David was very helpful when it came to my gas leak at my house. Silverback was able to come out the following afternoon, assess the problem, recommend multiple solutions while explaining each one. Then David and Mario came back the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Previously they installed a water shut off valve in my front yard.They continuously prove to be a safe and reliable company with hard working people like David and Mario.Something I thought was going to be a headache turned out to be super simple with them and David was able to answer any questions I had while explaining various things to me in a way that felt informative not rushed or annoyed. I look forward to contacting them again for any future plumbing issues.P.S. The new trucks look nice!

Seem like great guys, work seems clean. I know its a great price after the research, BEST PRICE BY 40% in NW Area San Antonio..So stop now and call these guys. However, 2 things. 1st pic. slight gap still visual and not siliconed for water protection of cabinet below, 2nd. Tried to bend piping down so bugered up dry wall.. not sure why when I asked for flex piping. Took about half day.

David and Mario showed up to fix a leak in the wall behind a bathroom sink. Leak was coming from a copper tee. I sked them to be thorough with the repair, so they ended up replacing the manifold. They were professional, worked fast and efficient, not taking advantage of the situation. They charged what I feel was a fair price ($411 all in). Obviously the house is flooded, and I need to deal with all of that but they made stopping the leak and the repair stress free. Thank you!

We liked his plan more than the other 3 companies we got quotes from. We scheduled the work to be done and David did a great job. He came in and did the job exactly like he said he was going to. He answered any questions I had while he was doing the work. If we have any further plumbing needs or are asked for recommendations on a plumber we will be saying Silverback.

Mark and Mario are extremely competent and honest. I was told there was a break in the pipe by a plumber Zack from AAA Home Services. They came to give me a quote on fixing the broken pipe. But they found out there is no broken pipe. There was a piece of a flange in the pipe, which was what might have caused the toilet not able to flush.They worked about 3 hours to do the hydrostatic test and using an Auger to take out the flange and clean out some of the debris in the pipe.The total cost was around $500, much lower than any other company who have ever quoted me for. Another company quoted a $677 just for a hydrostatic test!Mark and Mario saved me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches today.I would not have found a better plumbing company. I truly appreciate their integrity and competence.

Bottom Line Up Front: If you want personal, local, and timely service, you 100% need to go with Silverback. This company is one of those dying breeds where they emphasize quality over rushing the job, and they take the time to make you feel involved and informed every step of the way. In my case, I had a Pressure Relief Valve go on me, and they were able to come same day and replace the defective part. On top of that, noticing the cheap PVC piping that was connecting everything together, they went ahead and upgraded the piping to PEX. Furthermore, we had previously scheduled an appointment a few weeks back, but had to cancel due to the birth of our daughter. Knowing this, when we rescheduled with them, they brought a care basket for us. Talk about a thoughtful gesture and a family-oriented company! These guys have my business going forward, and I hope they get yours, too.

Our neighbor had a major gas leak which caused us to err on the side of caution and have our house checked for leaks. CPS came out and found a small gas leak in our gas fireplace shutoff valve. What we didnt know was CPS would then shut off our entire gas supply to the house, which left us without heat or hot water and they would only restore the gas supply after all repairs were made. We contacted Silverback Plumbing, whom we had used for other water related repairs and they responded early the next day and all repairs were completed in a VERY timely fashion. Without hesitation I will say Silverback is our #1 plumber of choice going forward. I have used other major plumbing companies for work done and Silverbacks responsiveness, professionalism and price beat all the others hands down.

I did not feel like he was trying to oversell unnecessary things like a membership to get a discount like other companies I spoke with did. Also, Silverback did not charge me for a home visit to give me a quote and I appreciated that because what I had to fix was pricey and I couldn’t afford to pay multiple home visits in order to be able to see the different prices. I was without gas during the cold days this week when we hit 16 degrees and even though I did have to wait, due to parts being ordered, once they came to my house they fixed what they had to fix and I was able to get my gas connected back the same day the gas leak was fixed. Thank you, and overall my experience was a positive one.
