    These guys have been at our house often over a number of years. (It’s a100+ year old house, so naturally we have plumbing issues.) They’re always professional, helpful, thorough and communicative. Recently Torin and Aaron were here for a major repair job that took several days and required serious creative problem-solving and very hard work. They were great all the way around. We never use any other plumbing service.

    Charlie showed me what needed to be done for my leak. It seemed like a long process to me but he called his team and actually got done within an hour.This is the second time I have used them. The first time Charlie came out and unlike the others, he told me I didn’t need a new water heater just a part which he fixed that day and saved me a lot of money.Their entire team has been respectful and honest and wants to do the job right and as cost efficient as possible for me.

    The service I received was perfect. We had a water heater leak that damaged the floor and some water lines. They were quick to respond and get somebody out as quickly as possible to get our water back on and fix the additional damage that was done.Charlie came out initially to stop the initial leak to get water back on. Then Toby and Noah followed up to repair our damaged lines and install out new hot water heater. Unfortunately, they were running behind from bigger jobs in the day but were still committed to getting our hot water restored even though it put them not leaving out residence until after 7pm. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected a company to do for their customers that late night getting our hot water back on.I cannot express how grateful we were for their support during this time. I dont know if other companies offer similar support but I will never need to find out. Jimmys Plumbing and specifically Charlie, Noah and Toby will definitely look after you when you need them the most!

    Let me first start by saying I dont write reviews but I felt that I really needed to write one for this business because this is hands down one of the best businesses out there! Toby came out and pin pointed the problem with my plumbing within 5 minutes or less. He was very respectful and was on time and worked with my schedule.     I would highly recommend Jimmy’s Plumbing. My wife and I came back from our beach vacation and found our cabinet underneath the sink was flooded. We got everything out and got the water out. We called Jimmy’s and they sent out a technician Danny. He was great. On time and located the issue right away and fixed it. Price for repair and appointment was very reasonable.     I am more than pleased with the service provided. Our plumber Rachel was on time, courteous, and very professional. There was an odor coming from our toilet that a previous plumber was unable to find. Rachel found the issue which was the two bolts securing the toilet to the floor were loose causing the odor to escape around them. Rachel fixed the problem and cleaned up after leaving the area nicer than she found it. Jimmys will always be my go to plumber from now on.

    I have used Jimmy’s Plumbing many times, most recently to install a new water heater. Charlie arrived at my home within an hour of my call to assess the problem. He then gave me three options with the total cost of each. Installation was timely, clean and well done. They even organized the inspection that the city had to sign off on (for the gas part of the water heater). I highly recommend Jimmy’s Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

    I bought my home 3 years ago. I didnt know any plumbing companies. I called Jimmys to fix my shower (that I tried to fix and screwed up). Anthony showed up and did a great job. All new fixtures over 2 hours of work and the bill was just under 500 bucks. I have not one complaint they are very fair and the price is also fair. I will use them again if I need them. We need more companies like this!!!!

    My father in law, who is 82 woke up Sunday morning to find the plumbing stopped up. We called around and the first one to respond was Jimmys Plumbing. After talking, he recommended that we call the City of High Point first since there would be no charge. After the city came out and said it was not their problem we called back.They were out within 45 minutes, cleared the line but found a problem, which they came out on Tuesday to repair. When digging up the lines they found the problem, which they said was actually the city of High Points problem and called the city out. After a couple hours of discussion and multiple city trucks and inspectors, the people at Jimmys showed the city why it was their problem so there were no further bills send to my father in law.This was my first experience with a plumbing company but I doubt others would have been as concerned about protecting my father-in-laws interest as they were. As a matter of fact most of them never called us back from our Sunday morning SOS call.Id recommend them just for their integrity and responsiveness. When you dont have the expertise it is worth calling a company that is fair, honest and has your best interest in mind. That is what we experienced.

    I had a blockage that flowed into my shower and bathtub. After another plumber from a large company came. I was told it was going to cost $1,500, my back yard was going to be dug up and they couldnt do it for a week and a half. Toby from Jimmys came out the same day, cleared the blockage in less than an hour and it cost me $169. Toby was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed and will never use anyone else from now on.

    When we invested in building a commercial kitchen and restrooms for our events at Kersey Valley we looked to Jimmy’s Plumbing and Repair to deliver perfection at a fair price. The plumbing inspector was blown away at the level of detail on how our plumbing was designed and the care that was taking installing the plumbing hardware. The most impressive part is what customer don’t get the see in the plumbing chase, where all the plumbing is!     Matt & Co Worker came & found water leak under our sink,repaired pretty quickly.This was on Friday 2/12/2021,I assume they were in a hurry,close to quitting time forgot to put my access panel door back on,i went out later about 35 degrees & noticed it laying on the ground with muddy foot prints on the inside of the door,bent it a little but I fixed it.Its all good though we all get in a hurry from time to time.

    My wife called jimmys fix a bad leak in the shower. first, the technician was on time. my wife stated how polite and professional he was to her. . he took the time and explained in detail what needed to be done, and after using 2 other plumbers that could not fix it , Jimmys got it fixed. Jimmys is the best and very fairly priced. i HIGHLY recommend Jimmys for all your needs.
