Our 10-year old hot-water heater stopped working. They gave me a competitive quote for an hot-water tank that was furnished by them and the installation. They installed it the same day that it stopped working which was much appreciated. They were honest about their after-hours labor rate which wasnt much more than their regular hours rates unlike most other companies. They were professional and arrived on time. We recently had residential plumbing work done with Baluch Brothers. They were very professional and responsive to the many calls and questions we had. From Amber in service, to Zach who came for the initial call, to Seth who came to explain everything, as well as the dig team that did the final repairs and Chelsi that did our follow up, this is a fantastic team! Our home was built by Ryan Homes ~2 years ago and we came to find out, over time, that a master bath toilet pipe was not sloped properly causing a major collection of water within the pipe. Thankfully, this was not an emergency issue. After a dozen or so clogs I contacted Blauch Brothers. I requested Blauchs service online one evening and by the next business day they were on site inspecting my toilet. The technicians, Stacey, his son, and another man were incredibly helpful and informative throughout their visit. They even provided me with video footage and photos (USB drive) so that I could continue to support my case with the RH warranty department. I felt the Blauch team genuinely cared and wanted to help in any way possible. Great group. I was more than happy with the service provided.

We had a collapsed septic line that needed a quick repair. They came out within a couple days to evaluate why the line was backing up. They flushed the line to provide temporary relief, but recommended to repair the line. We got an estimate within a few days to do the repair. Since their schedule was pretty full, it took awhile to get the repair done. However, they did an excellent job and they were done within two days. They were professional, trustworthy (we left the door open for them) and they cleaned up the work area.

Same day service for a clogged outflow to a septic tank. Lee was amazing and attacked it like he lived here and it mattered to him personally to get it unstuck. I am very pleased with their responsiveness.

Had a very slow main drain from my house. Blauch Bros tech showed up with a trailer that had a totally self-contained hot water jet auger, about as good as you can get. Along with a camera he had the drain cleared out within 30 minutes or so. Cost was less than other companies that wanted to use old fashioned rotary augers and wanted to charge extra for using a camera. Totally professional. And a very professional office staff to boot.

In the summer of 2022 I noticed my water bill was higher than normal and waited for a few more billing cycles before I determined I had a water leak. Blaugh Brothers was recommended by one of my friends so I called and the lady was very nice and professional. The digging crew was very busy at the time but she was going to schedule them to come as soon as possible. When they came, they found two leaks in my line between the meter and house. They ran a new line and had everything completed by that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommending Blaugh Brothers for any plumbing issues!

Highly recommend Blauch Brother. Tree roots had grown into the sewer line and Blauch Brothers responded immediately to clear the line. Later they repaired the sewer line without having to disturb the ground surface. While onsite, the technicians explained the process of how the repairs was to be completed.

Not only were they the ONLY plumbers that could come the same day, but they couldnt have been any nicer or efficient if they tried! This business -and its employees- is top notch. Once again, they were available within 24 hrs of calling, and the tech, Zachary, knew what he needed to do to figure things out, took the necessary action to get things going, and then coordinated a second visit in case we wanted to explore add.l options. Their communications are super helpful, the person setting up appts -as well as the technicians- are in touch and we were well in the loop. The problem was solved, water drains as it should in a basement drain, and we were billed. (A fair price ) The techs had all the equipment they needed and explained, and SHOWED (via camera) what there was to see. Top notch.

Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Theyve been out to our house 3x total for faucet issues, and we took their advice and replaced all of them to avoid further headaches. I had a Polaris gas hot water heater that handled my radiant floor heat and domestic water. The heater was 18 years old and I started having to replace various parts like the igniter. The heater went out and decided to replace with it and began contacting plumbers in Charlottesville and Lynchburg, several of them never returned my calls or emails. I had done a lot of reading about different options. I contacted Blauch Brothers and spoke to them on the first call. Seth traveled to my farm in Nelson County looked at the job took photos and had me a quote the next day. They had to order the AO Smith Propane 50 gallon heater. They completed the installation yesterday. I am very satisfied the customer service and the estimate. I highly recommend Blauch Brothers.

I called for my water heater. It was leaking. The service guy came out very professional. Fixed the leak however the next day it started leaking again, I called they can put immediately fix it and it been good ever since. I will be calling them again if I need anything else. The immediate response, professional evaluation of what work was needed to repair a serious plumbing issue was SO appreciated as I am over 6 hours away from my mother. We had a back up on one of our sewer lines. Blauch Brothers discovered a broken line underground outside and a problem with the line just inside the cinderblock wall. Bobby, Lloyd and Carrol came out with a mini excavator and neatly dug up the area and took out the defective pipe (very bad original installation) and put in new materials to fix the issue both inside and outside with a better layout. The crew was excellent and was careful to keep damage to the grass and garden to a minimum. I use Blauch Brothers for all my plumbing needs because their technicians are always professional and polite and get the job done the right way.
