    I have used Blue Mountain for a number of years now... for the reasons checked below, but for many other reasons, a well. I usually see a technician named Jared who is and has always been so talented. Jared has repaired so many things in my house!! I always like working with this company. They will let you set up appointments via text, which I love because I hate to talk on the phone. Blue Mountain is a wonderful, thorough and professional company!! Hire them!!!

    Jared was excellent. The cost was beyond outrageous for a basic toilet installation, so I wouldn’t use this company again, but the technician isn’t responsible for pricing, so 5 stars for Jared.

    I was extremely pleased with my experience with Blue Mountain. My heat pump had stopped working and I was in need of air conditioning soon. I contacted them and set an appointment. The tech arrived on time, professionally addressed me and updated me as the repair process continued. The concern was resolved and things are working well. Follow up was made the following week. This experience made me feel like a valued customer.

    These wonderful men tried for 2 days to fix my toilet problems. They decovered it was a root that had grown into my pipes. I could have had to wait several days to have a working toilet. Bring 73, I only have one bathroom. They came the next day and spent the entire day working on digging up the line and fixing it. I was very impressed with these gentlemen and would recommend the company to do a good job.

    Called when my AC went up. Wasnt expecting same day service but they managed to get out within about 30 minutes of me calling. Jose and Alijah were great and worked really fast to fix the unit. Even went through to explain exactly what happened and showed me what part it was that needed the repair. I think overall they were here for maybe 45 minutes and finished and the fix wasnt nearly as expensive as I thought it would be.

    After looking at several different companies, I chose Blue Mountain to clear a clog for our tenants. I called after hours and left them a message. They returned my call early the next day and told me they had someone in the area between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Jim arrived at the townhouse just after 11:00 and was able to take care of the drain. I am very pleased with the work and the price and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

    This was the first time using Blue Mountain and I was very satisfied. It was time for spring maintenance and we chose Blue Mountain based on a past experience my girlfriend had. Cesar showed up on time after calling first to say he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. Before leaving he sat down with me and went over in detail everything he looked at and checked, and answered all my questions.     Update 1.25.22. Blue mountain wins again! This time we had them check our heat pump and our gas furnace. The gas furnace freaks me out a bit but they were so patient and explained how it worked and what was to be expected. I always feel comfortable with the technicians- they seem so knowledgeable!Update: 4.29.21- we continue to be pleased with services at Blue Mountain! The techs are quick and friendly- and I feel confident in my equipment after the maintenance check ups!Last year we had an issue with our heat pump— Blue Mountain responded right away and we have used them for routine system checkups since then. The techs have been great, friendly, quick and provides us with education and options. As far as cost it’s a great value! We feel so much better about our system since we started the routine maintenance plan!

    Our old hot water heater died and we didnt have any hot water for a week ! One local company blew us off three times and when I called blue mountain, they were there within an hour ! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and set everything up for our new water heater the next day. The two technicians that came and installed it were just as knowledgeable and very nice ! Our water heater is upstairs in a very hot attic and narrow stairs and they handled it very well. I highly recommend blue mountain and wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Thanks for a very pleasant outcome to a very unpleasant situation.     Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating and Cooling installed my Heat pump system a couple of years ago. They were quick, and did a complete job resulting in my heating/cooling system working perfectly. They have now come to investigate why the outside unit was not working. It turned out to be a loose wire connection and they found it and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind in their interaction with us, and did the job on the 1st try.     This is my second call to Blue Mountain. The first time was a few months back when i called about my ac issue. Called 3 different companies that couldnt get to me for 3-7 days, even for a diagnostic. Called Blue Mtn. All fixed at a great price within 2 hours of my call. This time is was my water heater. Nate was there 3 hours after I called, explained everything thoroughly, and had it fixed quickly... again, at a more than fair price. Having multiple offices and lots of employees pays off. Blue Mountain is my go to from now on.

    I thought I had a leaking hot water heater. I called them and they offered a same day appointment later that afternoon. Turns out it wasn’t the water heater but another leaking pipe. He was able to quickly fix the issue and didn’t charge me an arm and leg to do so. Very honest and straight forward with everything. Plus, he was able to show up earlier than expected. Definitely recommended!!

    We’ve used Blue Mountain for 2 major repairs; installing a new HVAC system and septic pump. Both times the work was done great and their team provides excellent service. Clark in particular, has been extremely helpful. He will diagnosis the issue and be honest with his recommendations. It’s sometimes hard to find honest people in this world and he is certainly one that won’t take advantage of you! We highly recommend Blue Mountain plumbing for any need you may have.

    My brother and I each own houses with Bosch tankless water heaters that were experiencing an intermittent trouble code resulting in no hot water until you would reset.The problem might come back in a day or a week.After numerous sevice attempts by other companies we finally were referred to BLUE MOUNTAIN.Nate the technician came out and did extensive testing on the two units and performed a couple minor adjustments( things other companies did not attempt).Nate informed us if it happens again to call and he will open a case with Bosch .Nate came back out a day earlier than scheduled because problem came back.He pursued the problemwith bosch that day and solved a very difficult problem.We haven’t had a problem since and it’s been over 2 weeks.From the ease of scheduling to follow up conversation to taking the extra steps to solve the problem by Nate we won’t be using anybody but BLUE MOUNTAIN.THANK YOU!

    I needed someone to check heating and plumbing where I was living prior to buying. Blue Mountain came and did a complete appraisal, made sure my furnace was in good order, then later replaced my thermostat. They were so professional and easy to do business with I am now having them completely redo all the plumbing. They really work with you to organize a big job but the small jobs get the same professional attention.

    They called and sent me a text, asking if today was still good for me. Also to let me know when the guy was on his way. He actually was able to get to my house about 20 min earlier than the estimates time frame. Which was great for me.The main water valve in my basement was leaking, he came in, very polite, professional and respectful. He checked out the situation. (The valve was welded on to the pipe). He let me know the price before he started to make sure I was still ok with it.He had to turn off the water to the whole house, take out a portion of the old pipe with the valve. Then created a whole new pipe to fit into the old fixture with a much better functioning valve.He got it all done in about a half an hour! I was blown away with how fast and efficient he was. Great job!And it has a warranty on it for 90 days. I’m soo glad I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I’ll definitely be using then again.

    Called for HVAC maintenance and pipes screeching and a leaky pipe. HVAC service very professional, extensive and quickly completed.Our original builder left us with a spaghetti bowl of pipes. The leaks were hidden in the maze of pipes. The technician came back with parts to repair leak and noise. He found a 2nd spot that was leaking. Leaks were repaired as well as noisy pipes. After the technician left I noticed a new leak in the same area. Called the office and the technician was back within 20 minutes to fix the last leak.Now enjoying leak free and silent plumbing.

We have used them for HVAC maintenance, they installed our new HVAC system, they do our servicing on the unit 2x per year, they have done numerous plumbing repairs, and even replaced our outside water line from the main to our house due to an irreparable leak.     Blue Mountain all around are a A+ business. From the beginning Donna was so polite and scheduled a technician to come out to fix my leaking water heater. Nate was my technician and he called twenty minutes before he came out to let me know he was on his way. He found where the water was leaking and fixed it in just a few minutes. While he was there I asked him could he install my new whole house water filtration system and he came out a few days later and installed it. I had a few questions to ask him and he answered them all. Even found out that we like a few of the same sports teams. If I have any plumbing, heating and cooling needs I will not hesitate to call them again.
