    I used my home warranty and they assigned SA plumbing to do the job!!! The technician’s name was Eric, very polite and professional.This guy installed a new faucet in our bathroom in about an hour very nice job and works perfectly. I will make sure I ask for him on future repairs.If you want to feel confident about a plumbing repair job,, please don’t hesitate to call SA Plumbing, these guys are great!!!!😎💯

    Eric called to say he was on his way, and arrived exactly at noon as scheduled. Our service window was 12 pm-2 pm. We had an auxiliary toilet near the laundry room that had been running constantly for more than 1 years. Eric completely replaced the inner components of the toilet tank, and Presto!, we were back in business. We discovered through an inspection by the SAWS conservation department that the persistently ruuning toilet had been adding nearly 4,000 gallons of water usage per month - or close to $25 per month - for over a year. Eric got it fixed for us in 30 minutes. Thank you, Eric!

    I recently experienced a leak from my ceiling and had no idea what caused it. I was worried it might have been due to pressure from the city working on the main line.     San Antonio Plumbing was called to work on my master bathroom. Hot water was not getting to the tub. Worked with Eric K, he was kind and professional. Explained what happened and why that tub was not getting any hot water. They took their time and made sure that is working properly and to my liking. He was very open to any questions I had!

    Had toilet issues and the toilet was leaking and not flushing and called San Antonio plumbing and the guy they sent was very professional, courteous, and no b.s. Eric showed me exactly the problem (ended having roots grow through the pipe) and showed me the progress he made along the way and answered any question I had about it and also provided a timeline for potential repair. Eric showed up on time and ready to go which was a gigantic help considering I don’t have a lot of free time.     I called San Antonio Plumbing at 8 am on Thursday 6.20.24 for a potential recurring leak. I had previously been dealing with a main water line issue that had been repaired by another company. The dispatcher said they could have someone out within an hour and a half. Johnny and Israel from San Antonio Plumbing showed up about 30 minutes later. They did a great job throughly checking both the internal and external water system.Turns out we didn’t have a leak after all but some other issues we need to look at (RO system, possible faulty meter, etc.) I truly appreciate the prompt service, free estimate, and honest assessment! I will most definitely call San Antonio Plumbing back for any plumbing related issues!!!

    This is a 5 star review for San Antonio Plumbing. There was a leak happening in my front yard and my neighbor referred Hugo Moreno. He came out, assessed the situation and let me know he would be here in the morning to fix it. He showed up BEFORE the time specified and was able to dig, fix the problem and restore water to my house. I can’t say enough good things about him and his associate.     Eric, Journeyman,and Michael trouble shooted a continuous leak and allowed me to go from the toilets to see if the leak was there to replacing the pressure valve, that worn out and was allowing to much pressure, to finding the final issue of a leaking coupling at the house corner.     Broken plumbing can be a very stressful situation. But Eric Kiolbassa from San Antonio plumbing made it genuinely pleasurable. His calm spirit and depth of plumbing knowledge helped diagnose a “silent leak” in all three of our toilets. We knew our toilets weren’t functioning at their full capacity, but we didn’t understand why. Eric explained that the lack of water in our tank created a lack of water pressure. Eric took his time with our first claim, so when we needed a plumber again, we specifically requested him by name. Hire him with confidence!

    San Antonio Plumbing to the rescue ... twice !day 1 - Eric & Anthony came to repair a broken pipe in crawlspace that was flooding master bathroom and laundry room.day 2 - they returned to fix a leaking spigot & replace a faulty gate valve with a new ball valve at the water main cutoff. during flood mitigation with an outside restoration company the demo crew discovered another leak within the wall of the shower. they worked with the restoration company and repaired the additional leak the same day.thank you so much for being incredibly polite knowledgeable courteous and professional throughout the entire process.     After one of my movers smelled gas in my new house, I frantically started calling plumbers on a Saturday. My real estate agent had sent me a list and only SA Plumbing were available to come out same day. Turns out I did have a gas leak under my house, so I opted to replace all the old galvanized pipes. It was a huge job that took a lot of time and squeezing through the maze under my house. I can finally relax and feel safe in my quirky historic house and focus on unpacking and getting settled in.

    So over the last few months we have had to call these guys out to our home. Today we needed our pipes unclogged. Hugo came out and was absolutely so professional and on time. I explained that I was the daughter to the owner of the house and would relay info back to my mom as she was not feeling well.     Just fantastic. I am a very satisfied customer. Our home warranty company chose San Antonio Plumbing as the service provider. I had never heard of them before. Our 14-year old water heater finally died. Unfortunately, it wasn’t covered in our policy. So we went straight into choosing and purchasing a new unit from San Antonio Plumbing. They had one in the warehouse and ultimately had it installed and working the next day. Jonathan answered all my questions and had no issues with me watching the entire process just for my own curiosity and knowledge. The cool thing is the way he and Joe had to practically engineer the entire system and plumbing to fit into the small, existing space and existing plumbing. It was honestly impressive. They stayed until the unit was active, tested, and heating. Not to mention, the other company that provided pricing two days after our original unit died, priced me at TWICE the amount and said they couldn’t fit a comparable sized unit in the existing space and would have to relocate it, and run all the plumbing, to the other end of the garage… which would NOT be ideal for us.Bottom line, Jonathan, Joe, and San Antonio Plumbing did an incredible job, problem solved the entire project, and had excellent customer service.I signed up and became a member of their annual service membership to ensure our entire home plumbing is checked and working year round.Thank you San Antonio Plumbing!!!

    Eric was super responsive to our needs. He let me know 30 minutes before he’d be there and arrived exactly on time. Was very professional; went immediately to work and identified the issue very quickly. Even though he had to coordinate with Home Warranty Company; did this and got approval for repairs within about 15 minutes. Then he had to disassemble the entire tank and replace all of the internal works and seal and did all this in an amazing time. Even though the tank had a leak that leaks blue water all over, he took the extra time to ensure he left his work totally spotless (even though he left with “Smurf hands”). Prior to appointment time, the plumber, Mark called to let be know he was on the way. Mark arrived with an assistant named Steven and both set about identifying my problems and offering appropriate solutions. I needed a valve replacement and pipe repair in my yard; and then I also needed valve and flex-line replacements at my water softener and water heater. I could tell right away that these guys were pros; their attention to detail and respect for my property was much appreciated. I really liked how Steven got the sod back to near original state after the valve and pipe repair in the yard. And, they got this all done in just s little over 2 hours!     We had this company come out on two separate occasions. Each time a gentleman eric has came out to the rescue. He has helped us tremendously and make you feel safe. It’s not always an easy feeling having a male in the house when you’re one of the only females. He talks to you to make sure that you’re okay, comfortable and understand what he is doing. My dog did get out of the room and besides freaking out that a 60 pound dog was running down the stairs he laughs and tells me he use to have German Shepard’s. They were very professional and they went above and beyond what other companies have done. The technicians Eli and Joseph were very polite and friendly . They took the time to explain everything during the whole process. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable. If I had to have another plumbing service performed, I will call them definitely!

    I reached out to SAP on a Sunday expecting to hear some sort of additional fee for coming out on the weekend and was surprised to hear there wasnt one. Joseph was my service tech and he did a great job assessing the issue even before any digging had been done. His assessment was spot on and his explanation of what was required and why was clear to both me and my wife. The crew came back in the morning on time, dug up what was needed, and kept me in the know each step of the way. All were polite, neat, and did their best to limit any major mess in my driveway and sidewalk. Joseph even found a cheaper option once the plumbing was dug up and saved me some money. SAP proved to be honest and look out for their customers! I will recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a plumber.

    Very good experience with San Antonio Plumbing. I had to call them for an emergency leak and they responded promptly. We worked with Jed, and he was very professional and punctual, and went out of his way to ensure there werent additional leaks. He was never in a rush and did a quality job.     They were amazing and very professional. I found them on Angies list and they were able to come out same day. I had two repairs, no leaks, that were need. A replacement of a shutoff valve under the kitchen sink and a shower valve that was installed incorrectly.     Our appt. time was between 4-6pm on Friday and Jed arrived at 3:45 which we were very surprised. We had a broken disposal and Jed quickly installed a new one and gave us great tips on how to clean it and keep it in good shape. He was very professional and friendly. We would gladly have Jed the Plumber in our house again!He also noticed the water line to our dishwasher was copper and starting to break down, but it was not leaking yet. He provided a fair quote but did not push us to have it changed. He simply stated they would email the quote next week. We really appreciated being informed but not pressured to have it fixed now.We would gladly hire San Antonio Plumbing and Jed again!
