Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didnt charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didnt even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!
