Big thanks to Bob and his crew. I called with three toilets out of commission and they showed up the same day and had the repairs done. Bob is very professional and so kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If I need a plumber in the future they will be the first one I call and most definitely will refer to anyone I know that is in need of the best plumbers in town. Thank you to Tolsma Plumbing.

We had called Ottagon plumbing emergency service. No one answered, no one called back. Under our trailer it was leaking due to a disconnect in pipes. We were trying to put in a new water facut out side and it disconnected from the pipes. We found Bobs Tolsma plumbing by a simple google search and right when we called he answered right away. They sent someone out in 25 minutes!!! (This was a Sunday by the way!) Not only were they fast but he connected the pipes and also connected our new facut for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be calling them for future services going forward! 100% recommended!! Thank you for your help!

I called him first thing on a Saturday morning as our water heater cracked the night before and he answered right away, gave me options on replacing our water heater. Cost was reasonable, honestly I thought it would be a lot more for the size we needed. He came a few hours later after texting me he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable and did great work. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely use his services again

Bob and his team were great!! They installed a new pump, but shortly after leaving the pump failed due to a blockage. They were quick to respond, investigate the issue and replace with another new motor. I would highly recommend his services!

Bob answered when we called. We were very nervous about a backflowing leak in a shower downstairs. Bob gave us approximate time he would arrive (and did) and then asked about what we did in the community. It was like just having a neighbor come over.Bob then inspected the leak and explained the problem and even showed me how to prevent it in the future. He had the perfect tools to cut pipe deep behind the wall, and finished in one hour. We were thrilled.Friendly, encouraging, likable fellow that did not intimidate with knowledge. He just did his job like an expert, and then charged a very reasonable fee. We are now recommending him to all our neighbors, especially after we found out he actually installed the plumbing when the house was built 19 years ago!Thanks, Bob! We were having nightmares about what damage could have been done by that leak (caused by us, amateurs). We were showering with hot water by 2 PM. Hire this guy.

Called Bob at almost 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for a sewer that was backing up into a shower. One of his guys was here in about 30 minutes. He worked hard and resolved the problem and cleaned up. He was professional, personable and efficient. We are very grateful!
