    I had a faucet that needed replacing and we had issues due to the weather and location of the meter box. However Lee was a wonderfully knowledgeable, kind and professional serviceman. I highly recommend Robert Meyer plumbing - from the customer service to the team member that completes the work order. Great job all the way around and thank you Mr Lee for a pleasant experience.

    Highly highly highly recommend 💯. Stevens work on my pipes was outstanding! I will definitely use them again. My pipes were old metal and he had the knowledge and manpower to actually fix the problems.

    If you want high-quality timely service I highly recommend calling Roberts plumbing. We moved here from Washington state not knowing we had plumbing issues on the house that we purchased. We hired a plumber to come out and got us unplugged anti-Vincelli try to put in a grinder pump. Which ended up being all wrong. Called Roberts plumbing they came out Robert took the bull by the horns and got us all straightened around everything is done and an excellent job can’t say enough good things about these people the staff in the office to the guys working for Robert.     Steve and Caleb were prompt, courteous, and professional! Steve was so friendly and willing to show my husband what he was doing and explaining as he worked. Double thumbs up for these 2 guys!!! Would def use again!!!! Fixed our problem in a snap!

    In 2020, when I was in the process of buying a commercial property, Robert came out himself and did my plumbing inspection. Through, kind, and knowledgeable. Charges were well within reason.

    When I called they made an appointment for me the next day. They were here on time and had the part on the truck to fix my faucet that was leaking. They are very nice and very professional in their work. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    I have found my plumber! My family used to use another plumbing business here in hot springs that unfortunately is no longer in business. Its scary stuff trying to find an honest person (in any trade) to feel good about giving your business too. After no longer having a go-to plumber, we started the search for a new one after having several septic tank issues. The absolute first thing that stood out about these guys was (Meyer plumbing was the 4th plumber we called) that they came out the same day to assess the situation and give us an estimate. The three others we called before this all wanted money to roll a truck out to our house to give the estimates, and the earliest of the the three couldnt schedule an appointment for a week!! We literally had sewage in our backyard and we have five kids, this was not acceptable, we needed it fixed and fixed fast. So I was in awe when the receptionist said someone will be out within the hour. Mr. Meyer came out and was very thorough with what he thought had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Unfortunately he did tell us this wasnt going to be a cheap fix but reassured us several times that he was only going to fix what needed to be fixed once he dug everything up and got a real look at what all was going on. He gave us estimates for what he thought needed to be done (which thank God it turned out to be) and an absolute worst case scenario estimate (replacing the whole septic system). My wife and I talked and we felt comfortable that we had found a plumber we could trust so we gave him the green light that next day (which was a Friday). He said he would be here Monday morning and that he estimates the job would be done in a week. Well, he broke ground Monday and finished by that Wednesday! He could have drug that out and billed us for a week of labor but he finished ahead of schedule. We couldnt have been more pleased, and the whole time he was working on our system he kept us up-to-date on everything! He made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and where my money was going (this wasnt a cheap job and had the potential get real expensive real quick) so I felt very comfortable that we were not getting ripped off. In all, this man is a honest, hard working, man of his trade, and we couldnt be happier saying that we found our new plumber from here on out!!! Thats our review and I hope it helps someone else trying to find an honest plumbing company here local in hot springs. Thanks!
