Excellent service! Staff communicated very clearly and effectively throughout the process. I got a furnace and humidifier tune up as well as plumbing work done (leak under a sink, garbage disposal not working, and water heater tune up) for moving into a house and both Joe and Brent did an amazing job explaining the work they did, efficiently fixing any issues, and teaching me about the set up in my new house.

Our furnace completely died the friday before christmas and they were able to come out the same day and assess the situation. We opted to get a new furnace and they were able to get it installed Christmas Eve. They were incredibly kind enough to provide us some space heaters for the time being. I couldnt be more thankful for them being able to come out as quick as they did especially during such a busy holiday season. Thank you! We also love how quiet our new furnace is!

Our appointment was moved up to October 30 from December 6 due to an opening. While checking the furnace, we were told that it probably would not last the winter. So, Steve put together an estimate for a new furnace. It happened that because we were in the best period for rebates, tax credits, and discounts, it would only cost us $70 more to go with the higher efficiency model. We were thrilled to have the appointment now rather than December to take advantage of the discounts. Thanks to Steve who pointed this out to us and did an overall professional job. We also thank God for this blessing.

She ended up in the drain line of my upstairs toilet and he carefully located her with cameras and made minimal cuts into the drywall and piping in order to get her out safely. He and his assistant had their work cut out trying to unstick my stuck garbage disposal due to rust and dormancy for over a year.Joe was humming as he worked, removing the disposal, then wrenching as hard as he could with different wrenches, but didn’t seem frustrated that the disposal wheel just didn’t seem to want to budge no matter what he or his assistant tried. Eventually he got it unstuck and assembled it back under the sink.Thank you guys!

I saw a sticker for Vredevoogd on the furnace of the house we just bought, so I decided to give them a try for plumbing and furnace this fall/winter. Everyone I spoke to at the call center were super friendly and extremely helpful. The first lady I spoke with informed me about their Comfort Club membership, that the previous owners had paid for it, and that I inherited the remaining month of its benefits, so I received some services for free since the membership stays with the house. I decided to pay for the Comfort Club to extend those benefits another year.My first service was a plumbing inspection by Joe B. He was so friendly and answered all the questions my brother and I had about preparing for our first winter in our new house. Joe inspected all the plumbing and made recommendations on what needs to be corrected or watched. He took his time ensuring we understood all that was discussed and that we had no further questions. Excellent service! So far, I am extremely happy with Vredevoogd and plan to stick with them!

He let me know of a minor concern.The bearings on my exhaust motor are starting to go and making a louder noise. Since my furnace is about 15 years old, it’s typical. But he didn’t try to sell me a new furnace just because of that. That is one of the things I appreciate about the Vreedvoodg techs. After their inspections, they let you know of their findings, but don’t try to pressure u into buying something that is still good and can eke out for a few more years. Thank you!

The blower motor quit working on my forced air furnace so I lost the ability of cooling my home with central air. I tried to contact two other companies with little or no response in what I considered an emergency as both the wife and I are retired and on a fixed income. Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling not only contacted me back right away, the front desk had someone out to look at my system the same day and kept me informed as to who and when someone would arrive.Cameron was honest and professional and he was able to get the job done under quote as the work went much better than expected. Old motor popped out easy and replaced with a new one much faster than expected. So Cameron dropped the price right there on the spot to compensate. Its not something I expected and saved me about $500 off the original quote. Cameron with his honesty, professionalism and quality of work is the reason I give Vredevoogd five stars and will use them again. I cannot recommend them enough.
