Steve did a great job on unclogging the drain and was good company while doing it. I had been having issues for a while and had another company quote me an outrageous price. Steve and his wing man did the job for half the price and actually completed it before asking for payment. Could not be happier with the service, highly recommend!

Called multiple plumbers to help fix my broken pipes. I havent had water for two months. I called Roto Rooter and they came within an hour. I want to thank Andrew Hames for not giving up on us. He had to cut through my ceiling to repair multiple pipes in different areas. My family appreciates what you guys did for us today. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. They will get the job done for sure. Andrew tracked down 12 busted pipes. God bless you sir.

Im a single woman and I dont know how plumbing works, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know when something was seriously wrong. Ill bet I called a half dozen plumbers trying to get some information. Roto-Rooter was the only one that took the time to come do a look-see. Steve and Andrew stopped by and the thing that really sold me was when Andrew drew me a picture of how the pipes ran and it was just what I needed--Steve gave me a reasonable price to fix my problem. I immediately said yes! The next day Andrew, Benjamin and Walter came out. Come to find out, it was as bad as I feared! My pipes were full of tree roots, dirt and the pipes were actually broken...like a lot broken. (I hover and they didnt seem to mind at all!) They finished up today and I couldnt be more pleased!! Thank you Stwve, Andrew, Benjamin and Walter. Job well done.

Steve and his helper did an amazing job. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and explained many things to me - about where things are routed through my house and how to prevent future back ups. He even took a peek at my dripping faucet, told me the $5 part I needed, called a local supplier to have it ready for me, and it worked! Thankful for these guys. Definitely recommend.
