Thank you. We put a service call in & received same day service. Our warehouse did not have heat all of October, November & most of December. As of today, we have heat at US AutoForce. Thank you=)

Dave is an amazing worker and always personable. He always makes us feel like people and not just someone hes doing a job for. Too often when people come into your home to do a job they are just in and out with no pleasantries, Dave is the exact opposite. Even on a time crunch hes friendly and makes sure to answer all our questions and explain things to the point where we can understand and make informed decisions. We prefer him to be our service person from this point on, but we are not picky as we have never had a bad experience with this company and its workers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Wow! I had a really amazing experience with this company. My freezer has been losing temp in the past 18 hours. I was able to call and schedule same-day service. Garrett made the process quick and easy. Initially, the first tech came unprepared but rep (Garrett) was extremely apologetic and had another tech out in an hour! The 2nd tech (Ron) was very kind, professional and efficient! I am highly impressed with how these two worked together to take care of this service call. (I have not had very good luck with other HVAC companies lately) Dor-Mar has just gained themselves another customer!!!

Cory was here within 40 minutes of my call. He called when he was on his way. He knew what he was doing and was extremely polite while working. He fixed the AC and was on his way in less than 1/2 hour . I believe the commercial Format, your climate hero! Thank you for doing a great job Cory!!!

This HVAC company is #1 in Central Ohio!If your furnace or AC unit is not working, give them a call.They will be there quickly, and have it fixed at a reasonable price.They also do hot water tanks and offer service plans.Im very glad I chose to do business with them!
