    Certain things matter in service oriented businesses: SKILL, COST, TIMELINESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gunther gets 5 stars in all of these categories. After a gas leak in my home was discovered , Columbia Gas shut off gas completely. I was left with no heat and no hot water. I called Gunther around 9:00AM and they were on-site around 1:00 PM (TIMELINESS). They corrected the leaks quickly and correctly. (SKILL and TIMELINESS). The gentleman out to do the work and the receptionist that I spoke with to schedule where both very professional and friendly (CUSTOMER SERVICE). And the COST was INCREDIBLY reasonable ! If you need a plumber, give them a call.

    Our sump pump went out on New Years Eve. Gunther Plumbing had a new sump pump in by the afternoon. Great service, very professional. Also, excellent prices. This is the second time weve used them and each experience has been great.

    Gunther Plumbing installed an auxiliary water meter reader. They were prompt to send someone out to give me a free estimate, and to send me the price, which was much lower than my other estimate. The work was done 2 days after I accepted their bid. The installer, Mike N., was also very efficient, professional, polite, and friendly. I will definitely use Gunther again.

    We are redoing our basement and had to add a shower where no one existed before. They busted up the floor with as minimal work and mess as possible. The shower valve and piping installation was excellent. We now have a third shower in the house!! At the same time they added a utility sink in the basement and removed unwanted gas lines from the basement ceiling. Nice people and good work at a fair price.

    Less than 24 hrs from when I called, Gunther had replaced our leaking backyard spigot and installed a shut-off valve. The cost for the work was reasonable, and Eric was kind, respectful, and efficient. Overall great experience - we’re very satisfied! Thank you Gunther Plumbing!

    Extremely professional and were able to come out same day to replace a ruptured hot water heater. They gave me pricing over the phone both with and without buying the heater from them.     Wow! 5 star service from Gunther Plumbing! I called yesterday to see if we could schedule a leaky faucet repair, they had availability next day. John came who was very friendly and professional, and had the work done within an hour. We had a quote from ecoplumbers for 4x more than what Gunther charged. Really reasonable and will definitely recommend!

    Man, if I had enough time and space to go into details on how great this company is I would. I promise you there is not one reason to use any other plumbing service out there other then Gunther, thrust me when I say that. I they saved me between 600 and a 1000.00 dollars from what I was quoted by another plumbing service to do the same repair and it only took them 1 hour to do it. They never tied to upsell me or tell me they couldnt use the brand new in the box kitchen faucet that I just purchased and installed it and fixed the small leak under my sink. These guys are awesome. They will always get my business and I already scheduled them them to come out and do other repaired that are needed and was given a price right then and there for the other items. Just use them and you will see. I will spread the word to my family and friends about them.

    I just finished with my first appointment with Gunther and I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs. I call them to schedule someone to came out and give me a quote on three projects (all of which I was betting would be pretty pricey). Jared and Cable were on time, professional, and explained their reasoning for their recommendation clearly (please give them a raise! IDK what they make but they were awesome!). Best of all? None of these projects turned out to be critical. Their recommendation for one was to not do it right now and told me what to watch for. The second was such a simple fix I felt silly for not figuring it out myself, and the third turned out to be something that while (super mildly) annoying the fix would be so expensive that its just not worth it nor is the issue likely to cause any damage over time. This whole experience tells me I can trust Gunther Plumbing to be honest with me. That means a whole heck of lot.

    I would recommend Gunther Plumbing to everyone. Below is an high level overview.I had a clog kitchen drain and Gunther Plumbing did an amazing job at solving the issue. The entire process was the best customer experience I have encountered in a long time.When I booked the appointment, the next available day was in 4 days. About an hour or so later, I had a call back letting me know a cancellation happened, and they can come over in an hour or so. This was the start to a great experience.The technician was amazing. He had a slight issue with all of the elbows and 90s running from the sink to where the clog was at, but he did not give up. He was able to get to the clog and now the kitchen sink plumbing is not blocked. He cleaned everything up nicely.Everything was taken care of for a fair price. Plus, Id rather support local, small business than nationwide corporations. I hope the owner sees this review and keep up with hiring great talent!

    GREAT company and GREAT customer service!!!! We called them on a Thursday afternoon when we were having water heater issues they came out the SAME day! Turns out our water heater had completely died and no saving it. They came back out on a Friday and removed the old one and installed the new one. I can’t say enough nice things about this company from office staff to the on site tech! The office lady was sweet and personable the tech worked efficiently and around other contractors installing a new roof, dogs, a toddler. They have definitely earned our business as repeat customers from now on!Called back because we were having a loss of pressure in the kitchen. Great techs walked in fixed it asap and was gone!!!!     The best people to work with. Mike Noel was really professional and nice when he came to look and give us a quote. He gave me the quote cut and straight. I could not believe the price he offered to do. Others were charging me nearly $1000 for changing the sink and faucet. These guys being professional and honest were able to do this for under $200. Their workmanship was very good. Mike did a quality installation, testing and cleanup. there was a leak in the install which we found next day. We called Gunther plumbing and they arrived on the same day and resolved this too. Definitely will be using then for further plumbing projects or issues. Would definitely recommend Gunther Plumbing

    Bathroom sink had almost no water pressure & shut off valves were corroded & leaking. Mike was able to remove & clean the old aerator & replaced both shut off valves in about a 1/2 hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Gunther again for any plumbing issues.Update: Also had Gunther replace a toilet tank gasket & install new garbage disposal today. Jared was personable & did a great job.2nd update: Due to a pricing mix up, Jared can back out today & installed a more powerful garbage disposal at no cost. As always, top notch service.3rd update: Mike replaced our outdoor water spigot quickly & with the highest quality workmanship. A+4th update: Jared replaced a faulty shut off valve for our gas dryer & adjusted the shower plumbing for our bathroom renovation. On both occasions, he came back out free of charge to make sure the work was done properly due to issues outside of his control. We can’t recommend him & Gunther highly enough!5th update: John removed old plumbing for a garden tub, installed new hot/cold water taps & drain in our new laundry area. A+6th update: We needed our gas dryer disconnected & line capped in order for Lowe’s to haul it away, which we found out the day prior. Hoping I wouldn’t have postpone the Saturday delivery, I gave Gunther a call late on a Friday afternoon.     Weve used Gunther Plumbing multiple times since purchasing our first house several years ago. The service has always been excellent, and this most recent visit was nothing less than that. We had almost a foot of water in our crawl space from the combination of the storm the other day and the melting of the snow/ice.     I decided to go with Gunther to have my sprinkler Backflow tested like I do every summer. Except we never use our sprinkler since moving in and don’t know how to.     I am installing a floating vanity and had to have the our water and drain lines to keep them from being exposed after the install. I contacted the owner over this last weekend due to a leak I found, and was surprised to find out that he was on vacation but still took the time to respond to me! He diagnosed my issue (turned out to be an hvac issue), and even helped fix a toilet issue that I dumped on him last second (dumped-poor choice of word). The only issue I had, and it’s pretty minor, is that there is toilet water on the floor of my bathroom from where he had taken the pump out of the toilet.     Mike was prompt, friendly determined the problem right away, and fixed it. Price was reasonable. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.
