If I could leave a 0 review I would. We were bid $2000.00 for a new sink, lavatory faucet and shower head and lever. Way over priced but wanted to stay local. They couldnt get the lavatory sink so They put in just lavatory faucets, shower head and lever charging us $1000.00. We tested after first guy turned it on and handle flew across shower. Second guy fixed and it continued to leak. Two other times plumbers came out only to have it still leak. The last guy said he had to take out the cartridge as it was a water saver. Well it leaked and hired another plumber. That cost us and he said we had to buy a cartridge for the shower as the original should never have been take out. The last time these guys came out to supposedly fix it they tried to charge us. No way! I have two other people with bad experiences with them.To date the owners reached out and made things right and are coming out to meet with us. The owners reorganized with new staff and are making a clean start. Thank youOwners came out and remedied everything past employees did not handle. Great work ethic. I will definitely work with them again.

My sump pump was running constantly for the last week. We are leaving town for a week so I was concerned. Called JTM Plumbing to check it out and Daniel was on site promptly. The pump was now dead and the water was above the float so they quickly replaced it and got us back in business. Real peace of mind to know we wouldnt return to a big potential problem! I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I have an old house with OLD plumbing which always has lots of unexpected surprises. Nick (and helper) at JTM worked hard all day to get this old plumbing issue untangled and put things back in the correct way so I wont have to worry about any issues in the future. It was a mess of surprises with old cast iron drains that were just done serving their purpose and some very questionable draining techniques uphill done years ago. They were so very professional and caring about this old house. I highly recommend JTM and I thank Nick for all his dedication to making things right. Very reasonable price as well. And they cleaned things up nicely before they left. Im grateful and I do recommend JTM.

Daniel did a fantastic job on our bathtub drain removal and installation of a new P-trap in the Bathtub.The bathtub drain was painted over by a previous owner and rusted out. Got it out and about a minute.Installation of the P-trap required, cutting some drywall on the kitchen ceiling. Daniel cut it out so it would be very easy to replace. I’m not sure how we got his arms into the tiny hole he created but I truly the quality of the work.Daniel was courteous, helpful and great to work with.Thanks, Jim

We used JTM initially for a water heater repair. They were super fast, coming by that day and assessing the situation, gave multiple price point estimates and went out to get the water heater right away. Installation was fast and they replaced it and cleaned up within a few hours after we made the initial call! Subsequently, we had a burst outside faucet, and used JTM to repair that. They were prompt, and again provided multiple price point estimate, and repaired it a couple of hours that same day. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

This place was fantastic. I had a water heater go out with a 3 day old newborn at home. We couldn’t wash soiled burp clothes or easily do any of the mountains of dishes that comes with a newborn and two older boys. We are doing a complete remodel of our bathrooms. When they first showed up to replace some valves (main water valve and replace others in the bathrooms) they hadnt contacted the city to mark the yard for the turn off. Then, even with a team of employees here they didnt get everything finished after having the water turned off all morning. They had to come back another time, even they had been here a day before I had to tell the same guy what we hired them to do again. They had a missed appointment after that to do some more work we needed done, it took them a few days to finally get back which set us behind. I picked out what we needed a Briggs in April. We never got a quote from JTM on pricing, however we know they ordered everything. Now (August) we contacted Briggs, everything is in. We have made 3 calls to JTM to determine next steps and nobody has called us back yet. I dont recommend them.Update:After leaving this review the company returned our calls. When they came to install our new fixtures and one toilet they were courteous and quick in their installation of our fixtures in the two bathrooms we are updating.

I have been calling JTM for plumbing work for a number of years now. I am always impressed with the technicians skills and knowledge. We had a water heater installed several years ago that came from a known bad batch from manufacturer. It had problems 2 or 3 times with burner assembly and pilot light / controls. I called JTM for a second opinion. My only regret is that I didnt call them first. A mistake I wont make again. First plumber claimed i had broken pipes under the tiles and concrete, which would have been 2600 for the repair not including fixing the tile. JTM Plumbing, being an honest company, came in and cleared the drain of the clog, and charged a fair price under 200. I am thankful for you guys and will definitely call you with my plumbing needs from now on.Jim perry

Was referred to JTM by Millard Sprinkler, who was doing our new sprinkler install on the 20 year old home we just purchased. While preparing for this project, we had a water heater issue they fixed on the spot and they found a leak in a key area of our main water line that we were able to repair all while getting our new sprinkler system up and running. Ran into one issue on sprinkler install day but JTM came out right away to address it and we experienced no delays. Great work!

We had sewage back up in our floor drain on a Saturday morning. I looked up on my phone to find a plumber in my area. They had all 5 stars and it was a local small business so I called. Spoke with Jeff - he was able to give rough pricing and probably about an hour later, they were at our home. We have exterior pipes so they were able to “snake” it and solve our issue quickly. They were friendly, efficient, and did great work-with a 6 month guarantee. We will most definitely call them in the future and will refer them to friends and family.

Specifically, team members Hannah, Zach and Justin. I emailed the office about a drain and faucet issue, and received a call within an hour to set up a time. Zach and Justin arrived within two hours and fixed my drain problem immediately. Justin ran to town for parts to fix the leaky faucet, while Zach tended to the drain, cleaned it and conversed professionally about the issue. Zach was very engaged in what he was doing!
