Michaels has been serving my family for several years with both our heating and plumbing needs. They are extremely reliable and can be counted on to get the job done.My only two complaints is that they can sometimes be rather expensive depending on the job, which is understandable. Also, there and sometimes be a wait-list going several DAYS at a time. Which for urgent plumbing needs it rather inconvenient.Other than that, the teams that come out to your location have always been very kind and are always as quick and efficient as they can be. The staff at their location when you call for an appointment are always kind as well.A good recommendation for someone who has received a quote from a plumbing service and may be skeptical of the price quoted. They have saved me $1,000s from other plumbers who went as far as to try to convince me to tear up flooring (which is done by one of their sub-contractors) just to replace a toilet. Michaels came in and got my new toilet set-up with no complications during or after.

The guys that came out today were great! Hopefully my issue is fixed for good! Owning a new home you find out all sorts of stuff! I have a warranty company that sent out Michaels however I will continue to use them in the future. Great customer service and very thorough in explaining to me what was going on.

They were contacted through my home warranty to come look at my water heater that was leaking. I put a service request that evening and they came the very next day around 11 AM. They were very prompt and fast at installing a new one and were very quiet while they were here knowing that I had to sleep before a night shift. Very happy with my service.

My hot water heater went out this week and Michaels Plumbing helped me find a new one and do the installation on very short notice. The guys were great! They got the job done and helped me thru a very stressful situation. They even hauled away my old heater and all the trash when they were done. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely use Michaels for any future plumbing needs!

Micheals P&H were fast, professional, and even personable. We contacted another hvac repair company before Micheals and they tried to capitalize on our need for AC in hot weather and gave a ridiculous quote to replace our starting capacitor... Then we had Michaels come out, I didnt even have to tell them about the companys quote before them and they gave me a more than fair price to get us back running... I could just tell they are a stand up business... I would highly recommend!! 👌

Jacob responded to an emergency call for the management company that I work for. Call came in after business hours on a Sunday evening, and the job site was over 30 mins away from Harrisonburg. Situation was time sensitive and was handled quickly and attentively. Very professional and polite. Will be recommending / using again in the future.

We had our bathroom remodeled last fall to put in a handicap tub. I am disabled and getting in and out of the shower was becoming extremely difficult. On 3/27 my husband discovered a leak downstairs in the utility room directly under the shower which i had just stepped out of. We called Michaels and they sent serviceman Terry out pronto. It was determined he would have to go through the kitchen wall behind cabinets to get to the leak. He said to call a local cabinet shop to remove the cabinets. On Tuesday 3/31 the cabinet remover came and completed the job quickly. I called Michaels to say the cabinets were down and they could come to fix the leak. Terry was here in half an hour and worked for more than 2 hours to get the problem fixed. He corrected the problem in a professional and knowledgment manner explaining what had been done wrong previously. Thank you MIchaels for acting so quickly and thank you Terry for being a first rate plumber and really nice guy.

Michael T and Eric C were awesome! They came when promised and really went out of their way to find the best solution for our main house drain issue. They could have easily just jack hammered the floor but they took the time to find a better solution that truly fixed the problem and saved me money. You cannot ask for more from a contractor. They cleaned everything up and I will be calling them whenever we have household issues in the future Michaels Plumbing & Heating is a great group of people who care.

Had a wonderful experience with this company, the first repairman who came by was able to identify the problem and we had to order parts, but the second man (Pat was his name I think) who came to install them was super helpful and got the job done within the hour. Absolutely recommend.

Local company thats been in business for years. Personally know the owner and know that he would not overcharge you for work. They do an excellent job and have worked on many rental properties that we own. You cant please everyone, and by reading these negative comments that is what I have garnered from them.
