We have used Pugh for our heating and air conditioning needs for many years and they have always done a great job for us. Late last week, we started having some isses with our furnace, which we had planned to replace early next year. I called and made an appointment for service, and they were able to come out two days early, due to a cancelation. After talking with the technician, we decided to replace the furnace now. We got our new furnace yesterday and couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Pugh for your heating and air conditioning needs. We really appreciate their fast response and courteous, professional service.

Pugh Heating installed my new furnace in record time during a cold period in early December.Their installation team of Austan, Dave and Colin were both professional and personable. They actually arrived early and went straight to work replacing my 25 year old furnace. They did not leave until I was comfortable asking all my questions about my new unit. They were very patient with me.Pugh put no pressure on me to purchase a new unit. They just gave me the facts about my old unit as it was consistently starting to have numerous issues. They provided me with multiple options and once I made my decision they acted quickly. Pricing was very reasonable.Also a “shout out” to both Mike, Brandon and the office staff. All professional and straightforward.After this experience I cannot imagine using anyone else but Pugh for my heating and cooling needs.I HIGHLY recommend them.

The salesman was a bit difficult but he was knowledgeable and we reached a deal the installer was Dave he is great professional guy who installed our new carrier infinity and our new ACThey came on time , Dave had a very smart Apprentice with him ( intern) they did a great job ! They placed the tarp on the carpet and kept our house clean ..I strongly recommend Pugh for our family and friends even though it’s more expensive but they stand behind their products and service we got good warranty for at least years !!

He wore shoe coverings while in the house and he politely asked permission to use hot water from our laundry tub and outside water outlet. After completing the job, Alex explained what he did and also furnished me with a written report with what was done. He obviously had excellent knowledge of the air conditioning system and did a very thorough inspection. Our furnace was not working on a Saturday morning. Called Pugh and they were out within a half our. It was a 40 year old furnace and needed replaced. They were able to install a new one Monday morning. The guy even brought out space heaters to get us through the day and a half without heat. Two days later the new furnace was making some noise, again they were out within a half hour and fixed it right away. I am very happy with the total experience. I most likely will get my AC and or water heater replaced in the future with them as well. The reason I went with them was because they answered the call in a timely fashion. Other places said they were too booked up and couldnt even schedule an appointment until Monday. Thank you to the people at Pugh Heating.

8/12/22: Pugh Heating & A/C made a bad occurrence much less uncomfortable. Things like this always seem to happen on the hottest or coldest days of the year. But after calling, they were out within 24 hours, had the issue repaired quickly and things were back to normal. These techs have mad skills! Very Professional with a neighborly feel. Pugh techs have saved me money over the years with their ability to fix and maintain my furnace/ac units. Their maintenance alone keeps my units working longer and efficient. Ive never felt taken advantage of. Fair rates, great skills and exceptional service. Ive had both furnace and ac emergencies, and they rushed out to fix the problem both times. The tech was prepared with parts in his truck and was able to fix the furnace on the spot, saving me a lot of money and time without heat. Im embarrassed to say the ac was my fault, forgetting to immediately change the filter after a renovation slowing air flow (so lucky that was all it needed). I know someone that had to wait weeks for service on their ac with another company during the hottest part of summer and their freshly painted walls actually bubbled up from the humidity in the air. When you have an emergency, Pugh finds a way to move you into the schedule and not wait like others make you do. I tell everyone Pugh is the real deal!

We had Pugh install a new carrier central air conditioner in July of 2020 when we started having animals in our care at home for work. Pugh was not the cheapest, but after weighing pros and cons they seemed like the best fit for us. The waitlist for install was 2 months, but our technician called us shortly after since there had been a cancellation and moved us up to a 2 week wait. The install went smoothly and they even tore out the old block.This June (2022) our ac stopped working the day before a major heat wave. I panicked expecting this to become a whole thing. But when I called Pugh they pulled up my address and had a technician out to fix our AC by lunchtime, my house never got over 76 before the ac was back on. I am so grateful for the quick response on repairs. I never had to ask for urgency because they responded urgently. I will be using Pugh again!

Humidifier repair, I chose Pugh because it was made by Carrier. Ryan was right on time with the appointment, did a professional job, explained the details, and accomplished the repair in a short time. Glad to have our humidifier working again in this frigid weather, my wife was complaining LOL.
