On the first consultation Steve took the time to walk me through all the replacement steps and what would happen the day of the install (and after). The whole job was completed, cleaned up, and fully tested just in time for second lunch :)

I bought a 74 year old house in need of an electrical service upgrade. Some years back, I hired Jacob to install a subpanel at our house. I called him again for this new project, found out hes now an owner of S Mandiak Electric. Jacob gave me a fair quote, in line with what friends and relatives said the project would cost. After reviewing the work, I think the price was actually a very good buy for me. When I compare the materials that went into my 200 amp upgrade, I got a lot more for the price than my friends and relatives did for their money. Jacob is very honest, hard working and professional. When he explained each item on his estimate he also pointed out where I could save a few bucks here and there. He and his coworker did an amazing job. They started at 9:00 AM sharp, finishing up at about 3 PM. Everything cleaned up and shiny. I highly recommend S Mandiak Electric, real people, friendly, courteous and professional.

We had our underground electrical line snap over the weekend. These guys were very responsive and professional. They were at our door at 9am Monday morning and worked for 12 hours in order to fix all of our issues that day. They pulled all of the strings to have our power turned back on at 8pm so we wouldnt be without power through the night. They were nice and explained everything that needed to happened, answered all of our questions and concerns right away. I truly cant say enough good things about this company and their workers.

Jacob was awesome. I called about 24 hours before a big storm was expected to start because I had been meaning to get a generator hookup put in at my house for awhile. We all know how it goes...we find other things to spend the money on and then Mother Nature arrives. I called and figured I would just get hooked up in a few days for the NEXT storm. Jacob came out the same day and got us hooked up and prepared for the once in a generation storm that was coming. He came after hours and charged a good price. Will always use these guys going forward.

We had a small appliance short out and caused us to lose power in two rooms. When we checked the circuit breaker it didnt appear to be tripped. We also have a transfer switch breaker box for our generator but we did not check that breaker. I called S. Mandiak late in the day at 5:47. Jake returned my call within a few minutes and said would be here in 30 mins on his way home from work. He explained about the other box and reset the breaker. He was very pleasant and would not charge us. We would definitely refer him to our friends and family.

Jake and Steve have worked on two of my properties so far and both times were very professional and did exactly what was requested. They replaced my panels and incoming service line at the first property. They did a great job with that, so i used them again to rewire a sub panel and setup another sub panel for a hot tub. They also fixed some outlets and put in led lights in my garage.Even after installation, I had a question and Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering.I highly recommend using them!
