Weve had multiple kitchen jobs done by Pipe Monster and theyve been nothing short of awesome. Very clear with explanations and easy to talk to. Water filter installation, garbage disposer replacement, and service done to our refrigerators water system were done quickly and with great attention to detail.Id recommend and use Pipe Monster again without hesitation.

Could not recommend more. Replaced over 20ft of old cast iron leaking main drain pipes and poorly DIYd sections. Finished work looks incredible and cleaner then original. Jim helped to plan what needed to be done and was able to work with ny schedule. Phil was friendly, respectful, and professional.

Such a fantastic and easy experience! This company is top notch. We needed to replace our water heater (21 years old) so i called Pipe Monster to get a quote. Jim came out the same day (he was in the area) and had a quote for us within hours. Once we decided on a new system, the crew was at our house next day. Installation and removal was done in just a couple hours. Phil and Bryson were friendly, professional, and quick. Going forward, we will be using Pipe Monster for future plumbing needs.

I’m 22 years old, I have no idea about water heaters, wasn’t working when I came back from work, called this company and Jim was so kind. Told me the big gusts of wind we were having the day prior could have dispersed the flame, walked me through on how to turn it back on. You’re a real one Jim. I requested a quote from Pipe Monster for a water heater replacement and they were able to visit the next business day. They were in and out in about 20 minutes and a quote arrived a few hours later. Their price was the best out of a few quotes and even included a leak unassociated with the water heater. They were able to install the water heater the next day. They were super friendly and everything is looking and working great now!

Pipe monster came out same day, to trouble shoot our water heater. He let us know what was wrong with it and came back the next day to fix it. They do good quality work, are honestly and have awesome customer service. They also send out email coupons and we were able to take advantage of that. 10/10 would recommend

The crew at Pipe Monster went above and beyond our residential needs!Our home had long overdue galvanized pipes with leaking and lead risk, needing essentially total basement replacement; an old haunted non functioning basement toilet needed removal, extensive prep work for outside irrigation system needed and the quoted time estimate required much more (understandably in our 1896 home) work.The Pipe Monster brothers did our entire job with impressive professionalism with very obvious skill in their profession, and a smile, and stuck to their quoted price. I’m beyond impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just completed the second remodel project in our home w/Pipe Monster Plumbing.First was a tub/shower replacement with a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. Very efficient and knowledgeable- as well as being very conscious of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum while they worked.Second project was a complete remodel of primary bath. Reconfigured entire footprint of bathroom, so pipes were moved/replaced, as well as all new fixtures- tub, shower, toilet, and sink vanity. Also installed a new tankless water heater, integrating it into use with the existing one. All went very smoothly- I have complete faith in Pipe Monster, which is a family business. The communication was excellent, and I always knew when they would be here- and what the status of our progress was. I’ve enjoyed getting to know them all as they’ve been here- I had no problem leaving them to work at our home without being here myself, as they are extremely trustworthy and responsible.I will use them for any and all future projects.A++++++++++++
