    I had a leak late in the night and these guys were actually my third call while searching for plumbers. The first two companies were an hour or two before they could make it and didn’t really ask much about my problem. Jesse at Green Plumbing asked me to send him pictures of my situation to ensure he had all the necessary parts and showed up quickly. They had my leak fixed within 30 minutes and didn’t charge me the unnecessary ‘emergency fee’ - just their hourly fee plus the parts. They are fair and courteous and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services in Harrisonburg.

    I would highly recommend Jesse! Our kitchen sink and disposal became clogged during an ice storm three days before Christmas. Jesse came right out, same day, and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable charge. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

    Jesse came the same day I contacted him-Sunday, and worked all day until 8:30 pm. He fixed the initial problem, a gas leak, but also repaired a water pipe leak and replaced the water heater-a trifecta of problems! He gave me good advice and referrals for restoration of the water damage and for replacing gas heaters with electric heaters. I appreciate his prompt and excellent service. Highly recommend!

    My water heater broke; I tried the big box stores to both purchase and install. 2 weeks later I had to purchase one online. When it finally arrived, I called Green and they came out THAT NIGHT, after normal business hours, so my family could finally take a hot shower. They were professional, kind, and by far the most knowledgeable team I’ve ever worked with. I’ll never call another plumber as long as I live in their service area.

    I had a great experience doing business with these guys! I initially had an appointment to check the sink disposal and get it going again, but wanted the service specialist to check on my hot water heater too as we never had as much hot water as we would like for showers and such. Jesse quickly diagnosed that we had one of the heating elements burned out and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. He also suggested that due to having a smallish hot water heater tank, we might consider upgrading the whole thing with a higher capacity tank or a tankless system. We got quotes for both options and in the end decided to do a major upgrade and go tankless. They did the entire project in one day, we had hot water by the time my wife and I get home from work! And my goodness did we not realize how nice it is to take long showers with no moratorium on the heat! Thank you Jesse and team for your hard work, we will call you again for all our plumbing needs!

    Jesse Green was fantastic to work with, and our only regret was not calling him sooner. He worked with a sense of urgency to help us fix our Noritz tankless water heater. As a certified servicer of the brand, we have peace of mind that our problem is fixed and done so correctly. We will definitely be keeping him in our notes for any other plumbing needs we have or can refer out to him.
