I had an excellent experience with Anchor Plumbing when they replaced my upstairs toilet. From the very first call, the dispatcher was pleasant, professional, and efficient, making sure to have someone at my home in no time. The plumber, Mason, was fantastic—informative, friendly, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done perfectly.

It’s been over 3-4 years since we’ve needed plumbing services; and the experience today was our first with Anchor Plumbing. And, it was extremely pleasing!! I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again!Their schedulers , Sarah and Tanya, were courteous, pleasant, and most helpful, getting me a same day appointment 3-4 hours after contacting them. Since the technician assigned to the job was running late, they called to offer the first availability the next morning or continue to wait until later that day; a very considerate gesture on Anchor’s part. I took the next morning time, finding that Mason arrived right on time. He was very friendly, quite knowledgeable, and efficient in assessing two issues, then gave me options and prices for resolution. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me. Then, he made repairs expeditiously, leaving the sites clean and orderly, also going back later just to check on the repairs again. A very skilled, experienced, and conscientious person, who obviously enjoys his job. Very professional!!The cost for services was reasonable, and seemingly a good value. (But, that’s a bit difficult for me to determine due to my limited, recent experience with plumbing services, since before Covid.)Anyway, thank you very much Anchor Plumbing, for the excellent service!!

I called Anchor Plumbing Services this morning to discuss getting a water heater replacement for my Mom. From the get-go, they were friendly, responsive, and very competitive with their pricing. I dealt with Dakota on the phone and he was exceptional. Alex and Chris showed up to do the install and they were professional, prompt, and very thorough with their explanations to my Mom. I was very impressed across-the-board with this company and will gladly use them again and refer them out to friends/family.

Im thankful Anchor Plumbing was able to schedule me in quickly when I had a running leak. Their plumber, Garth, was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what I needed using professionalism and politeness. He went above and beyond to coordinate water shut off with my neighbors and the condo HOA office, so my unit repairs could be gotten to quickly. He found my unit shut off we had all been looking months for and quickly became my neighbors and my hero. I was most pleased and I would have given him him 10 stars if I could. We recently hired Anchor to perform plumbing work as part of a bathroom remodel (installing a shower pan + adjusting drain, shower valve, bath valve, and sink emergency shutoff valves). Garth was assigned to our job and made this one of the easiest, fastest, and highest quality of work jobs weve experienced working with the trades to work on our house. He was extremely communicative, responding fast and in detail. He was transparent and honest about our options and the tradeoffs as unexpected issues came up (they almost always do once walls, etc, are opened up). He was patient and flexible as we changed the plan a bit. And, he worked with attention to detail (the work not only looks great, but easily passed inspections on the first try with no issues or even minor comments from the inspector). If youre considering a plumbing job, Anchor is great and Garth is your guy if you can get him.

What an amazing experience. Mr. Garth Langlois was an excellent technician/plumber. Me and my wife had a major flooding in our master bathroom and he not only resolved the issue swiftly he also showed us step by step how to resolve/prevent the issue in the future. He also was on his last job of the day and took the time to squeeze us in before headed home after a long day. Mr. Garth Langlois is a true professional. We will most definitely be utilizing Anchor plumbing services again if we have any plumbing issues. Thank you Garth.

This company is a breath of fresh air! FINALLY a company that is confident in its work and doesn’t charge you a service fee to come out vs all the rest who use it as a money grab. These guys know their value and aren’t afraid running the risk of driving out to you and being turned down.Mike who helped us was incredible and took the time out to walk us through the issue and also taught us to know how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend him and this company and we will definitely be using them again.

5 stars are not enough! As the condo homeowner, we were beyond frustrated to be told by our HOA Community Manager that a pipe leak on the street side of the meter was somehow our financial responsibility. Were told they would call their own plumber, and we were then given a large quote. After trying to intelligently reason with him to no avail, we called Anchor Plumbing, who had given us excellent service in the past. Right on time, Garth came to our rescue, and then we had to wait an hour because we were told by the community manager that the only one who could turn off the water to the property was “running late, due to traffic.” The turn on time for the water was also done late by this same person from the property, and Garth needed that done to clear his check that the property’s issue had been resolved. In spite of all of this unnecessary drama, Garth was efficient, professional, patient and good-natured. Before and after the repairs, he fully went through the details, then made certain we had no questions or further concerns. After he was subjected to such frustrating, and inexplicable hurdles, we cannot thank Garth enough for going above and beyond. We will use Anchor for any other needs and just pray for someone like Garth to come to the rescue. Thank you! Happy Mercury Retrograde, everyone! – which didn’t seem to rattle “Great” Garth, in the least!

Fast response time and quick to get the work done. Diagnosis of a slow leak inside the water heater made sense with the issues I was seeing. Provided multiple replacement options at various costs, and got to work as soon as I made a choice. The quality of work and responsiveness made up for an overall great experience. Exceptional Service and Speedy Resolution!I recently had an issue with my hot water, which had been only lukewarm for about two weeks. I called Anchor Plumbing Services, and they impressed me by coming out the same day. Anchor Plumbing responded quickly to my call when a malfunctioning water softener burst and flooded my garage. They were able to methodically assess the issue and recommend a resolution which entailed a new water softener and pressure reducing valve. Alex expeditiously installed the new system and replaced the valve within a few hours. While waiting for the system to arrive, Mason created a bypass so that we could utilize the water while we waited. Overall, excellent service.

He replaced the backyard faucet told me that there is a one year warranty. Ruben had patiently explained and answered all my questions. He even showed me how to turn on and turn off the water meter, which, I’m grateful to learn something new. His professionalism is greatly appreciated. It all started with what we thought would be a small leak in our kitchen. Contacted Anchor Plumbing and they sent Mason. He was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. This ended up being not a kitchen leak or even a typical plumbing issue. The house had been worked on before we moved in, by people who did not do a good job. To say Mason worked hard figuring it out is an understatement. He went step by step, informing us the next test and the reason why, and informing us of the cost before proceeding. He finally got to the root cause, we were all surprised when he found out the A/C drain line led to...nowhere...and was just leaking inside my kitchen wall! Im so thankful he did not go with his best guess and made sure he got to the actual issue. Hed also send me all pics/videos at the end of the day so we can keep that. We will 100% be using Anchor again!

Lowes was trying to install my new gas stove and long story short was way too rough and caused a gas leak in my house. I had them stop as they were pulling my gas pipe through my wall! I called initially on a weekend was told they didn’t handle gas but then dispatch Amber? called me back after the weekend. She said she listened to the recording and apologized and they can absolutely help me. I was thrilled because I always use Anchor by the way. Not sure if pricier but I trust them - which is huge!! Matt came in and discovered something out of code from the builders. I got my gas fixed, up to code and new stove installed. He was very professional.

I have had Anchor plumbing out twice and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great plumbing company. I have been highly satisfied both times. They have shown to be responsive, respectful, friendly, and reasonably priced.The first project was replacing a water heater that needed immediate replacing about 18 months ago. Dakota and crew were out to the house and completed with the project the same day.The second project was last week. I called to schedule an appointment about flushing the water heater and some other concerns that we had. We had low pressure in the guest bathroom, needed to two outside lawn faucets replaced (one was leaking slightly), and the emergency shutoff valve replaced. Dakota again came out, reviewed the issues, and gave several options on fixing what needed to be done. He took his time reviewing our options, the benefits of each, and answering all our questions. Dakota got the project started and Ignacio (Nacho) arrived later to complete the services. Both of these gentlemen were friendly and professional. Ignacio even stayed late to make sure everything got done the same day. He was also playful with our toddler that was super intrigued with what he was doing. We are extremely happy with the results and the professionalism showed.Another thing that this company does well with is following up with the customer. Tonya reached out this week to make sure everything went well and we were not having any problems. I forget who called the first time, but I remember someone calling. Both were extremely pleasant and courteous. Again, if you are looking for a great plumbing company to work with, you do not need to look any further!

We luckily came across anchor plumbing service. Our friend had used them for their water filter service, and when the filter in our refrigerator burned out, we knew it was time to invest in a more permanent solution. I contacted Anchor through a Google search, received a call for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment. The representative was professional, understood what I needed, and helped me choose the best product for my home. Even though I didn’t accept some offers, they understood and didn’t pressure us for more than we needed. After leaving and scheduling the installation, the representative called back with an immediate install opening and asked if we were interested. Within hours, we had an initial assessment, purchase, and installation. Fantastic Customer service and we are happy our paths happened to cross.

He worked diligently to get the options we selected installed in one day -- including working outside until after dark. After having no luck calling a few other businesses, the receptionist at Anchor said they could be there in the next four hours and Brandon arrived two hours later. Brandon called to say he was on his way, about forty mins out. Brandon listened empathetically to my concerns and got straight to fixing the problem after explaining the cost and explaining what he would do to fix the leak. On 05/27/22, I chose this company to replace my water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis, and pressure reducing valve, totaling over 8K in expenses. While I initially felt satisfied with their service, my confidence waned about 4 months ago when I noticed a drop in water pressure throughout my house when using other fixtures—an oversight I foolishly dismissed as possibly normal. I finally decided to call them on 07/24/23 due to the sudden backup of the reverse osmosis system, which I ended resolving after 20 minutes of me turning off the valve and checking for obstructions, finding none.Though they assured me that a plumber would arrive between 10 am - 12 pm on 07/25/23, the actual arrival time was around 3 pm, to their credit they did communicate that they would be arriving late. When the plumber finally arrived, I informed him about the two issues and requested the water heater to be drained. Unfortunately, I had to persistently convince the plumber to check the pressure reducing valve. Eventually, the plumber confirmed there was an issue with the valve but denied warranty coverage, since this part was only covered for 1 year and demanding an additional $688.00 and citing increased prices, despite offering a supposed discount.I am thoroughly disappointed that this problem wasnt covered under the warranty. Despite informing the plumber that the issue arose about 4 months ago, even the trained professional initially dismissed it as a non-issue. They should recognize that someone without their expertise may misinterpret signs of a malfunction. Although I understand their policy adherence, this situation could have been handled more responsibly. Consequently, I would not recommend using their services and I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.***Update

A technician, Joseph Gutierrez, came out the same day I called. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He took his time and was very thorough in assessing my issue. He determined the stain was not from a leaky pipe and told me how the problem could be corrected with a trip to a home improvement store and very little cost. I was so pleased.
