    Reed and his team were wonderful to work with. Reed responded in a timely manner to questions via both email and phone. He provided a quality product for less than the quote we received from a competitor and honored that quote even when parts and supplies cost more than he had anticipated.Dustin and John were careful as they worked in our home, making sure to clear doorways and ceilings as they brought in the new water heater and removed the old (which can be a trick here at our house!) and even wiped down our floors from their footprints! They made sure to show me the new water heater once it was installed and asked if I had any questions before they left.If you want honest, quality work done, definitely give Blue Collar Plumbing a call!UPDATE: we had an issue a few hours after the guys left and Reed sent them back right away to check out and take care of it.     I called at 7:30, having toilet problems, and Caleb and his father were here within an hour and did a great job. They were friendly and professional. I also loved getting a txt when they were on their way, with a picture of who to expect and his name.

    I believe his name was, Dylan. He went above and beyond to get us out water back on. Had to call them back out because after they fixed one leak, another popped up. They came right back and finished the other busted pipe in quick gain. My girlfriend left a one star review only because shes at work and wasnt sure what was going on. I want to make sure yall know she is very appreciative and thankful. Having a rough day at work on top of not having water for so long. We thank you very much for your excellent service.

    The professionals from Blue Collar Plumbing were absolute rockstars from start to finish!We purchased an older home that needed quite a bit of unexpected plumbing repair and were referred to Reed from Blue Collar Plumbing. He came to our home twice prior to repair day, thoroughly inspected our plumbing and helped direct us toward the best solution(s) for our specific needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly and not in any way pushy or trying to oversell- In fact, he said that we could wait on a few of things that needed attention to save money for the time being and focused on what should be done as soon as possible.Ultimately, we did a pretty large overhaul of our plumbing to include: a new sump pump, a new well pump, a new water softener, multiple pipe repairs, some electrical and relocation of our washer/dryer to our basement with plumbing, electrical and duct work for that (honestly, there is likely more than I am listing... it was a lot).The crew showed up early, worked SO hard and did not leave until everything was clean, complete and inspected. They were able to complete a two day job in one and they did it with such professionalism- The entire team had fantastic attitudes, super attention to detail and left our home cleaner than it was prior to showing up.I would enthusiastically recommend these guys 100x over without any hesitation. If you are in need of plumbing services of any kind, don’t bother looking any further- These are your guys!Thank you Blue Collar Plumbing!!!

    We used this company for a water softener instillation and previously for some work on our water pump. They were aways on time, work was done in a timely manner, and all of the interactions with the workers was pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone.     Our well pump started to fail and Blue Collar came to diagnose the issue. After looking at the situation, they offered several options from repairing/replacing the well pump to connecting to city water. We decided to connect to city water and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the crew from Blue Collar Plumbing showed up on time with a full crew of plumbers. Several of them got started outside the house with the boring company and the rest of the crew started inside the house. All of the guys from Blue Collar Plumbing were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. At the end of the day the job was completed professionally and I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job large or small.

    As before, I received excellent service from BCP. I called on a Saturday knowing they were closed just to leave a message for Monday. Reed still answered the phone on a Saturday and had employees at my home at 8:30am Monday morning to deliver my salt and to unclog a toilet. Don even cleaned my toilet after he removed the clog. 100% recommend BCP!

    These guys are great! People need to know that Blue Collar Plumbing is the ONLY true plumbing company in Blackford County. We learned the hard way that we should have called them first for a major problem we had. Instead, we had called a company that we thought were plumbers, but arent. Thankfully, Blue Collar was able to repair the problem the RIGHT way. Professional and courteous, they really know their stuff. They patiently answered our many questions and we learned a lot from them about how things work. To old school Christians like us, we appreciated that they did not use one word of profanity while in our home, which shows respect. They worked diligently and checked out every problem we had thoroughly. They also kept our floors clean by wearing protective shoe covers, taking them on and off about 2 dozen times overall as they came in and out of the house, but never once complained. We have used them twice so far, and will definitely call them again should the need arise. We believe in using local businesses as it has always been a good thing. You may pay a little more, but with Blue Collar Plumbing you know the job will be done right. We highly recommend them.

    The main service was to disinfect our well. I had grown up on well water and had not considered it to have a problem. My husband was recently diagnosed with Cryptosporidium. Which can be caused by bad bacteria in the well. Blue Collar came out right away and treated our well. They also put in a new drinking water system under our kitchen sink. Our water is great now and tested healthy.

Safely sealed antiquated deficient well system fulfilling EPA requirements. Excellent, professional installation completed in a timely manner meeting the need of my familys safe fresh water needs.     Reed installed a Navian tankless water heater and all the natural gas lines for my home.Switching from Electric to Natural Gas allowed a 4yr ROE, return on investment.Electric Utilities cut a deal with Obama. Your electric bills are going to go through the roof as soon as Electric cars are common.Unless you plan on spending every dime of your SS check on Electric, I would switch to natural gas ASAP.Reed and his crew were always professional and timely.GitRdone kind of person

    Today, I discovered that my water heater was leaking from the bottom and was slowly soaking the floor. When I called, the gentleman on the other line was very helpful and was able to send Caleb over right away. Caleb changed out the water heater and reset our water softener when he noticed that it was set up incorrectly. The price that was quoted to me on the phone was what I paid.     Caleb and Darrick are the best and so courteous. Caleb took extra time to explain to me what I needed to have done with my house filter to the water softener, because it became too difficult for me to change. They were very quick to come out and repair my broken line that I tried to get the house filter loosened and it broke. They came and repaired and then came back the next day to install a house filter that I can clean and not have to change a filter anymore. I recommend these guys and their company Blue Collar Plumbing for your need work.
