    If youre looking for a reasonable price and phenomenal service, Paramount Plumbing is who you can count on. The best in the business. I was able to get a quick appointment.     Paramount Plumbing came through like a champ!! Mothers Day weekend (Friday night to be specific) and water started shooting out of the front electrical panels of my hot water heater along with a burning smell in the air. I dont even know how thats possible!I live on the top floor of a condo building so we were SUPER LUCKY to quickly catch the issue, turn off the breaker and shut the valve leading to the unit.After receiving a referral from another company I know and respect (shout out to Green Team too!!!) I was able to send specs, dimensions and pictures of the old unit directly to the owner of Paramount on Saturday morning.After dealing with the headache of condo association thats extremely strict and an emergency repair we were able to get the paperwork in order and Mike Schacht (our technician) was on his way early afternoon Saturday. He had the exact unit we needed and the final installation and piping were even better than what was there before.He did an AMAZING job and we had hot water in less than 24 hours from the start of the issue - I couldnt have asked for a better outcome.Thank you to the Paramount Plumbing team and their great service, reliability and flexibility for making my Mothers Day a success :)!!

    We had an emergency on a Sunday evening due to our main sewer line backing up. Paramount Plumbing answered our call right away and quickly sent a technician to help, unlike other companies that claim to be 24/7 but don’t even pick up the phone. When Tommy, the technician, arrived, he was friendly and professional. He explained the possible causes of the issue, keeping us informed about the steps he might need to take. Tommy resolved the problem efficiently and made sure we tested all the toilets and faucets in the house one by one. We’re very pleased and grateful for their service. Paramount Plumbing is now saved in my contacts for any future needs – no need to call anyone else!

    After the Water Department came by our West Pembroke Pines home to let us know that our water meter was “spinning like crazy” and said we had used 220K gallons of water this month, we called Paramount Plumbing on a Saturday night. Paul was super responsive and helpful and we set an appointment for service the next day. Steven came out promptly at 9 am and was able to quickly determine that we had a pipe failure between the water meter and our house. Steven was able to repair the pipe and get things back to normal in less than two hours (on a Sunday morning no less) - AND for way less money than I expected to pay. The repair is warrantied for 1 year and Paul called to follow up on how things went the same day. The communication throughout the process was excellent and they also accept all types of payment. 24/7/365 top-notch service, combined with reliability and reasonable prices means I found my go-to plumber. Looking forward to reaching out to Paramount plumbing soon to get my free estimate on putting in a half bath! Thanks Paramount.

    Paramount Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service in the area. I reached out to Paramount for a small project that we needed done at our swim school on short notice. Paul was super helpful throughout the duration of the project. He even helped us find a separate contractor to perform other work needed. Talk about being selfless! Paramount Plumbing is now our preferred vendor for all things plumbing moving forward!

    This team shows up when they say they will and does what they say they will!The team from Paramount Plumbing offers exceptional customer service and is comprised of very knowledgeable plumbers. Aside from their technical expertise, the team is polite, and shows consideration of your home by wiping their shoes, wearing booties, laying protective towels or blankets in the workspace and under equipment/tools.We have used Paramount for many years now on multiple residences (Condo and Single Family Homes) and we have always found their analysis accurate and their facilitation of a solution efficient.     We would like to acknowledge the performance and job ethics of the crew that put in a new sewer line.The job was very intense for us as it meant to break up part of the driveway and the patio. However, Paul Munoz (Supervisor) was such a relief, explaining in detail the procedure that his men(Roy and Kensley) were doing and why. All the men on his crew were punctual and courteous, plus Paul was there every day also pitching in. We can only say the PARAMOUNT PLUMBING SERVICES in Pembroke Pines has performed this job with the utmost care and expertise.     We contacted Paramount Plumbing and name requested Mauricio to address our master bathroom plumbing issue because he recently resolved a significant plumbing issue for our neighbor across the street that 2 prior plumbing companies failed to resolve. Mauricio came out today within 2 hours of my call and resolved the problem within an hour. He ran 80ft of snake to clear out whatever obstruction was causing our problem. He was very efficient and personable and explained what he would be doing before starting the job to ensure we understood the potential outcomes based on his initial assessment. Fortunately he was able to provide a successful outcome at a reasonable cost. Weve added Paramount Plumbing and Mauricio to our contact list for any future plumbing needs.

    We experienced a main drain backup without warning on the evening prior to the July 4th holiday. We have used Paramount several times before and have always been pleased with their work.
