Professional and helpful staff. When some of the large chain hardware stores didnt have the parts I needed, and it would be two to five days to order them, this store had the parts in stock. They made sure I was set with the correct parts before I left. BONUS: They carry Klein Tools! I also picked up a couple of tool items, which was a nice surprise. Convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Competitive prices, so I didnt feel overcharged.
