The crew of workers showed up on time, worked professionally, were courteous, respected us and our home. They worked straight through from 8am-5pm to complete the job and clean everything up! I am very pleased with their workmanship and skills!I only wish I could have seen actual samples of fiberglass colors, and choices of hardware. I’m not an online shopper just seeing a photo on a computer doesn’t suit me.(The photo with tub & shower were replaced due to bring marred /stained and dated)

We had the bathroom converted from a tub to a walk-in shower. Very good workmanship by the carpenter. Attention to details on what had to happen. Fixed and updated floor and made it work with the hard to remove tiling. Wonderful job on that. Arrived on time.The plumber fixed what needed fixing and supplied new fittings. Both were very clean and was willing to answer any questions. One slight annoyance, the vanity fixture is not set right on its gasket, which needs adjusting.But other than that, we are very pleased!!Update 11/16/23 - Had a slight issue with our window seal/ handle and it was no problem to have Dean from NEWPRO come out and fix the issue. Great customer service and friendly and understanding!!Update 12/7/23 - Dean from NEWPRO came and replaced the handle in our shower. The previous handle was a manufacturer defect. Replacement was quick and easy.

My new shower was installed today. I LOVE it! Everything exceeded my expectations, and it looks even better than I thought it would when I picked everything out several months ago. The installation was flawless, and the installer (Brian) was exceptional - very thorough, clean and precise. He was so easy to work with and accommodating. The plumber (Rob) was great too. The only downside is having to wait 24 hours to use it, lol! I need to wait for the glue and caulk to dry and settle first. I plan on enjoying my new shower for many years to come!

We have a large custom shower (7 x 3.5) built approximately 11 years ago with a complete bathroom remodel. Over time the tiled floor became problematic with grout issues and eventually cracks. Then we found that it was leaking into the basement. We knew we needed a repair but couldnt find a plumber or contractor that would address only the shower. If it was a plumber, they said there was nothing they could do for the shower and if it was a remodeler, they said theyd only do a COMPLETE bathroom remodel. Honestly the walls of the shower and the remainder of the bathroom were fine, without issues.I was watching Channel 3 News out of Hartford a few months ago and noticed a segment featuring NewPro, specifically their bath and shower remodel process. I wondered if they could help. I wondered if they could handle the size of the shower, as it was not typical. I decided to call them and set up an in-home appointment.A few days later Ida, a very fun and courteous NewPro sales and design consultant came to our home. She took measurement and photos. I talked about the shower size and dimensions and asked if they could handle this size of a job. She assured us they could. We went on to look at samples of wall options, as well as shower accessories. After a couple hours, after choosing our new shower, Ida was able to show us a computer generated photo of what it would look like. After the design session, she showed us pricing, then we applied for and received approval for financing right there on the spot.A few weeks later it was time for the shower to be installed. That morning Brian, the lead contractor on the job came to our house and with us, reviewed the job as the job order stated. In that time of discussion, it was discovered there was a communication error in exactly how the new showers dimensions would be reconstructed. Brian immediately contacted his supervisor. I received a call from (Paul) the person in charge of all bath construction. We figured out exactly the error in communication, a new job order was generated and signed. The next day Brian was back at our house to start work. Again, we communicated with each other exactly what was going to be built. After we agreed we were all on the same page, Brian immediately got to work at deconstructing our old shower.The entire process took 2 days. The crew were careful to cover all existing bathroom structures, to keep them safe from dust and flying Debis. They draped any flooring where they walked, from the front door to the bathroom. They worked steadily and efficiently. They did an incredible job of integrating the new shower into the original tile on the walls and floors of our bathroom. I also want to mention John, the plumber and his skill at installing the (problematic) center drain of the new shower floor.The scale and dimension of our shower made it that the new doors could not be ordered until AFTER the showers completion. So, right now I dont have shower doors, but use a temporary rod and curtain until the doors arrive for installation. Nonetheless, the completed shower looks AMAZING.Take it from us; Weve paid for and HAD the fancy, tile shower and look where it got us. Sure, that tiled shower looks nice, but if not done PERFECTLY, will be nothing but headaches and costs for you down the road. Even if done well, the grout and shower itself will always be a pain and a lot of work to keep clean. Our new shower walls are smooth and solid. The walls have the appearance of grout lines, but without the fuss and maintenance. The SOLID shower PAN floor gives us confidence there wont be any leaks.NewPros price is fair. Their products and labor are priced accordingly; along the lines of other custom installers. If youre considering a full, tile-work shower, do yourself a favor and DONT.If you wonder if NewPro can handle the size of your problem shower? They absolutely can, as our shower is huge. The entire way they made sure to effectively communicate and ensured we were completely satisfied with the process and our new shower.

Brian came to solve some issues I was having after using my new shower for the last year. Over time I found the foot bar and the shower head too high and the water grooves in the base flooring hurt my feet. Brian was able to give me a new bar at a more comfortable level and will order parts to lower the shower head and mats to cover the grooves. He was honest, creative in his solutions and pleasant to work with. I honestly didnt think New Pro would even address my concerns so late after the install but they did. Professional, high quality, and quick! Newpro had Dustin and Drew out to our home well within the expected window and I was impressed how quickly and effectively the two of them got our 5 windows installed in just one day. (They were also very courteous about our animals and making sure if they had to pass through the back yard that the gates were closed if the dog was out :D). After years of drafty bedroom windows the family has been able to sleep comfortably again with minimal disruption from the install process. These guys were great and well definitely go with them again when we eventually need our other windows replaced.

I recently had two slidung patio doors installed by Newpro. I have to say, from the sales rep to the installation, I have to give a 5 star for both. The sales rep was very good and worked with me to get a package that that was good for me and met my needs at a good price. The installation team (Dustin & Drew) were awesome! They treated my house as though it was there own. Very clean (as they constantly cleaned as they worked) and when they left, you could not tell they were there. They explained the project well and even did some things structurally that were better than when they got there. Very professional the way they worked, and very meticulous on how they did the job. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the job they did. Thank you guys again...

Id like to break this review into two distinct parts.First, the roofing crew was great, absolutely spectacular job, they even helped move houseplants off the deck and carried them back up the stairs when the job was done. Clean up was meticulous.Administratively, the company doesnt fare so well, communication about the job took 10 days from signing and several phone calls. This may be standard time frame operating procedure on their part but I would have felt better served with a little more information. In the meantime, I still havent gotten any communication about the remaining gutter installation

NewPro was one of the pricier options for getting our showers updated and elder-friendly, but it looked like the nicest product. This turned out to be correct. Though there were some delays in transport before the installation could occur, once Brian arrived to do our two-day installation, things went very smoothly. Brian did great work, very careful, and He and the plumber were also able to minimize the time we were without water. The finished showers are very beautiful and wonderful to use, with all the features we wanted. My 94 year old father says he feels it’s the best and safest shower set up he could imagine. We are delighted with the finished product and with the professional work that went into it.

One of the knobs wasn’t working correctly, so Dean came out and installed a new one. He also added some caulk to my other bathroom faucet. I’d rate him an 11/10!!

I had a tub-to-shower conversion done. Customer service has been number 1 with these folks from the start. Danny, Seth, Mike, Heather & Dean have been fabulous to work with. I had a few concerns with the original install which were fixed to my satisfaction. Communication is good, but be prepared for a two months long wait for the parts to come in from the manufacturer. Its a construction job, the work can be done in a day, but the parts come in on their own time.Summing up, I love it, well worth the wait!

From Rico our salesman to Seth our installer and Dean who installed our threshold it was a very professional and first class act all the way. And they left the bathroom in clean and tiptop condition.There are so many companies that do this type of work that it becomes a daunting task to start looking around and feeling that your comfort level is high. We had installer Nemy.Nemy did a beautiful job on our shower. Took out the tub and put shower in. He worked from the minute he came into my house until the job was done. He worked non stop.Very meticulous on wheresafety bars,shower head,seat should go. He asked me where I thought Iwanted the placement ofthe shower accessories .Together we figured out where it would look best.When he finished installing the shower he cleaned everything up.No mess at all. I absolutely love the finished product. the installation was simple and painless.however I do wish that the sales rep resentative would have given more of the heads up about what would happen on installation day. I did not receive a phone call until the tech was here to do the installation in the morning. It would also have been helpful to know that I should remove everything from the bathroom not just removing things from the shower and tub area due to the amount of dust that was left in my bathroom. Also seeing as my installation was in February it was cold outside and a helpful reminder for the representative who was installing to keep the door closed it would be unlocked but to close the door so that the heat would not escape from the house.

I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of the new door installed by NewPros installers, Dustin & Drew. They were both friendly and polite and worked non-stop to get the job done in the same day. My house was built in the 1860s so I was bit nervous they would run into issues as is common with antique homes. Luckily Dustin had prior experience working on older homes and put my fears to rest. Dustin and Drew worked really well together as a team to hang the door with attention to every detail. The new door shuts quietly and perfectly AND looks absolutely fantastic! We had a rain storm the following night and the door was weather-tight. The old door and frame were cracked and the cold wind came right through in the Winter all around the door frame and underneath the door itself. When it rained hard I was always ready with towels on the floor. Its a comfort to know my house will be warm and dry due to this wonderful upgrade of a new door and less money will be going to heating costs. I also love how much more secure I feel with a deadbolt lock. The combo lock is great too because my 23 yr old grandson has a habit of forgetting his keys and knocks loudly to get in, now he has a combo to enter quietly. If you want a quality product, I would highly recommend NewPro and their very professional, knowledgeable installers, Dustin & Drew. The problem was determined.......he took many pictures so that the main office would be able to see the window itself and the problem mechanism.Dustin also was able to fix a smaller bedroom window very quickly and easily. Aging-in-place tub conversion contractWe contracted with New Pro for a tub/shower conversion with an aging-in-place perspective. The original sales associate was a pleasure to work with and made the choices easy. Unfortunately, a short while after, the sales person moved on and was no longer associated with the original contact. We really missed Tyson!From contract signing (early July) to installation (mid-October), we were provided updates on materials and estimates for installation dates. Heather Zoldak provided exceptional assistance with the scheduling and coordination while the project was being staged. Their team made this daunting task possible from across the country.During installation, 2 primary workers facilitated the planning and execution of the labor. They were not only efficient, but polite and kept us informed of the options, asked questions, and changed plans when necessary. What seems straightforward at the start of a project can often change and this team went above and beyond to provide a structurally sound installation. Clean up and completion was thorough. My only feedback to their team is allow enough scheduling time and padding between a subsequent job so that the contractors dont need to work more than a reasonable day if possible.The cost of this installation was significant, but I do NOT regret the purchase of this service and quality work for the peace of mind the results offer. We had a significant need for this upgrade and they provided exactly what was needed. The individual who originally installed, and the man who came today, were excellent. But the plumbers on the first day worked too slowly and made errors which had to be corrected. NewPro was very good about taking responsibility for the mistakes and getting people back quickly to correct things but the project dragged on when a part required replacing. It was not as convenient for us as we had hoped. However, the final product is lovely.

The installers did an excellent job with the removal of the old bathtub, new construction and preparation of the area for the new walk-in shower and completion of the project. We had one minor issue with the water adjustment part but the issue was recently addressed by Brian with a new part being installed. Although Brian is fairly new with NewPro, he was very knowledgeable of the the product and the installation process and very efficiently addressed our issue with confidence and was very thorough.
