    Jake was very polite and courteous. He fixed my leaking faucet, hot and cold sides. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. His charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend Wright Choice Plumbing!!09/10/24I had Jake and his crew to come again. This time to replace sump pump lid and check valve. He also cleaned float and organized everything around pump. He had me to check that his work was good and also left everything cleaned up.Jake and his crew are phenomenal!!!     I agree with all of the excellent reviews of Wright Choice Plumbing. They were extremely responsive to my needs, their technician, Ethan, is excellent, and I found their pricing to be very fair. Ethan arrived on time, was very personable and pleasant and obviously very skilled. He installed my new water heater and hauled off the old one, leaving my laundry room clean and orderly. Wright Choice is now my go-to for any plumbing needs I may have!

    Extremely professional! I called for service and they came out that day and it wasnt even for emergency service. They gave me a 2-hour time frame. They were here within that time frame. Along with that they gave me emails and a phone call to let me know their arrival time. They found that I had to replace my kitchen faucet. They gave me the option for me to go and buy it or for them to provide it. I said I would go and buy it and they said they could come back tomorrow morning. They fit me in their schedule around my work schedule. They were here the next day at the exact time they said they would be. They did a fast install and cleaned up after themselves. I have found a wonderful plumber and I will tell everyone I know to use them.

    My daughter recommended right choice plumbing after she had a great experience. I called them after I had a toilet leak on a Saturday and they responded promptly. They came out and fixed my toilet leak. all seemed well. two weeks later, toilet leaked again again placed an emergency call. They came out fixed a separate problem with the toilet. Can’t say enough about their courteous customer service. Thanks Jake for your great service and Bella. Thanks you as well.

    Wright Choice plumbing did a great job on my Hot Water heater problem. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts on the truck. They showed me the estimate , and did the repair the same day.     Happy New Year’s Day fun with a house full and our sink wouldn’t drain. I called them the next morning and they were able to get the technician to come out to fix my Kitchen sink drain that was backing up. We have never had this done in the 20 years since we have lived here. They did the hydro jet to clear the line and we are all good to go.     After reading all the great reviews on google and facebook called on Tuesday to find out when available to give quote on replacement of old hot water tank and addition of disconnect switch.     This is probably the first time a corporate name with a pun worked out well for me. We got their name from a friend, and are glad we did.We chose Jacob and his crew to replace our water heater, which was pretty much on its last legs, having churned out hot water for over 30 years. Their estimate was literally half the price (with a higher quality water heater) of one of the larger HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical groups, and 40% lower than another - so the cost efficiency was there from the start. The value only increased with the completion of the project, they were on time, quick, cleaned up, and were super pleasant working on the job. The inspector came by the next day and remarked about the good job they did. Next project? Ill make the Wright Choice again.

    Extraordinary service with Wright Choice plumbing! Jerry and Amare were most especially accommodating. They came right out. Upon arriving they explained what options were available for my plumbing issue. The choices were not ideal since my toilet was old, basically an antique. These gentlemen went the extra mile at this point. They suggested that I would be better served to get a new toilet than by repairing my older one.I am elderly and caregiver for my sister 24/7. It was not feasible for me to run out to purchase a new one. My predicament was obvious to Jerry and Amare. They offered to reserve, pick up, and deliver a new one to my home. I was astounded at their compassion and kindness.They went and returned with my new toilet, got right to work, completed the installation, and asked me to test the flush to be sure I was satisfied. I certainly was and am.These people and this company are fantastic! Plumbing issues are very costly in today’s world. Their pricing is very fair.     We can’t say enough about Jacob and Wright Choice Plumbing. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. He handled our permit and took time to answered all of our questions about the entire process of his work and the permit process. They were there when they said they would be, did exceptional work and cleaned up like they were never there. He actually came back by a couple days after the project to check if the water was still holding. It was a complex job that turned out beautifully thanks to Jacob and his crew. Great work at reasonable pricing. Wright choice plumbing will be our first call for all our future projects. Thanks again Jacob!
