Donnie from Mr. Water Heater Guy did a great job. I called them because I was no longer getting hot water or when I did it took forever. He came out and told me right away after looking at my water heater that it needed replaced. He gave me a estimate on my out of pocket expenses as I have a home warranty, which were spot on. I needed some new pipes and connectors. Once they got in the water heater, the office scheduled the replacement in only a few days. He just finished the job today in just about 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication, reliable , great work , and fair prices . ROCKY is awesome and a very honest man .My valve was in bad shape and Rocky replaced it quickly and checked the rod inside my water heater to make sure it was still in good shape.Other companies that where on the top list on google I called failed call me back quickly even tho they said they where open 24/7 and their prices where off the roof just to come out .

Andy came out and installed a new water heater for us. He showed up on time, and completed the work in an efficient amount of time. The company returned all our calls and answered all of our questions. They also installed a powered anode rod which is keeping our hot water from smelling like eggs. The price was super affordable. Highly recommend Mr. Water Heater Guy!

Andy and Rob (service technician) were on time for their appointment and wasted no time in replacing the heating unit. After calling around numerous places this company was the only one that gave us a quote within the price range we were looking to spend to go from our 40 Gal water tank with a power vent to a tankless.Rocky only took about 3 hours and showed us how to maintenance it to keep up the life of the tankless tank.Will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

Id like to say right off, that if you are in need of plumbing services you should strongly consider this company. Several months ago I woke up to no hot water and also a water meter problem that required immediate attention, as water was spraying everywhere beneath my home. This all occurred on the weekend, which makes it even harder to find a qualified plumber to address such an emergency. They came to my rescue and replaced my ancient water heater and meter. Rocky was friendly and professional in solving my problems and I was well satisfied. Then again yesterday I had another water emergency (old pipe busted) and his able assistant Rob came and replaced a water line. It turned out to be a more complex job then originally thought, taking several more hours than planned. Rob kept his composure through it all and was very professional and courteous to me through all the frustration. I am extremely happy with Rocky and crew and I know who to call the next time Im in need. Mr. Water Heater Guy. Special thanks to Rob!

We had Forrest come out to replace our water heater on 12/29. He was within the time frame and worked quickly but still did an amazing job. He made sure everything was swept out and cleaned before installing the new water heater. His customer service was great and he made sure to answer all of our questions. Forrest called an hour after he left to see if we had hot water. If we ever need any more repairs done we will make sure to request him.

We rent a hot water tank through a company called AWHR. The water tank was leaking so they sent a contractor to our Home in Wheeling WV to service it. The contractor they sent was Mr. Water Heater Guy out of Grove City Ohio which is about 2 hours from our house. The representative that Mr Water Heater Guy sent to our location was Forrest Robertson. Forrest was a 5 STAR representative for Mr Water Heater Guy. This was not an easy job as we have 26 steps that he had to navigate up and down to bring the replacement (80 gallon)water tank and remove the old water tank (26 year old 500lb 120 gallon). Forrest did not complain one bit about the job he had to do. He was very polite and cordial. He allowed me to watch the entire process and explained everything that he was doing. We may have my issues with AWHR but Mr Water Heater Guy and their employee were FANTASTIC and I highly recommend them

For starters I like that Mr. Rocky didn’t jump on the bandwagon like everyone else when I signed up on the thumbtack app to see about getting a new water heater. When he called me he came out immediately, gave me an estimate, and he actually turned my water off which had been leaking for days. Others would not turn it off unless I agreed to hire them for the job. He explained everything that what was needed, told me the plumber who was coming out. Forrest came out, he was on time (actually called before he arrived) explained everything every step of the way, very polite, apologetic about the noise, and he cleaned up after himself. Forrest was very thorough and knowledgeable about the service and warranty.

Our old water heater was in bad shape. It was leaking plus it had corrosion on the cold water in and the hot water out. It was set at the highest temperature but was not giving our family enough hot water in the winter. Mr. Water Heater quoted us a fair price and did not go over the estimate. He even switched our 40 gallon out for a 50 gallon for the same price. I am very happy with the service.
