    Had a wonderful experience with Lapps plumbing. I had never used them before but was recommended by another company to call them. They came right away with the Emergency that we had in our home every detail and experience from the front desk to the gentleman Zach who came over to help with our dilemma. It was such a wonderful experience I would say I would use them again without a doubt. Every detail was handled very professionally, and I felt that the bill that was given to me was very fair.     Levi and Jessie came to replace the float in my sump pump. They came when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly. They completed the job in no time. They were friendly and courteous while here. Was very pleased with their service.

    We have used JM Lapp for a few years and they have been the best. Very professional. When we lost our heat this winter they were there ASAP to replace our system and get us heat.

    JM Lapp plumbing sent Monroe to our house to correct an issue with the water supply connections to a newly purchased washer. The problem consisted of original water hose connection seizing to water supply connection prohibiting from new washer from being connected. Monroe replaced the entire water supply connection and all is working fine. I have been using JM Lapp plumbing for over 10 years and each time their assistance was needed they were there and corrected the problems.

    If you need a plumber, electrician, or almost anything else JM Lapp is the best company out thier. They have the best technicians, and customer service aswell. The work they do is outstanding and they are true professionals. They also charge less than any other company out their. If your not sure who to go with don t even think about it and go with them.

    Great customer service!!! Weve been using your company for years and Zach knows our house water filtration system, he is a wonderful technician, personable knows his stuff ,very accommodating, always answers our questions regardless how silly they might be sometimes, he takes the time to explain things.     Excellent response time! When Jen ask when I wanted repairs and I replied 20 minutes ago!She said that she would call me back within 10 minutes and did and as she said that Zack was in the area, and he walked in!!He diagnosed the problem and initiated repairs! Great job to all involved in this process!!

    We were redoing the kitchen in the house we just bought. I had them come in and run all new water and sewer lines. They were great to work with (a little busy, so I had to wait longer than I wished) but other than that they were fast, professional and reasonably priced! I will use them in the future for sure!

    Over the three years weve owned our house, weve used Lapp for all of our plumbing repairs. Whether it was to replace the water line to our basement refrigerator, replace the bar pump, add a water pressure regulator or fix a pipe that had frozen. Every time, the tech was prompt, clean, and courteous. Most recently, they arrived today to replace the water line. The tech explained my options and what he felt the best bet was for us to use. Not only that, he cleaned up the area, explained how things were set up and was done in under 90 minutes.I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work completed.
