My plumbing started backing up everywhere , after several failed attempts at rectifying the situation myself , I called A to Z statewide plumbing, Ralph was over my house within an hour ready to go. He was very professional, thorough, and best of all highly qualified. Ralph took one scan around the house and knew exactly what to do and had Everything back to normal in about 20 minutes. Best of the best for sure , albeit leaving me pondering my own shortcomings as a plumber. The whole experience was fast and efficient, thank you again for the piece of mind. We woke up in the morning to water on the floor from our water heater. Mind you, this was on a Sunday!!!! I googled and came across A to Z. When I called Shirley was so pleasant so early in the morning, lol, I felt this was a good sign. She took my info and said a tech would call. Within 20 minutes or so Ralph called. I explained what was going on and he told me he had a job before me and that he will call me when hes on the way. He actually did too!!! When arriving he got immediately to work accessing the situation. We decided to buy a new water heater. He went to get it from Home Depot and he installed it perfectly. He even cleaned as he went!!! Ralph was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and did EVERYTHING right! I couldnt have asked for a better tech! Thank you A to Z. He worked diligently and kept the area clean by wearing boot covers and using a tarp. After a few attempts, he successfully resolved the issue and left me feeling satisfied. The dispatcher also did an excellent job by calling me 45 minutes prior to Joeys arrival. I am grateful for their prompt and reliable service.I will definitely use them again!ThanksIsrael

Vivian did an excellent job fixing a kitchen faucet unit that had been improperly installed. He fixed the water supply to a toilet tank which was blocked and upgraded the hardware inside the tank. The price was a bit high for me but overall they took care of all my issues. Omar was very knowledgeable. They do charge a $99 fee to come out to look at the problem, if you continue with A-Z to fix the problem then they will waive the $100.Communication is very clear to what is being done.

All was done in one day. The fee was fair and the service absolutely superb.

I was very pleased with Angel the day he came out to give us an estimate to replace our underground waterline by the company he worked for, A to Z Statewide plumbing. He was very professional and knew exactly what we wanted done. He measured the job that we wanted done for replacing the water line to the house and he gave us the price. He was very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and after he explained to us we said, The A to Z Statewide Plumbing get the Job.Angel and Tim came out the following week to start the job. We were very impressed on how hard Angel and Tim worked and how courteous and professional they were. They arrived at 10: 00 AM and they finished at about 7:30 pm. John one of the owners of the company is very lucky to have men that represents there company with pride and respect to their customers. The next day we had the inspector from the city come to the house and it passed. A few days later the job had to be completed so one of the owners John, and his two employees, Trevor and Michael came to finish the job, and again I was very impressed with how well and professional the workers from A to Z Statewide Plumbing were and the results of the completed job. I randomly found A to Z Statewide Plumbing when frantically searching for a solution to our emergency. First of all, I was thrilled that a live person answered their phone...that was refreshing. They did a great job of following up regarding the appointment as well, staying in touch and keeping us updated. When our service professional JERRY arrived he was great. He was friendly and professional and did a phenomenal job of explaining exactly what was going on and the solution to our problem. He went out of his way to ensure that he caused the least amount of disruption possible (our office crew thanks you Jerry) and was very patient when explaining what he did and the final billing. If the other service technicians are anything like Jerry I would highly recommend using A to Z for your plumbing needs.
