Cant say enough about Scherer Electric. You can tell they value good service and care about the quality of their service. They are so responsive (thanks Tammy!) and always pleasant and very quick with responses and service visits. They installed a backup generator which we are very happy with. The electricians are exceptionally hard-working. They also replaced expired hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the house. There were a few issues with the detectors that they cheerfully and quickly fixed.I have recommended them to several other people recently.I would highly recommend Mike Scherer and Scherer Electric. Every person we have dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. You can really tell that they take pride in providing quality service.

Sherer electric did a fantastic job at my house. I was quoted over $1,000 for my electrical issue by another contractor. When the Sherer electrician came in, not only did he troubleshoot and fix the problem, he made sure that my appliance was running right before he left. They only charged me a third of what the other guy wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

(My home is almost 80 years old and I expect ongoing electrical problems.)I appreciate that Cheryl was able to get the technicians here in a timely fashion because I had had electricity in only half the house. Cody and Dave arrived and troubleshot the panel, 8 outlets inside and outside as well as the garage. They found numerous issues such as a broken circuit breaker, water in a junction box and a frayed cord in the wall heater among other items.
