    Our water heater decided to go suddenly. We called them and got a quote within minutes and a replacement the same day. Devin, who did the replacement, did a wonderful job and educated us along the way. Pricing was as expected. We were grateful there wasnt a same day or emergency type fee for our request.     Woke up on a weekend morning with our furnace not working. Was below freezing outside and wanted to get someone over as quickly as possible. Had called multiple places but best I could get was 24 hours from now. Called Advanced Plumbing & Heating and in less than an hour had a technician over who was able to get my furnace back up and running. From here on out, Advanced Plumbing & Heating will be my first call, highly recommend.

    Value is in the eye of the beholder, but we always receive professional and courteous service from Advance, so were repeat customers. As such, they do seem to take care of us ahead of schedule and with some nice discounts. Plumbers are all expensive but in my mind, if the fix works, its worth it! We recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

    They performed an oil to gas conversion for me. The service was phenomenal! The new system looks amazing! They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), worked efficiently and did not leave a mess behind as some companies do.     Joey was awesome! We actually called Advanced about a temperature issue, separate from that was a leak that the previous plumber said would cost a large amount to fix and walls removed. Joey fixed not only the temp issue, but the leak as well in conjunction for a great price, no wall removal needed!

    Found this company based off of google and it did not disappoint. I got an appointment for a leak within two days (could have been one if my schedule allowed). Was given a window time but kept in contact with me to tell me the tech was on his way. Everyone was friendly and the service tech was knowledge and nice.     They did a great job removing the cracked portions of old cast iron sewage pipe and replacing it with PVC! The sump pump install was initially done VERY poorly, but the owner Mike made it right by quickly sending out Chris, who did an amazing job re-doing the sump pump and he cleaned up great afterward; Thanks Chris!! Fair pricing also!

    This is the second time hiring Advance Plumbing and Heating. First time was for a new water heater and this time for a brand new Furnace replacement. The installation went flawless. The workmanship outstanding. I’m one who usually does my own work for smaller scale jobs and I’m very meticulous and OCD. I have nothing but positive for the techs, office staff, owner and of course the finished job. Outstanding. I will definitely utilize Advance for all my future plumbing heating and cooling needs.     Advanced Heating initially installed on (CHRISTMAS EVE) top of the line, oil boiler. Our original oil boiler was locked out ,emergency situation. Since that time Advanced Heating has been there to service our oil burner on an annual basis. I would recommend this company and give their customer service 5 stars.

    9 degrees Fahrenheit and Ive had to shut off the gas boiler AND water supply to our house because there is water pouring out of the boiler pressure relief pipe all over the basement floor. Called CNG for help only to receive an automated message that call volume is high, wait time is over an hour, leave your number and well get back to you. Panic!!! Called Advance Plumbing, Tammy greeted my call on the 2nd ring. Chris was here 1.5 hours later after finishing up his previous job a little early. Chris repaired the problem AND had our heat back on in UNDER an hour!!! I could not have been happier!!!! He had everything all cleaned up and had left our home. My phone rang this is CNG returning your call.... Thanks Chris and Tammy!!! You guys are the BEST!

    Im writing a testimonial for this co. and Ive not even had any work done yet! The owner was very kind when I called to cancel work I had requested earlier. The plumber was already on his way but I had discovered that the problem began at the outside foundation of my condominium and so the condo maintenance staff could fix it. This was on a Sat. - I also discovered that this company does not charge extra for weekend work which is unusual. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely call West Hartford Plumbing!

    I called about a leak under my sink and figured I wouldn’t get an appointment until next week. There was availability the same day, and I asked about getting another job done (replacing faucets), too. Joe showed up on time. He was polite and patient with my dog. He fixed the leak and said he could replace my faucets right then as well. (I had the faucets already, I just needed them installed.). I then asked him to quote me for another job. He looked around and took pictures and wrote things down and hopefully I’ll get a quote soon. The charge for today’s visit was reasonable. My neighbor saw his truck in my driveway and texted me asking to send him over to his house when he was done with mine for a quote on a job over there, lol.

Also as a side note I was a heating/AC tech in the past and no longer in the field and I do not have one bad thing to say about Advance heating.

    110% great customer service (Nicole) from the minute I called to set up my appt, to the techs (Donovan/Ryan) that showed up. I cant comment on the price since it was urgent and I didnt shop around for prices. Their service was so good I wont shop around now. In addition when I called to setup the appt, your associate answered all of my 10 questions, she was to the point (I didnt feel like it was scripted, sugar coated, I was bothering her, and no BS). She also provided me with additional facts and items I should be aware of with my drainage, pipes, etc....
