    From the moment I make contact to the moment the technician left my house I experience a great customer service. Lasaro, a very knowledgeable tech, knocks on my door and greeted me with a smile. He listened and paid attention. He explained how he was going to take care of the problem. After he was done, he proceeded to clean and remove all debris. Lasaro is the reason why Im giving 5 stars. We need more people like him.

    Great service..Express Drains came to investigate why our building clean outs are backup. 2 & 3 times a months sometimes hadvto be snakesd.We called other plumbing companies to no avail, spending money and unable to resolve the problem or pinpoint it. We had a broken pipe, was not just clog x toilet paper and wipes, greae!!Gloria, Judith in the office helped us coordinate work, plumbers Arnold and Corey are very professional and through.     We are a small Condominium Association, and we did with express drains pipe lining and replacement of cast iron to pvc, the work quality of this company team is above average they made sure every single pipe and cranny got inspected are repaired or replaced. Marylin Muller at the office kept me informed along the way, great customer service and follow up with the clients and residents ( we all know how difficult is to do work with people occupyings their units) but she made it happen! 5 stars for value and customer service.

    So I called them today and they were at my house within 1 1/2 hours, Jerry was my plumber. He could not have been nicer there were some problems and he worked through them and he did the job for literally more than half of what roto rooter gave me an estimate for.     I live in Orlando and on a Saturday in an attempt to help my Mother and my Sister in Hollywood with a septic tank issue I did an internet search and found Express Drain and Sewer Cleaning.     I called the gas company that services my property (Pico) to fix a kinked and leaking appliance feed line. They were booked for over a month; however, they recommended Express Drain and Sewer. I was surprised they’d recommended d a drain cleaning service, but I gave them a call, and I have to say that I am delighted I did! Megan, who handles the calls, was extremely helpful in helping me explain the problem. She had me send pictures of the affected line to their account via mobile, which was very easy and valuable for the technician. Speaking of the technician, Jeury “Jerry” was phenomenal! He got stuck in traffic trying to get to my home and kept me appraised of the situation and the evolving ETA. Once he arrived, he was pleasant and knew his stuff.
