We experienced a water main break and contacted a couple plumbers to assess and bid on a fix. Bamboo was not the cheapest option but, in our opinion, provided us with the most comfort. Karl was great from start to finish. My only complaint was the use of casual labor; they added little value to the process and did not take the same amount of care as did Karl. Nevertheless, we are pleased with the results and have already hired Bamboo for other plumbing work. Highly recommend.

Kurt and the Bamboo plumbing team were extremely pleasant to work with and Kurt remedied my plumbing problem efficiently and quickly. Kurt is very professional and customer focused. I had an excellent experience. With bamboo plumbing, they sent out 2 plumbers to the house and they surveyed all of my problems and questions that I had cause. I had various issues that I want to address inside my home. After that, Im being here for possibly 45 minutes. They guided me in the right direction on how I was able to repair it myself as a scene. Ive done work previously to my home. Not many plumbing companies would do this because they lose income.Bamboo plumbing doesnt lose its integrity and its honesty. Thank you very much for your help.

What a pleasure.... dealing with unexpected repair expenses is never a good thing, BUT the team sent to my home to repair our tankless hot water heater were amazing! From dispatch to arrival and during, they communicated when they would arrive, how they were going to troubleshoot the problem and finally the steps taken to service and repair the water heater. Extremely friendly, professional and competent! As a retired firefighter/paramedic who affirms the importance of delivering excellent service to the community it was nice witnessing these guys doing the same in their profession. We ended up replacing the vanity sink and installed new piping and it was a beautiful change! I did have water pressure issues in the kitchen but Yehoshua came the very next day and helped solve the problem. I gave them a call based on reviews and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Bamboo Plumbing by my daughter, who had used them to do some repair plumbing in her kitchen. She was please with their servie, so I I called them to do a fix on my master bath sink which required a new pop up drain. While here, I also had the contractor check the faucet in our powder room, which had not worked properly since it was installed two years ago. I had already had 2 other plumbers for costly service calls to check the faucet, to determine why the water flow was so weak and temperate all the time. Neither of those plumbers were able to find the problem and truthfully, I did not think this time would be the exception. BUT, after working on the faucet for a short while, this contractor found and solved the issue completely!! The contractor was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.I will definitely use Bamboo Plumbing again and refer others to him.

Izzy, our technician, was great to work with. He was early to the appointment and quickly figured out where our hot water leak was. The next morning Izzy and Carl were able to do the agreed upon re-route in under 4 hours. They also found a second water leak on our main line that they addressed. While doing the re-route they set us up with some ball valves to help us in the future if we have a problem in our bathroom. The team is great and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Summary:Bamboo Plumbing is awesome. If I can give Izzy Brownstien a million star, I would. Service is not cheap, but not obscenely expensive, Id say its affordable! Very professional, accurate, and swift services were provided.Story time:Our sink grinder always sounded noisy, as if metals are always clashing together. Its always been like that ever since and we always thought its just how it is. We baby our sink because we have seen how devastating putting bones, seeds, oil, even fruit skin to the plumbing (i.e. clogging and stuff) but the grinder still failed: aside from being noisy, it started to leak. At first I thought its the PVC pipe but after a few checked from my unprofessional untrained and aging eyes, it seemed the grinder was the one leaking.Anyway, just to be sure, I head to google and type plumbing. Bamboo was the first listing, at the time, they got several reviews and they were close to our home. I figured Id give it a try.I called and the person/lady/woman/female answered and she noted my issue and told me shell get back to me. Sure enough, same day, I got scheduled. Not thats an emergency, but we had time so why not same day. Thats a great experience right there!So I got informed via text (thanks) whenever theres important development (i.e. your technician will be onsite by so and so, not spammy but regular enough to be useful).Izzy, the tech, did reach out as well, confirming his ETA and he came just right on time.Izzy was awesome, not only did he fixed the issue, he fixed it fast and with a smile. He also offered to check our other possible problem areas (good marketing, good sales, good exploration, checking leads, and just downright helpful) and provided tips.Izzy is awesome, Angie is awesome, the company is awesome. I discovered a leak from the shower with water dripping down the downstairs wall below. I found Bamboo Plumbing on Google and saw they had great reviews so I called. Bamboo Plumbing sent a tech within a couple of hours to diagnose and fix the problem. The water was dripping from behind the handle on the shower valve. The tech removed the plate from the front of the shower and found that the cartridge was leaking and running backwards into the wall and down to the first floor. He replaced the leaking cartridge and all the shower trim and handle. Im very impressed with the prompt response and that they use the latest technology to stay in communication and while working with their customers. Highly recommend!

He tries to snake and after 3 hours looked me in the eye and said you got a serious problem, you should call a plumber who can handle fixing larger issues like collapsed pipes.So I called Black and Blue after hearing about his reputation. He came over without delay and after about just a few minutes fixed the issues, which was just a bad clog. His equipment is state of the art and was able to assess and fix the situation within minutes. He is a life saver. I really thought my entire pipes were needing a replacement.He even caulked the toilet bowl with the best precision I ever seen done by a plumber.
