    I HIGHLY recommend GENGATORZ for your home generator needs. From the first contact with the sales department to the completion of installation, it was all done under a month. They gave us a lot of information, answered all of our questions and concerns, and were very professional in all areas of the process. Everything was tested and about the operation of the generator. The installation team did a very professional job and went to great lengths to repair our lawn cosmetically, to the best of their ability. We were very impressed.     Finally decided to use a different service company for my generator and possibly a quote on a new Kohler. Just when you think good service is a thing of the past, along comes Caleb Breaux with Gengatorz. He communicated via phone and text on his appointment time and was on the money. He took the time to explain everything, gave me a nice booklet with the quote and totally a very pleasant experience. If the rest of the Gengatorz sales and service team are represented as well as this young man was, I feel confident we have chosen the right company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The team worked tirelessly to complete the task at hand!!!!! The generator had to be placed differently than originally positioned. The exhaust had to exit toward the rear fence according to the safety requirements mandated by the City of Kenner. I and the team discussed this and the gen was positioned perpendicular to the back fence instead of parallel to the fence. This necessitated the gen taking up more of my small backyard than originally expected. All in all it was done very well!!!!!! I may have some questions as time passes but I feel confident that any questions will be addressed in a professional manner!!!!! Kudos to you for a job well done!!!!!!

    Gengatorz is an awesome company! They are responsive and offer phenomenal service! Robbie was great and answered everytime I contacted him! The owner treats you like family and genuinely cares for his customers. Blaise and Demari were our installers and were top notch, they quickly installed the unit and were very knowledgeable in everything involved in the whole generator process and technology! Place your order earlier than later, I had ordered my unit but was delayed slightly because a hurricane came through. I bought the 26kw Kohler air cooled unit and it runs absolutely everything in the house. I highly recommend Gengatorz Power Systems for everything generator and service!!

    Gengatorz was outstanding. I had major issues getting a new Kohler 24kw I had purchased from a different company up and running smoothly. Gengatorz (Phillip B.) was the 4th tech to look at the unit, and he had the expertise to troubleshoot the unit (was an outdated ECM) and get it working correctly. Now I will only use Gengatorz for my ongoing generator maintenance needs. Amber & Kristi were really helpful and made sure I got across the finish line & had all warranty info sorted out. I am a huge fan of this company & their technical expertise. Do it right the first time with Gengatorz.

    Jimmy Bienvenu did a professional job installing the ATS. He made sure everything was done according to the current electrical code to pass inspection. I was well satisfied with his work.Brandon Mills and Rodney Every worked well as a team and did a great job installing my 26 KW Kohler generator on 8/06/24. They did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the installation. They left job site clean and leveled the remaining dirt. Brandon went over the generator operation and answered all of my questions before leaving. Brandon is an asset to Gengatorz and should have a bright future there.On 9/11/24 at 10:40 PM during hurricane Francine my generator shutdown. I called the Gengatorz answering service and then received a text and phone call from Travis Terrebonne at 11:19 PM to discuss the problem. He stated someone will call before they come and will be there before 7:00 AM. Ian Terrebonne called and arrived at my house in Raceland at 1:00 AM. I extended my gratitude and appreciation for them coming. Despite working long hours that day and being out in a hurricane in the middle of the night neither IAN or the other technician complained at any time. Their only concern was to get the generator running. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem and had the generator running in 20-30 minutes. Ian said to call if I had anymore problems. Once again, I thanked both of them for helping me at the worst possible time.I dont think any other generator company would have had their technicians go out on a service call in the middle of the night during a hurricane. I appreciate the Gengatorz team going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Thank you for a Great Job.

    My generator wouldnt start and carry the load. I had another company come and check it out. When they left it was running. The next time power dropped out, it failed to start.     Very professional company, updated me at every stop/change in the schedule. Utilities companies permits were a separate problem but Gen Gators updated me accordingly.I would recommend them to anyone looking for the peace of mind that comes with having a backup power source in their own home.Hopefully we will never need it, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you have a backup source of power for when the power goes out is priceless.

    I bought a Generac through another dealer whose service left much to be desired. I switched to Industrial right after Hurricane Ida and have been nothing short of amazed at how well this business is run. From service call to actual service technician arriving at my home, communication is spot-on and while the Generac still causes us issues (it appears to be a lemon), Industrial helps us quickly and efficiently every time we need service. We are grateful for Travis, Ian and the entire Industrial Power Systems team - without their diligence we’d be in a real bind with this piece of junk we’ve gotten stuck with!

He made us feel confident and comfortable with our choice.Today Blaise and Demari came and installed our new Kohler home generator. They called me ahead of time and were right on time. They worked really hard on getting all the equipment installed and running even after a torrential downpour. They were Very polite and professional, went above and beyond, even helped the propane guy with his tank. I would definitely recommend them for all your generator needs. We are very pleased with the work they did for us and so happy that we won’t have to worry when the electricity goes out!

    Industrial Diesel (Travis) showed up when we needed them most! 5 days into the aftermath of IDA our 6 year old 😳 whole house generator died. Travis came over immediately and tried everything he could to repair it. With the whole mess of the storm we couldn’t find the matching part it needed (and we really wanted to go with a different brand). So off to FL they went and brought us back a brand new/bigger (20KW) Generator. I have been recommending this company to everyone I come into contact with that is considering getting a Generator. Their service during and after the sale is unsurpassed!! AND Travis wouldn’t even accept payment for checking on us and attempting to do repairs! He went beyond what we’d expect from a “repairman”. I had a company come out and check the generator which I will not name but they work on ACs told me that my generator was no more good.
