Merle and his crew just replaced two water heaters for me, installed a new standpipe drain, and did a bunch of re-piping work (replacing old, gray poly pipes with new pex). Not only were they great to work with, but they did a nice job with all the installs as well. Id recommend them without reservation.

Had a sump pump begin to overflow in our basement late in the evening, and called CL Plumbing after hours for help. Colin answered at 10pm on a Sunday, and talked me through a temp fix of the problem to stop the water flow. Colin then showed up the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected things. Also repaired a toilet that had become unsecured from the floor. Fast, efficient, informative, and fair pricing. Can’t recommend Colin and CL Plumbing highly enough. Our go to plumbers from here on out.

Our company had a catastrophic plumbing failure after hours last week. I had 6 hours to correct the problem before my 3rd shift team arrived. I called around to many local plumbing shops who were staffed by the same answering/dispatch system, of which, the had no one in the area that could help tonight. I came across CL. Colin picked up as soon as I called, and was on the road to our plant in minutes. Flooding situation was rectified, clean up executed, and 3rd shift was back on track (with an hour to spare). Well done Colin, well done CL. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your plumbing needs!

On a weekend evening we had a bathroom issue of a lift pump not working. I had ______. All over the furnance room floor. I called C L Plumbing. Colin rearranged his schedule to come on a Sunday. Weekend emergency water in the basement from second floor line. Tech was on site shortly after call. Made an analysis of probable area of the leak and cut through the drywall right on the leak. I had a well tank that began leaking, called CL and Travis was out within a couple hours and got it fixed up enough until the original installer could replace under warranty. Had them back out to install a vacuum breaker for underground sprinkling at a fair price. Fast forward a couple months later and the landscape company ripped out the sewer line to the septic tank while working, Travis was again out within a few hours and had it fixed within an hour. Great people, fair pricing and very responsive!

Top notch Business!! With the Holiday Wkend approaching and expecting out of Town company, our aprox 30yr old Powervent water heater decided to die. Feeling somewhat desperate, wanting/needing to try someone new, I decided to give CL Plumbing the nod after reading their reviews. They were AWESOME, very friendly & accommodating. Travis & his apprentice were AWESOME too, everything Id expected & hoped for, even cleaning up the mess,removing the old Powervent WH from our Basement W/O needing to be asked!! Cant speak to cost yet, as I still havent received the bill, but Im almost certain it will be fair/reasonable based on past reviews! I can say for certain, any future Plumbing needs in our Household will be delegated to CL Plumbing!!😁👌✌Thanks again CL for bailing me out of a jamb on a Holiday Wkend to boot!!😜

I have used CL plumbing 3 times in the past month. They have been excellent to work with! The customer service has been unmatched and should be the industry standard by far. They have been able to accommodate same day repairs for leaking faucets and our hot water heater. The technicians have been on time, efficient, honest and professional.I feel you don’t pay for what you get here. They are very cost effective and offer superior service. I would recommend their businesses 100 times over!

I am very pleased with the work done. I had a leak from above the upstairs shower. Travis traced it to an issue on the roof where something was loose. He climbed up on the roof and fixed the source of the problem. Very happy with the work. And Travis was kind. Thanks! I definitely recommend the company.

We have a large property with 9 bathrooms on three stories, 26 sprinkling zones, three outdoor decks with a pool, hot tub, an outdoor shower and a full kitchen including a dishwasher, ice maker and sinks, all over a crawl space. The decks are on three different levels overlooking Lake Michigan. This is a very complicated, twenty-year-old plumbing maze that requires a very talented plumber with keen diagnostic skills. No matter what the issue, Travis can figure out the solution. Travis is a great ambassador for C L Plumbing. And he is such a nice guy to have around.

Called shortly and said someone would be here in one or two hours. Right on time. Started working immediately. Showed us pictures to show the damage and explained what he did when he was done. Our builder introduced us to CL Plumbing Inc. several years ago and as the years have passed, we have had them update our kitchen, bathrooms, and just a week ago our hot water heater. Merle came to check out the problem in the morning and by 4PM the same day we had a new tankless hot water heater! I have always been impressed by not only the quality of the work they have done, but also by the professionalism and kindness of all the workers. I have called them many times for help with plumbing needs and will continue to do so!
