I had a great experience. Last year after going through many companies with no solution. I finally found Dougs number. I called they respond quickly gave me all my options and explained everything along with answering all my questions due to past experiences. They quickly installed my new unit and had everything running making sure we were comfortable in our home. It has been a year since our institution. They called to set up the yearly service appointment. Aubrey was great, friendly, pleasant, and on-time, called with exact time he would be here, he was quick, explained what hecwould be doing, and informative about my filter changing needs. Looking forward to using them for more products soon.

I had trouble with my A/C vents holding water. Called Dougs the same day I seen it, they came out looked it over, advices what needed to be done. Asked if they could start that same day and they did. Once that was done they called me to let me know what the next steps were and they got it done. I was pleased with the service, the employees and phone calls letting me know what they were doing and when the job was complete. Didnt have to pay over the phone due to how far away I work so I was able to go into the office after the job was done and pay. The whole situation and company and personnel was a God send to work with. If your having trouble with anything give Dougs a call. Reasonably priced and great service. Thanks to all of Dougs employees for a very professional job.

Just recently moved to Louisiana and I bought a gas stove. Unfortunately, the old owners had an electric one and I don’t know how to change electric outlets or gas line/valve stuff. So, to make a long story short the home is older and has fuses and breakers. So, for my own safety and comfort I contacted them. They were very responsive and were able to get me in the same day! When I googled an electrician Doug’s was the first one to pop up. I’m so glad that him and a team member came to my home and installed two new outlets with correct wiring for the gas stove and switched out the gas valve and knew where the shut off was. So, now I can go to sleep knowing it was done correctly and will not have any issues! So, thank you Doug’s!!!! I will definitely use them again if needed!

Awesome experience with Dougs!!!! I called at 8:00 am Monday morning checking to see if they serviced hot water heaters to which they said yes. They had someone out here within an hour to check out the problem.Water heater needed to be replaced which was done today. Brader and Eric did a fantastic job on installation of my new hot water heater, cleaned everything up and you cant even tell that they have been here!!It gives me great peace of mind knowing that I am a member of Dougs Care Club and that if I need them they are on call 24hrs a day 7 days a week!!!! Could not ask for a better profession, they got to install (2) A/C and Heating systems in my home with in 2 day from placing the order. All involved in the take out and installation was the best. I would recommend all and anyone to contact them for there services.

My condensate pump on my AC system was making a lot of noise. I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg to replace it. But the service man who came out, Randall, said it might just need a good cleaning. So he took it apart, and sure enough thats what it was. He gave it a good cleaning and saved me hundreds of dollars for a replacement. Five Stars!!!

No doubt about it - Dougs are just plain great folks!! Walked in early this AM to our clinic (Oral Facial Surgery Center - Thibodaux) to a nonfunctioning AC. We had patients scheduled for Oral Surgery and no AC is a real problem for us. They were hear within minutes of our call and fixed the problem without a fuss - quick part change and we were back in business. All our patients are cool!!!
