We were wanting a custom kitchen table made out of a maple tree from my wifes childhood home in Michigan. Raul and Grace were quick to respond to our email inquiry on the project and we knew they were the right fit when we met them. They listened to our ideas and walked us through each phase of the project as we progressed. The table came out great and it gets compliments every time someone sees it. We highly recommend The Reclaimed Wood Shop and will use them again on any future projects.

We have worked on several projects with Raul all of which have been executed beautifully. I had become frustrated with retailers that were wanting to charge a premium price for tables made from poor quality materials. Rauls craftsmanship is unreal and the quality of the wood is amazing! And even better - I know this table will last for decades because the quality is impeccable.

I finally have the dining table I have always wanted. He also has a great sense of design, we have started our second project together and I am looking forward to the result!!! We wanted the perfect center for our new kitchen. We walked in, explained to Raul our vision. He immediately showed us a beautiful table he had done but it just needed some additional adjustments to be the perfect top for our island. He told us he could fill the spaces with epoxy and we could even add color. That was exciting to know we would have a one of a kind piece. It took a little longer to finish due to the current shut-downs, but we were able to install it just in time for Mothers Day! His customer service was above and beyond and he does impressive work. I have already referred others and we will be requesting his services again for a new door. Thank you for such a beautiful wood piece. Everyone loves it!!

I cant say enough good things about Raul and team at Reclaimed Wood Shop. We did a FaceTime meeting to discuss table design and options since it was during the pandemic, which made everything really easy! They kept us updated on progress of the table build, and even sent pictures along the way! Our table has been in our home a week or so now and I can’t stop staring at it. It’s exactly what we wanted. It’s stunning...and I can’t wait to enjoy many family dinners around it for years to come!

Raul and his team are true craftsman. He has made several pieces for me that have instantly become family heirlooms. The pantry doors, kitchen island, and dining room table are show stoppers and of the utmost quality. He’s currently making a bench to go with an antique table. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work and am dreaming up new projects!
