Justin is absolutely amazing! Our basement drain was clogged and flooding our basement. He was one of the only plumbers to return our call and came out in the evening to help us. I have known Justin since high school and from attending the same church. He is an honest plumber that takes pride in his craft. Justin has worked on my house three times, all of which were three separate issues. Everything he worked on is still in good working order to this day. Plus, he never charged more than his quote. He did a fabulous job with everything I needed: snaking out sinks, tub, sewage drain, replacing faucets on tub and sink, fixed my toilet that’s been running for two years, replaced my garbage disposal, and affixed my dishwasher properly so it is useable. I am really happy with the work that Justin has done for me. He replaced my garbage disposal in no time flat; he figured out what is wrong with my outdoor water faucet and gave a detailed quote to fix it, and he was willing to give a facetime consult for a toilet flange problem, but I didnt end up needing it because I figured it out myself. I like Justin a lot, he is honest and reliable and doesnt over-charge.

I will be upfront. I dont know good value as Ive never experienced many plumbing issues. However, Justin was clear and straight to the point with his estimates and I felt comfortable with the price based upon what he was explaining to me. He responded quickly to our clogged drain. He worked with the annoying home warranty people. He gave prices in a respectful manner. He listened and utilized our input. Working with Justin was an excellent experience. He did a great job diagnosing the problem. He addressed the issues quickly and safely without damaging anything else. He also quickly installed a new garbage disposal. I have used Justin’s services both at my home and my business. He is very professional, dependable and a kind person. I started work with Justin 5 years ago but two specific events come to mind. He came to my house on New Year’s Day 3 years ago when I was out of town when my 22 year old daughter found my basement flooded. I trusted Justin to be in my house with her. Justin renovated all of the plumbing during an office move/renovation requiring significant plumbing construction including bathroom renovations, kitchen construction and installation of underground piping. I would recommend Justin for any service as he is capable of every plumbing task.

Where to even begin? Our hot water heater finally died (after a slow motion leak became worse). Its January, super cold outside. I hit Facebook for some recommendations, and got the contact info for JS Plumbing. I gave them a call, and Justin picks up on the second ring. He agrees to come visit on the SAME DAY. He walks in, spots the problem immediately, discusses some options with me and replaces our water heater THAT NIGHT. I cannot begin to express how impressed and appreciative we are. Justin charged a fair price for work that went above and beyond. We encourage anyone looking for an honest, knowledgable, and extremely friendly plumber to look no further - give JS Plumbing a call.
