    These guys are great. I was quoted between $250-$350 and I was to buy the supplies. After he finished the job I was given cost of $230 to do job. 99% of contractors would have billed me the full amount of $350. I was sold on these guys for life. The job looked great, we showed up right on time, and he left my house clean as it was when he came. I’m calling them Monday with 2 more bigger projects. Trust is everything to me!!!!!

    I needed a repair done on an awkward to reach area of the gable area of my roof. After sending in pictures I was given a rough estimate of the time/materials costs to repair the damaged portion. Mike came out today, gave me some options, did the work and in the end was able to complete the work for less than the original rough estimate. Being November, I will need to have someone come back in the spring to touch up the paint, but, I might end up just getting the whole house painted by Handyman of West Columbus instead.

    Could not recommend enough!!! Had a huge issue with our Costco purchased dishwasher and the installer they sent out. We were able to cancel that and have Mr Handyman come out instead. Not only were they able to get us on their schedule but, they were able to move us up a whole week AND got the job done quicker than estimated! Stephanie at the front desk is amazing and our installer Darrell was a true professional. We will definitely have repeat business with them!

    Your company did a great job hanging the memorial to my late father. I had trouble getting other handyman companies to even answer the phone. Mr. Handyman returned my call on Friday January 5, 2024 and a service man came out on Monday, January 8th at 1:00, got the memorial hung, and left about 1:45. They did a great job.

    We have been searching around for someone to repair our broken gable vent for months. Weve called several different businesses from roofing companies to siding companies and every one said they couldnt help us (even when their website said they did gable vents). On a whim I decided to contact Mr. Handyman and Wow am I happy I did! They replied the same day, gave a very competitive quote, scheduled the work for a few days later and got the job done quickly. Rhett was very professional and fast with the repair. I couldnt be more pleased. The final bill was right on target, no surprise fees. These guys are great!

    We had a leaky garbage disposal that needed replaced. They were quick to respond and work us into their schedule, which was the day before Thanksgiving. We had a small issue after the installation, but they immediately came back out and fixed it right away. To get this kind of customer service during a holiday week is unheard of today. I would highly recommend Mark Kollaths team for any kind of home repairs needed. They were friendly and extremely professional throughout. Thank you!

    Darian did a great job installing all of my cabinet pull-out-shelving. He worked tirelessly and had enough time left over to swap out an outdoor motion detector for me. He was professional and efficient. Well worth the cost of having these things done.

Our technician, Darrell, went above and beyond and made sure all the repairs were done to our satisfaction.     Mr. Handyman of West Columbus sent Sean Turner to clean a clogged downspout and gutter attached to my patio canopy. Sean did an outstanding job. He is very professional, a great communicator, efficient and personable. The prices are a bit high for a retiree but very worth it when Sean does the job. He arrived on time and went right to work after explaining how he intended to proceed. He kept me informed as he performed each step of the process. Will definitely call again when I need further services. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of West Columbus and, especially, Sean Turner to anyone.

    I used this company to fix some rotten wood trim and a gutter problem on my house. The handyman that fixed the items was professional and did a very good job. Finally getting a worker on site was the only hang up and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Rain (not their fault) and worker availability pushed rescheduled appointments out over 2 months from when I first contacted them - but I know 2021 is a recovery year for many businesses trying to get back running smoothly so that is most likely an exception.

    I used Mr. Handyman to install outdoor shutters and in the end it was done beautifully. At first the repairman who did the job did it incorrectly but Mark very quickly assumed responsibility and had the situation fixed at his expense. Its one thing for a contractor to do a great job, which ultimately they did but I think puts them in an even higher category to resolve issues so professionally - Despite our issue I will definitely use them again in the future.

They identified inconsistencies with the structure and they could remediate it, but added time to the project, which we were ok with.     We received a quote and scheduled the work. They installed shutters on our house. The work was completed faster than expected so the final bill was less than the quoted price. The person who came out, Matt, was polite and professional. He cleaned up everything! If we didnt see the new shutters on the house, we would not have known he was there! I would schedule with Matt again! My only negative was the office person was not very friendly. It felt like she was reading from a script and was more focused on payment.

    I thought the cost of materials was a bit high. $100 for what was estimated to be a $20 window shelf, a piece of molding, and the smallest container of 20 minute joint compound? (I am a regular at Home Depot--I know they dont cost that much.) Otherwise, I was charged what they said theyd charge, in less time than they thought, and the drywall work was excellent. The advice to add molding fixed the issue we had with granite not meeting the wall.
