done in under 6 hours. All support and maintenance performed under the agreement for the first 3 years was done on time. It ran for 30 hrs straight during the recent outtage due to hurricane Beryl with no problems. Great company and the Generac performed as it should.

I have used Quality Home Products to service my Generac whole house generator since I purchased the house in 2007. The house was built in 2002, At which time the generator war installed. I always maintain a service contract. Their service has been excellent the entire time. The unit is now almost 23 years old and still running strong. During the recent hurricane it ran 68 hours straight :-). A few years back my son built a new house and as a gift I gave him one. He is even more impressed than I am with their service

From the start, he wasn’t trying to sell us like a typical sales person, just was honest, let the product speak for itself, and was very open and honest with his responses to our questions. Would highly recommend getting the system as it works instantly and with having skin issues, it has already began improving the quality of the condition.

Jarrod, the tech performing my annual maintenance, was first class in customer service. He gave me the 30-minutes heads-up call so I was aware of his impending arrival, and when he arrived, explained what would be done on this maintenance visit. After performing the tests at both the outside unit and the inside r/o faucet, he went over the results with me. He explained some maintenance that needed to be performed on the outside unit and how our r/o unit has reached its end-of-life usefulness, which, after only 23 years, was very reasonable. He went back outside to perform the necessary maintenance explained above, giving us the time to mull over options he gave us on what to do about the non-functioning r/o unit. Being spoiled with such great quality water from both our faucets and especially from the r/o faucet, we elected to have a new r/o unit installed. The appointment for that service was quickly made with Jarrod. We look forward to seeing Jarrod when he comes to install our new r/o unit. We have been satisfied Quality Home Products customers for 23 years and hope to remain so for many more years.

I set up an appointment to meet with a sales person about a whole home water filtration system because they promised me a $50 gift card to Home Depot. We had just moved into a new home, and I could always use $50 to Home Depot. I went into this meeting prepared to hear the pitch, but knowing I wasnt going to purchase anything. We were not in a place to make a large purchase after just purchasing our home.In walks Mark Iocovello. Mark presented his entire presentation. While it wasnt revelatory information (that our water had lots of calcium and other minerals), it was eye opening to see the effect that this has on your everyday products long-term. Mark did a great job of presenting everything. I never felt pushed to make a decision. After he presented the numbers, and that we end up spending around the same amount of money over the next 5 years, it became an obvious decision. I went from not being interested in purchasing a product, to now owning an investment in our health for the future. Thanks, Mark, for all of your help!

Our technician Jacob did a great job answering the questions that I had about our system. Jacob even answered some questions that I had related to water heater maintenance and replacement.Hopefully, it will be a number of years before our water heater needs to be replaced, but if/when it does I plan on contacting Quality Home Products of Texas to handle the job. Good company with good people and Id recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

From the initial visit to the install, a great experience and they always kept me updated. I went with a Kohler and the size was newer so I did have to wait an extra 6 weeks or so. With rain they did the delivery and gas first and came back for the electrical work. They hand dug which was great since I had sprinkler and power and gas in the area they had to access. They used plastic to place the dirt to minimize the disruption to the lawn. They showed me the basics of operation. When it first ran its weekly maintenance run I had a concern on the sounds and they came the next day to review and explain that it related to start up. Plus I have the warranty and service.If you plan to get a quote for this or other items they sell, I recommend giving them a chance to provide a quote.

Devin Q did an amazing job at our house today! From the moment he stepped out of the company vehicle, he got straight to work. He arrived early, before the inspector, he was respectful of my mess that was in the way, and even helped me move things so the inspector could do his portion of the job. He answered any questions I had about the system and even showed me some things in the app, gave excellent leads for switching energy companies and when we had to call about an error that was reading on the app, he just chatted with me until a representative picked up the call. He definitely delivered some top notch customer service today! I had been wanting a home filtration system like this for the sole purpose of not leaving water marks when detailing cars (due to having no calcium in water). I posted some pics as well to show this, I left one spot to dry on its own and no watermarks were visible. I didnt have to fight the Mrs. on this purchase either as she has eczema and realized this would really help her out. She really enjoys the Product as she no longer has any breakouts after a shower.As for Quality Home Products, They are an exceptional company with great Customer Service.Mark Iocovello was a great representative; he explained the product very well and the benefits that come from having soft water; he also explained the promotions they had in place as well ensuring I received the best deal possible. He called every day to make sure appointments were set up and installation was going well and making sure i enjoyed the finished product. There was one issue due to a miscommunication where the installer was given the wrong filter. Before i even had a chance to Call Mark to explain the issue, he was already calling asking how the install was going. He continued calling every day untill i was satisfied with the job and product.Lupe the installer (forgot his last name) also did an exceptional job. Very professional with his work ethic and made sure i was satisfied. I was very particular with where i wanted my tanks located which caused the job to take quite a bit longer, I was also set on how i wanted my pipes routed and Lupe had no issue with how i wanted things done; he completed the job without an issue. He also came back on his day off to replace the incorrect filter as mentioned above.Quality Home Products not only have good products, but the best customer service as well.

I ended up saying yes but before installation I did some modifications so the final amount went down. A good shoutout to Mr James who installed my filtration system without any hassle the way I like it. Got the final amount payable for 6 months without interest as well. These people are great and we love our new water fitration system. Mark Iocovello came to our house for the initial consultation and gave us a great demonstration of the water the system could do for our family. He was very nice and it was great information. We bought the system and it was installed the next. The installer, Marcus, was also very nice. He did a great job with the installation, which only took a few hours. Weve had the system for a little over 2 months and the difference in our water is noticeable. I would definitely recommend getting this water filtration system and I think the payment options would make it affordable for almost anyone.

Loving our system so far! Mark Iocovello came to test our water and show us the benefits of having clean water and it really blew our minds. I now have peace of mind when I wash my daughter’s bottles and give her a bath. I’ve noticed a huge difference in our skin and hair since it was installed. Mark was a wonderful salesman and person. He had fun interactions with our daughter and even helped our cat get down after she jumped up on our refrigerator. We had a bad storm the day after we signed up for the system and the tech coming to install it, Luke, made sure to update me as he was coming and continutely apologized even though he didn’t need to. This review is for our 2024 install of our Koehler generator. At first, I was not sure about the company because I could not find many generator reviews. But we went ahead and had them come out to give an estimate. We had an incredibly knowledgeable sales person. We had several companies come out and despite the lack of review- we went ahead. There was a short period where we didn’t hear anything but once we were permitted it was incredibly fast. I was communicated with by scheduling when they would come to lay the pad, when the master plumber and electrician would be out. One of the best parts is they all work for Quality so you are not dealing with subcontractors. Our generator was installed and inspected next day by the city. They then immediately came out and refilled all the dirt and walked us through it. We had some issues with alert monitoring which they immediately helped fix and then 1 month later we found a sprinkler buried. They came out 2 days after reporting and fixed it on the spot. So far, the customer service has been amazing. And we have had to use it twice since installing 3 months ago and it has been very smooth. We are very happy!
